Welcome to day two of Awaken the Soul.

Today's session will be focused on breath awareness as the second tool to help you slowing down your brainwaves.

Let's begin by finding a quiet space,

Sitting comfortably and closing your eyes.

Beginning by bringing your attention into your breaths.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold your breath and as exhaling visualize or think about the number three,

Three times.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold your breath and as exhaling visualize or think about the number two,

Three times.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold your breath and as exhaling visualize or think about the number one,

Three times.

Bring your focus on your breath as you inhale and exhale.

Notice the rhythm of your breath without trying to change it.

Count each breath.

As you inhale it will be one,

As you exhale it will be two.

Keep counting each breath from one to ten,

Then start again.

One,

Breathe in.

Two,

Breathe out.

Three,

Inhale.

Four,

Exhale.

Five,

Breathe in.

Six,

Breathe out.

Seven,

Eight,

Breathe out.

Nine,

Breathe in.

Ten,

Breathe out.

Keep bringing your attention to the rhythm of your breath and keep counting each breath.

Start again.

If your mind wanders,

Gently bring your attention back to your breath.

Allow the breath to be your anchor,

Slowing down your thoughts and calming your mind.

Keep bringing your focus to your breath as you inhale and exhale.

Keep bringing your focus to the rhythm of your breath without trying to change it.

Keep counting each breath from one to ten,

Then start again.

Allow your breath to be your guide,

To be your anchor.

Allow your breath to help you slowing down your thoughts and calming your mind,

Awakening and gaining a new appreciation to the power of your breath.

As you bring your awareness into your breath,

It becomes a powerful vehicle to help you slow down your brainwaves.

When you're ready,

Take another deep,

Deep breath.

In through your nose,

Hold your breath and slowly,

Slowly exhale through your mouth.

On the count of five,

We will open our eyes.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four and five.

Open your eyes.
