Where can I find this full teaching?
This is what I've been looking for.

I like it but it was definitely more of a teaching than a meditation. Suggestion if you, produce a podcast or video for YouTube of the teaching and link each teaching to three lengths of meditation 10 min., 25 min., and 50 min. taking key aspects the most important pieces, to focus on, contemplate, even a mantra of scripture that connect the teaching anchors it in this reality for the practitioner.
