As we continue cultivating the practice of taking deep breaths in our sessions, you may notice yourself integrating this in your daily life more. This meditation's intention is to support more natural integration of these breaths when responding to daily stressed in the specific area of confidence and calm focus. There's also an element of healing internal organs and encouraging natural release and use of breath when your body needs. Powerful when done with intention and openness. Breathe along!

Welcome to the yummy meditations with Hani,

So get into your meditative position,

Get yourself comfortable and you're seated,

Knees down on the ground if you can,

Move your butt in there.

You can loosen up your legs a little bit if that helps with the knees on the ground.

Alright,

So placing your hands on your knees,

Hands with the upwards,

Shoulders down.

Begin by doing one big stretch to the top of the sky with arms passing each other and then having your hands all the way around you like a big circle and beginning to receive your morning breath into your body.

You may also reach your arms out front,

Switch your chin against and tucked into your chest,

Reaching forward and then reaching back up with a big back in and side out.

One arm on the other arm,

Pull it to the left side,

Breathing in facing upwards to the ceiling.

Go back to center.

One breath here and then a breath on the other side to your right.

Holding one arm across the other arm,

Hold that arm closer to you,

Breathing into that muscle and the same on the other side.

Breathing into any tension that you release in each item,

Each muscle and each body part with your back.

Hands crossed behind your back and breathing into that.

One straight,

Chin up,

Moving in.

And then just shake it a little,

Just so you can have your body.

Alright,

So placing your palms above your knees again.

Begin by taking soft,

Gentle breaths all the way down into your belly as big as you can.

Connecting with your body and signing out any tensions or any energetic blocks,

Anything that will block you from being confident and remembering this breath today.

At the same time,

Connecting to a bright white light 300 floors above you.

The light of your natural self,

The natural you that remembers your breath,

The natural you that is.

The center of your energy,

The center of your consciousness and the center of your awareness.

The automatic habits that you have and that internal and innate awareness that you have.

An internal connection that you have with your breath.

Breathe into that.

Let that fill the rest of your body as you release anything that doesn't resonate into the center of the earth.

Do that a couple times.

Imagine that white light flowing into you,

This seeping through you.

Wandering to every corner of your body.

Every area of your cell.

Blowing any part of you that doesn't feel like you connected to the breath and doesn't want you to connect to the breath and let that go.

So breathe into all those.

Imagine blue and purple flames all around you like you're sitting in a big cauldron of fire,

Blue and purple flames.

Let it burn away any and all fears of being conscious,

Fears,

Rational or irrational of being aware and so tuned in,

Tapped in every single second.

Any resistances,

Residual feelings of needing to react,

Old habits of reactions.

Breathe into those,

Especially in your abdomen and release it into the fire.

Notice that there's any part of your body that wants more breath and open up your body to let that breath come in.

Take long breaths to those areas.

Not only any feelings,

It's old feelings that doesn't resonate with where you are today.

Maybe some caught up old emotions and sore,

Wherever they may be in your body,

Just release it.

Connecting to the area below your stomach.

Release that.

Moving upwards,

Connecting to the area.

Right above your navel and breathing that golden white feeling light into there.

Let that expand in that whole area.

Upwards again.

Moving up every inch.

With your breath along your spine,

Along the front body.

Walking up your abs,

Internal organs.

Sending them awareness,

Love and feeling.

Calmness and soft focus.

Lots and lots of appreciation for functioning automatically behind the scenes.

You don't even have to think about it and it's working.

Send them some appreciation.

And breathing a ton of support.

Here we're just going to do a little bit more breathing so that we can allow these organs also to tune into breathing naturally on their own so that whenever they get tense and they get affected by the emotions,

Let's breathe into them so that they can also release resistances and allow for the breath to calm them at any time.

Imagine yourself connecting to any or all of your organs.

Asking them for permission to allow you to introduce some automatic breaths to them.

Waking them up and allowing them to dance or tune into the vibration of the drum.

See if they can hear from the resonance.

And breathe into every part of that internal body.

Begin activating them with your breath.

As if you're breathing in the vibrations of the drum into these areas in your stomach,

In your chest,

Maybe even your throat.

Reminding them that you always have this breath but also experiencing the full effects of it right now.

Asking them for permission to release.

Asking them for permission to release.

Asking them for permission to release.

Asking them for permission to release.

Asking them for permission to release.

Asking them for permission to release.

Reminding yourself that the tension that's held there can easily be melted away just like butter when it's heated.

With your breath allow that to release into the fire of the incredible flames.

Breathing into your shoulders.

Noticing what you're holding here.

Unconscious.

Maybe a symbolic version of the responsibility that you put on yourself.

Any burdens from before.

Thank your shoulders for providing you with so much support.

But also it's time to release some of that weight.

It doesn't need to be held on to anymore.

Allowing the breath to travel in your body swirling within.

Gentle,

Kind,

Generous,

Supportive breaths.

Allowing you not only to feel and connect to this infinite support that you have from within you.

But also to relax even when you are in tension or even when you are focused.

In the right sensation of relief.

Gentle and calm confidence.

The innate connection you have.

To take deep breaths like this.

In the face of any feelings or in the face of any old patterns that may arise.

Invite those old patterns out and imagine them.

Come forth.

Asking them if they're willing to be released as much as they allow you to.

Because you have a new way of meeting some of these new and different sensations.

From deep within you connect with some of the older habits or older patterns of reactivity.

When you didn't have any additional resources.

When you didn't know that there were other ways to face what it is that you want to face.

And allow yourself to breathe into those parts.

Whatever you can untangle from yourself.

Whatever you can unravel from yourself.

These things that may have been with you for your entire lifetime up until now.

Whatever patterns,

Unconscious or conscious.

Allow them and ask them for permission to be untangled.

And released however slow,

However fast they want to be.

And how scary that might be because sometimes it's comfortable holding on to these.

How intuitively yet it is what it was.

You don't have to know what patterns are specifically as long as you breathe into them and connect with that deeper sensation of unraveling.

Imagine those older patterns just untangling.

Sliding from the tight crust that had on your heart,

Throat and any tightness that had on it.

So you're getting into the heavy area and just breathe into the novel!

The air.

Your breathing.

Gentle,

New ways of responding.

Naturally calming ways.

And allowing this to be the dominant feeling that you have.

Even if things show up for a second,

Allowing yourself to imagine a distance between any stresses or any potential anxieties and pressures of the day.

And allowing that to slide right off of you.

Like a slip and slide.

Or water and glottis.

Just allow that to slide right off of you.

Because you don't need to be stressed in order to work.

You don't need to be tense in order for things to move forward.

And allowing this new belief system to form that you can actually be calm,

Focused.

And it doesn't mean that if you're calm,

You're not standing up for yourself.

Or that you're weak.

Find the strength and the conviction and the solidity and the leader within you that's calm.

And breathe into that.

Breathe into the part of you that needs to be relaxed.

Breathe into the part of you that knows that everything always has a solution.

And that you have the innate capabilities to find that solution.

Wherever you are,

You always have the ability to feel confidence and trust that the solution is always there.

Letting go of anything that doesn't believe unconsciously that this is true.

Breathe into those areas.

And release any tension.

And any feelings or even slight ideas that I can't trust myself to find what I need to find or to be what I need to be in times of high pressure.

Any residual items that may have been left behind in your system.

Let that go.

And now welcome in this new understanding.

And expanding these new systems or new pathways and patterns of behavior that you would like to have instead.

So connect to the person who knows how to respond.

The version of you that knows how to respond in any emotional changes.

To you that is a rock for yourself.

Breathe into that.

Breathe into this new pattern and allowing this new way of being to be solidified and installed within your system.

And imagine what it feels like if there are other emotions that come up from you.

Other anger or frustration or weird pressures.

How will you be able to breathe into them and release them just gently and naturally without trying to hit them away or without trying to resist them?

How will you welcome them in and release them just out as they come in?

So imagine there are some attacks or some experiences of those energies in you.

And then practice releasing them right out.

You can imagine yourself in a situation that you were before.

A situation where you did feel overwhelmed with a certain emotion.

And imagine yourself in that situation now with this new found and newly installed manner of beingness.

And see how you would react differently and how you would respond differently in that situation.

So you may put yourself in that again and just see how differently things might be.

So now you're in that situation.

And how you come back to center.

How you can reconnect with your center.

Giving yourself an energetic pat on the back and an energetic pose.

And what success looks like when you're able to come back to the center.

Allowing yourself to have and hold on to this energy.

For the rest of your day,

So imagine yourself walking through the day typing or whatever it is that you do at work.

Talking,

Moving throughout the day with this inner strength.

And continue to cultivate day by day with every meditation.

This inner pillar of soft confidence.

But very strong on the inside.

Solid confidence.

Emotional confidence that reflects in all the areas in your life.

Breathe into that.

And let that expand throughout the rest of your body.

No matter what.

Breathing into that again.

Let that expand into the entire building or house in which you live in.

In all of the places that you live in or have lived in.

Metaphorical or literal.

Expand this into the city so that any place in the city that you may go to will also have this space for you.

And expand into the world to all others who may also want to feel this and get a little glimpse of what it feels like.

Expand beingness throughout the entire universe.

So you can see and imagine yourself going far and wide no matter where you are.

You can always connect to the feeling.

Take a couple of deep breaths.

Washing away the entire energy as you allow this calmness to continuously expand and connect with you.

And continue washing and making its way into every corner of your body throughout the day through your breath.

And allow your body to also support you in accomplishing the things that you want to accomplish today.

In the manner of what you want to do it today.

Positively,

Easily,

Smoothly,

Gently or excitedly with your full presence and essence.

Breathe into any sounds and just let that continuously wash down your lower back,

Your legs.

Letting this energy travel all the way down.

Lost and connected to the golden light.

And coming back to your heart,

Coming back to your body.

Coming back to this room.

Coming back to this moment.

Coming back to now.

With your eyes open,

You're ready,

You're ready.

We'll also do some stretches right now just to loosen up your legs.
