So,
Welcome.
We are going to start our session with a short ceremony to make sure that we are all aligned.
So,
Let's close your phones or whatever that might ring and distract you.
And let's sit comfortably on our seat.
Let's close our eyes and take a deep breath in.
And let go.
And another deep breath in.
And relax.
And the next breath in,
We keep in.
We don't breathe out.
And slowly breathe out and let go.
Let go of all your efforts.
Let go of all impressions of the past.
And all expectations about the future.
And allow your breath to guide you back to the present moment.
To whatever is happening right now.
Become aware of your surroundings and all the information it manufactures for you.
Become aware of your physical body and the posture it took upon its seat.
You may scan your body from the tip of your toes to the top of your head.
And patiently move through your body with your consciousness.
Making sure there is no tension hiding anywhere in your body.
There is no need for tension right now.
Another deep breath in.
And let go.
Let go more and more.
Loose and relaxed.
Become aware of your thoughts as they pass through your awareness.
What are you thinking about right now?
Observe the thoughts without entanglement,
With no clinging or rejection.
Allow them to flow like clouds in the sky.
Thoughts,
Like any other phenomena,
Appear and disappear.
Observe as it happens on the screen of your mind.
Another deep breath in.
And let go.
Become aware of any emotion you may feel right now.
May it be pleasant or unpleasant.
Just be aware.
Become aware of everything that is happening right now.
Around you and within you.
And when you are ready,
Allow your attention.
So let go of all those phenomena.
And turn back to face itself.
That entity that observed and experienced all those happenings.
That space within that exists before and beyond any phenomena.
That space within where there is no movement.
There is only silence.
And for a moment,
Become that silence.
Let's take another deep breath in.
Slowly allow your attention to come back to your body.
That is seated here upon its seat.
A part of our virtual circle.
Let's unite our individual intentions into one unified intention.
The intention to grow,
To develop,
To evolve.
And with a smile full of gratitude,
Let's take another deep breath in.
And when you feel comfortable,
You may open your eyes.
So,
Welcome everyone to this special occasion we give ourselves once a week to hold hands and walk the path together.
To support each other's growth.
And to grow not only as individuals but also as a unified consciousness.
As we remember that the force that drives that evolution is the longing for the truth.
The tension that lies between the question and the answer.
So,
It's not so much about the answer but the sincerity of the longing and the curiosity for the truth.
We have Carly here to be the sound of your voice.
This platform doesn't allow you to be heard.
So,
She will represent the voice of the sincere seeker.
As we did in the last couple of weeks.
I think it worked very well.
And today we invited ourselves to walk under this question.
What is ego?
And is it useful or harmful on the path to self-liberation?
But as always,
This is just an invitation to start our journey.
There is no specific agenda to this discussion.
So,
Feel free to join in whenever you have a question or clarification that you would like to ask.
And we will make sure to address it.
But this is what propels this one hour forward.
So,
Don't be shy.
That's your contribution here.
Yes?
So,
Just let me start with a quick review about ego.
So,
We are all on the same page here.
Ego.
Is it good or bad?
Should we have ego?
Or should we kill it?
Is it useful or harmful on our path?
What is ego?
First,
Before discussing if it is useful or harmful,
We need to understand what we are talking about.
What is ego?
So,
For the sake of our terminology,
Because ego can be many things,
Depending on the context.
If you are a psychologist or a psychiatrist,
If you are on the spiritual path,
If you speak a common language,
You refer to ego as many things.
So,
For the terminology of this occasion,
We will identify ego as an illusion of separateness.
An illusion of separateness.
When you feel you are separated,
There is you and there is the other person.
There is you and there is life.
And this is not the same thing.
Immediately there is a relationship happening between you and the subject of your observation.
And when there is a relationship,
There is also a give and take.
How much you give,
How much you take.
There is always this discussion like commerce.
This is ego.
That separated entity that is negotiating.
And of course,
It is always negotiating from a state of lack.
Because that separateness doesn't allow you to feel connected to life.
To feel connected to the bounty of life.
You have only your own limited resources.
Your private limited resources.
So,
All that discussion about give and take is based on this innate sensation of lack.
I don't have enough,
So I need to get it from outside,
From life.
Life should provide it to me.
I don't have enough material,
Possessions,
Love,
Appreciation.
Whatever you feel you lack,
Life should support you and provide it.
Or,
The other side of the same coin is,
You should protect the little that you have from life.
Because you know it is threatened.
Life would take it away if you won't protect it.
So,
This craving and aversion.
Craving and aversions.
Craving for what you don't have and aversions protecting,
Rejecting life so they won't take away what is yours.
This is ego.
So,
Should we support and expand the ego or should we kill the ego?
What do you think?
Is it useful or harmful?
This question is irrelevant.
Because there is no such thing actually.
Ego is not good or bad.
Ego is not.
There is no separation.
That's an illusion.
An illusion of separateness.
But in reality you are not really separated.
That's the nature of reality.
Physical,
Energetical reality that you are a part of.
Just like the wave is never separated from the ocean.
It's an oceanic expression.
If you think about it,
A wave is just an artificial entity that we invented,
The observer,
We the human being invented to explain those oceanic expressions,
Temporary oceanic expressions.
But there is no such thing as a wave separated from the ocean.
Isn't it?
It's all part of one big ocean.
Right?
So,
There is no point in discussing should we support the ego or fight against it.
Because it's not there,
Really.
It's like fighting a shadow.
Ego is not.
So what to do?
Wake up.
Wake up to that realization.
You are not separated.
Life is not separated from you,
Different from you.
As your consciousness grows and evolves on the path,
You come to realize more and more that life is you.
And you are an expression of life.
In a nutshell,
This is the discussion.
Growing beyond the illusion of separateness to that realization,
I am that.
I am everything that I see.
Everything I am imagining,
I am that already.
Everything I want and need,
I already have.
It's mine.
Whatever lack you might encounter is always based on the illusion of separateness.
An awakened consciousness cannot experience lack.
Because it's an expression of bounty.
An awakened consciousness is not different than you.
It's only one wave that forgets and another wave that remembers.
That's it.
Both are waves and both are oceanic expressions.
What do you say?
I see a lot of people here tonight.
And I'm wondering if.
.
.
I'm so curious what everybody's thoughts are on this topic.
I guess the first question is why do we have ego and is it useful for us in any way?
Why is an intriguing question but not as important.
Because usually why is a question that is asked when there is a struggle.
When you are completely surrendered to reality as it happens you are not bothered by why.
Your intellect doesn't try to understand and figure it out.
You see there is always some kind of something that doesn't sit right.
So you are trying to figure out why is that.
I can give you a possible answer to that.
Maybe this answer will help you ease your mind.
So you will be more available to accept the fact that ego is there.
Undisputedly ego is there.
Until a certain point.
We come to this world without ego.
As babies we are connected.
We don't feel disconnected.
We are completely connected.
The universe is us and us is the universe.
But as the human experience starts collecting those experiences of lack.
Like for example I am hungry but my tit is not there when I am hungry.
First of all I am hungry.
What the hell is that?
For 9 months I was just fed.
I didn't even know what hunger meant.
And suddenly I am hungry and usually I have the tit but suddenly the tit is not there.
And I am hungry.
What the hell?
And more and more experiences like that gather.
And as the sensation of lack expands an identity is built around it.
An identity of a separated self.
That is created because of that sensation of lack.
And grows and becomes my story.
My identification.
But at some point on our path,
Hopefully this lifetime,
We come to that junction where we are invited to see if this illusion of separateness is still useful for us or are we ready to grow beyond it and remember.
And awake from that illusion.
So we came from there and now we are at this junction where we are invited to remember that.
So a possible answer to the question why is there ego?
Maybe to keep that longing.
Because we remember we were there.
This was us once.
Somewhere in the back of our minds there is this memory,
This knowing of yes,
Yes,
I am.
I was that.
I want to go back there.
I want to be that again.
I want to be an expression of bounty.
I want to be an expression of unconditional love.
I want to go back to the origin point.
I want to reunite.
It is that longing of the drop that wants to reunite with the ocean once again.
And that longing is the driving force of evolution of consciousness.
That is the point.
That longing to come back home is what propels the evolution of consciousness.
Not just your private consciousness.
The universal consciousness.
It is like the question why did God create heaven?
Let us taste it and then kick us out of heaven.
Why did he do that?
Because then we want to come back home.
We were there,
We tasted it and we want to come back.
And that longing to come back is what drives us to grow and reunite.
Is it useful?
It can be useful.
Definitely.
If you use it correctly.
How do you use your ego correctly on the spiritual path?
It may sound contradicting.
But as long as there is an I want in you,
There is ego there.
Because there is an I that wants.
That want is only created by that sense of lack.
So if you take all that I want power and harness it and redirect it to I want to be free.
I want to be an expression of unconditional love.
This is what I want.
That has a lot of power.
That is called sankalpa in Sanskrit.
That is the focus of attention and focus of intention.
This is what I want.
That can go through mountains.
This is the most powerful force a seeker can have.
So you take all those I wants and convert them to I want liberation.
It can take you all the way to the edge of the cliff.
It is not enough to go all the way because ego cannot commit suicide.
Ego cannot say,
OK,
Enough,
I don't want to be anymore.
Because who doesn't want?
Who is not willing to let go of the ego?
So ego cannot say,
OK,
Enough of me.
But once you are on the edge of the cliff,
You are willing to surrender and say,
Thy will be done,
Truly,
Honestly,
Totally.
Then a different force can take over.
Not the ego.
A force which is not personal and has nothing to do with your wants and needs.
So ego can be very useful if you harness it in that sense.
What do you say?
So,
If I understand correctly,
The why we have ego is to help us with that wanting to be free.
So,
Is there a place where.
.
.
Is the goal to be rid of the ego?
Or is there something we.
.
.
Is there a goal of something that we are supposed to do or be where ego is still there?
It's like asking me,
Should I take a bulldozer and destroy that Fatima Organa that I see?
Do you know what a Fatima Organa is?
It's like a mirage.
It's like an image of an oasis in the desert.
But it's not just an image.
There is no oasis.
So,
If you want to take your bulldozer and try to destroy it,
You will find nothing.
There is no ego.
There is no ego to destroy.
So,
Don't bother killing your ego or destroying your ego.
Because there is always you trying to do it.
That's the ego.
It's not up to you,
Unfortunately.
But you can use that force,
I want,
To go through all difficulties,
To go through all distractions that life can offer.
And be completely focused on that.
This is what I want.
I want to be free.
I want to be an expression of unconditional love.
I want to reunite with God.
It doesn't matter how you word it.
I want to grow beyond my own personal drama and be free.
This is what I want.
Put it on the top of your priorities,
Because the ego knows how to do that.
And allow it to take you all the way,
Until you feel there is nothing left you can let go of.
There is nothing left that holds you back on your journey.
There is no conditions.
There is no attachments.
There is no cravings.
There is no aversions.
There is no self-identity.
There is nothing.
You shout,
Who am I?
And you get nothing in return.
Nothing.
It's just void.
There is no echoing back any sort of answer.
There is only that,
Who am I?
And you stay there in complete darkness and awe.
Amazed by the void.
That's it.
That's the edge of the cliff.
Allow yourself to be there.
That's the path of the brave.
Some questions here.
Alex says,
What is that other force?
Let's call it grace,
For the sake of the argument.
Grace is that other force.
And it's not personal.
So it's got nothing to do with I want.
Thy will be done.
And allow the mystery to take over.
Jeremy says,
Basic question.
The separation seems very real and the wave also exists for a time,
No?
Could you elaborate on that?
Separation is in fact an illusion?
Separate is in fact an illusion.
What's nice about that today,
As opposed to the ancient times,
Is that today we can discuss this also scientifically,
Not only theologically.
You know,
Once that notion of God is one was saved to religious people,
People of faith.
Because it says so in the Bible or whatever,
In the scripts.
God is one.
But if I'm not religious,
What does it mean?
I'm here,
This is my body,
These are my needs,
This is my story.
What do you mean?
But now you can turn to the Bible of the secular,
Which is science.
And find oneness,
Not just as an idea,
A philosophy,
But as the physical reality of which we are part of.
Oneness as one energy,
That's just the first law of thermodynamics.
One energy,
Energy cannot be destroyed.
Everything is just one energy.
You are not separated from that.
Chemically,
You are a part,
A stardust.
Your body is created out of the food that you eat,
Which is created out of the earth,
Which is stardust.
Same material.
Physically,
We know that our physical body is just a more condensed soup of atoms.
Then between us,
And then it's condensing again there.
But actually if you go in the subatomical level,
You see there is much more empty space than matter.
There is no real place where I finish,
Where I end and you begin.
There is no place like that.
In space,
You never end physically.
That's the truth,
That's the physical truth of it.
Not just an idea.
In consciousness,
You know,
Many researchers have shown that consciousness is not limited to your own separated identity.
You are a part of a universal consciousness.
For example,
You can see that many inventions throughout history were created simultaneously in different parts of the world.
When you ask somebody who invented the electric bulb,
For example,
Everybody would say Thomas Edison.
But there was a guy,
I don't even remember his name in Europe,
That in the same year wrote an article about this invention that he had.
And the telephone,
Again,
There is an Italian guy,
Not Alexander Bell,
An Italian guy who wrote an application for a patent about the same instrument in a different continent.
How did that happen?
Or you know there is an example about a group of monkeys that researchers searched or learned about somewhere in the African jungles.
And they copied,
The monkeys taught themselves how to copy the people who washed some kind of fruit before eating it because it was full of thorns.
So after washing it,
They would be able to eat it.
So the monkeys taught themselves how to do that because they were watching the people.
But what's amazing about that is that at the same period of time,
Another group of researchers in South America saw that this type of monkeys also start washing the food.
Because consciousness is universal.
You know that,
Right?
You know when the holidays come and everybody is feeling festive,
You know,
The whole energy around you is changing,
Right?
Or if something terrible happens,
You feel that in the air.
And the more sensitive you are,
The more it's available to you.
So oneness is not just an idea,
Theological idea about some god that lives there or whatever.
You can research that today and find that you are a part of that,
Whether you want it or not,
Whether you are aware of it or not.
You are that.
So there is no reason or there is no point in trying to discuss separateness when it's not there,
Really.
It's not there.
Even if it looks very real,
It's not really there.
So the only thing you can do is wake up from that dream,
From that illusion.
Jackie says,
It's not a want,
It's I have and I am.
No wants.
That's a place of deficit of which we're not.
I didn't understand.
I'm not sure I understood it.
I think she's saying it's better to be in a place where you're saying I have and I am,
Not that you want something.
That when you say you want something,
That's a place of deficit.
Definitely.
Otherwise you wouldn't want it.
I have,
I am.
Let's start with I am.
And Sean says,
I have the same theory of invention.
It's fun to hear you have it as well.
It's not a theory,
It's the reality.
So we understand your explanation of why we have ego and how it's useful for us.
So I'm wondering,
Do we transcend the ego?
Is there a place for ego in our everyday life?
Does it serve us in any way other than to help us want and long for freedom?
I mean,
Of course,
As we are developing into adults,
The ego is helping us,
You know,
Creating our own unique voice and helping us finding our own unique path and place in society.
It has a function there,
Of course.
But again,
At some point you come to the evolutionary junction where you are faced with this question,
Is it still useful?
Or are you ready to grow beyond it and expand beyond those imaginary limitations of your own self-identity that you've created for yourself?
If you want to call it,
What did you say,
Transcending?
You can call it transcending.
I would call it expanding,
Expanding beyond the imaginary,
Artificial self-limitations that you have created for yourself.
Because you were under this illusion of separateness,
Separated from life.
So you have to understand,
It's not a matter of getting somewhere or getting the point or embarking on a journey that at the end of it you will reunite.
You are united.
You've always been united.
There is no wave that is disconnected from the ocean.
It's impossible.
You are that already.
So it's not the result of a process.
It's just a matter of waking up.
That's why it's called awakening.
Waking up to the reality of your own existence.
That's it.
Waking up from a dream.
So Jeremy says,
Four years ago I experienced this fully.
I still think about it every day and it completely changed my life.
Should I forget about that experience and let it go?
It's a beautiful question.
A beautiful question.
Yes.
The answer is yes.
Because it's not a matter of experience.
People are hung up on their experience.
Especially on the spiritual path.
People have those amazing experiences.
I was connected to divinity.
I was boundless.
Borderless.
I experienced absolute silence.
Jesus came and spoke to me.
Amazing experiences.
And then it's gone.
Shit.
I mean I had it.
And it's disappeared now.
And I'm so frustrated.
I'm trying everything to reignite that.
I'm telling you this is a trap.
It's not about the experience.
Don't try to re-experience something.
Because there is now that I want that experience.
I want Jesus to come back again.
I want.
I had it.
I had it.
And now it's gone.
And I will only be complete when it's coming back.
No,
No,
No.
It's got nothing to do with your I and wants.
It's not about the experience at all.
It's about the experiencer.
You are that.
Not the experience.
You are that.
You look within yourself.
And don't search for that as a result of an experience.
Because then you are again trapped in that eternal search for something outside of you.
It's the same trap.
Just relax.
In your present moment.
To realize who you are.
Not what you experience.
Do you see the difference?
What?
He says,
Ha.
Expletive.
I thought so.
Good.
Good.
So Cynthia says transcending ego.
In first a competition with consciousness that is the function of the ego.
Don't we need to realize the ploy inferred here?
So what?
So you mentioned in response to Jeremy's question about one way that the ego can trap us.
So I think Cynthia is referring to another way that the ego can trap us in transcending.
That she is making the point that that creates a competition with your expanding consciousness.
Ego is creating a competition with your expanding consciousness.
So I'm wondering what other ways the ego can trap us.
Ego is a very sophisticated animal.
It's very sophisticated.
And I tell you it will not kill itself.
Doesn't matter how much you want it to die.
It knows exactly which buttons to press.
It will manipulate you in every way possible to make sure that you will never,
Ever consider fully surrendering.
Because that would be insanity for the ego.
That would be the end of it.
And it is not willing to die.
It will generate all kinds of fears in you to make sure you stay fearful and protective.
Losing control for example.
Are you crazy?
Are you insane?
Losing control?
What are you thinking?
Life will destroy you if you would be willing to lose control.
People will tremble you.
Now what was it?
A doormat.
People will use you as a doormat.
Are you crazy?
Don't even consider that.
You know how many people before you were injured because of that stupid spiritual notion?
Don't even consider that.
That's the most irresponsible thing you can do.
The ego will tell you everything you need to hear in order to not let go.
It's a very sophisticated animal I tell you.
So what to do with the ego?
You just let go.
Observe how it operates.
And how can you know when it operates?
How can you know when the ego is now controlling you and manipulating you?
When you feel contracted.
Physically,
Energetically you feel contracted.
You feel that you are getting smaller.
This is when you know the ego is dominant.
The ego element is dominant.
And the opposite is when the ego element is dormant,
You are able to expand.
And be comfortable and loose.
And at home.
You feel at home with the present moment.
So much at home that you are able to merge and melt into it.
Melting into the present moment.
This is a true sign of egolessness.
So maybe a better analogy or way to think about the ego is not through killing it or transcending it.
But just like anything else,
Merging with it to become one.
Because it is no longer a separate entity.
Which is a bit ironic because its whole purpose is to create that separation.
You just observe.
You don't need to transcend the ego.
Because the ego is not.
You don't need to reconnect.
Because you were never disconnected.
You let go of that idea that there is some kind of effort.
Or some kind of process.
That you need to go through.
An endeavor.
A struggle.
That at the end of it,
If you are lucky,
You will be rewarded by that experience of non-ego.
That's not the case.
And the more you struggle to get there,
The further away from it you go.
But strangely it requires.
.
.
Do you know how big ego people on the spiritual path have?
It's amazing.
People,
Priests,
High priests,
Gurus.
The more admired they are,
The bigger the ego they have.
On the spiritual path.
You just observe that with curiosity.
Observe that power within you that tries to keep control.
That tries to protect you against life.
To persuade you.
To stand on guard.
And close your heart.
Observe that.
And don't believe it.
Just observe it.
And keep that sankalpa.
No,
No.
I want to keep my heart open.
That's what I want.
I want to keep my heart open.
I don't want to be contracted.
I want to be loose.
I don't want to be afraid of life.
I want to love life.
This is what I want.
This is how you harness the ego.
So,
Your thing.
So,
I'm wondering about how we.
.
.
You know,
We talked last session a lot about unconditional love.
So,
How do we blend our unconditional love with our ego in that effort to merge?
How do we,
You know,
Realistically in our everyday lives.
.
.
Look,
If you have an effort to merge,
You know you're in the wrong track.
You don't need to merge.
You are already a part of and effort is useless.
Don't try to get there.
You are there.
What you need to do is relax and let go.
And wake up.
Just wake up of that dream,
Of that illusion of separateness.
That's it.
There is nowhere you need to go and nothing you need to do.
Your effort is counterproductive,
I tell you.
You know,
Like when you do meditation.
It will never happen if you try to meditate.
You know,
If you sit there,
Okay,
Meditation.
Or like when you want to go to sleep,
You know,
Okay,
Now I have to sleep.
I have to wake up in five hours.
I've got to go to sleep now.
Come on,
Sleep.
Come,
Come,
Come,
Come,
Come.
Please,
Please,
Please.
I need you now.
You know,
It will never happen.
Same.
No?
Don't worry about getting there.
You are there.
You are that.
What was the beginning of your question?
Something about merging with unconditional love.
Unconditional love is a true criteria for egolessness.
Ego cannot love unconditionally.
Ego is built on separateness.
So there is always that,
You know,
Bickering.
I gave you this,
You have to give me back that,
Otherwise I will be overdraft.
You know?
Ego can only love conditionally,
With agenda.
Ego can only love with an agenda.
You know?
I am with you because I enjoy being with you.
I am dependent on you.
Because you create some kind of comfort for me.
Some kind of a sense of security for me.
I am with you because without you I will be lost.
I will be missing something.
Right?
I won't be complete.
Etc,
Etc.
There is always something.
There is always an agenda for ego to love.
Unconditional love can be only when there is no ego.
When there is no identity that calculates profit and loss.
Right?
Because it is unconditional.
So you just open your heart and love.
Because that is who you are.
Not because you need something.
Because you found that this is your true self.
Because you are that.
You spread that around.
Because that is the nature of love.
Not your nature.
That is the nature of love.
Love is spreading.
Love is touching other people through you.
Not because you get something out of it.
Because that is what love does.
Let me give you an example of unconditional love.
Many years ago I sat in front of my guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in India.
And there was a ceremony,
A puja that was held by him.
And there were a few priests that helped him in that puja.
And there was a choir of young boys who chanted mantras in Sanskrit.
And I saw Guruji looking at that choir while he was busy with the puja.
And I was looking at what he was looking at.
Trying to find out what was going on there.
And then I saw that one of the kids in the choir was so overwhelmed.
He couldn't remember the words.
He was confused.
He was sweaty.
He was like uncomfortable.
So at one point Guruji calls that guy.
He was maybe 12 or 13.
To come.
There was a whole audience watching that scene.
And that guy was from black turning into white in a second.
You could see he was about to faint.
So he goes to Guruji.
And Guruji tells him to sit beside him and help him with the puja.
Which is an honor that really only the high priests have.
And that choir boy got that opportunity.
Because Guruji is love.
Without making a big fuss.
He recognized that lack and flowed to fill that lack and continue on.
It was so beautiful to see.
If you didn't really pay attention you can miss it.
No fuss about it.
Just allow love to flow through you.
And love knows what to do,
Where to fill,
What is missing.
And it will fill it up.
Nothing to do with you.
You just allow that.
So just looking at the time it flew by.
It did.
Cynthia says,
When it is operating it is fear.
When it is consciousness,
Divine spirit.
There is only love.
Jai Gurudev.
And Cynthia says,
Every time we try to reach over and touch the butterfly that landed on our shoulder,
The more elusive the butterfly is.
So it feels every time we come to the end of one of these sessions,
There is something else that comes up.
It feels like we could go on and on and on every time.
So the thing that is coming up for me this time is balance.
Because I am trying to understand,
You know,
You mentioned on the spiritual path,
There are so many people that have such big egos.
And I have more questions about that.
And the thing that is coming in now for me is this sense of balance.
And how do we find that in order to keep going on this path.
So I am wondering if we can invite people for.
.
.
Discussion about balance.
Sounds good.
What do you say?
Want to join us on Tuesday to discuss balance?
I need at least three yeses before we decide.
One,
Two,
Three.
Sold!
Okay.
Good,
Good.
So let's maybe Tuesday we can meet at the same time.
And we can open the discussion then.
Bring your friend with you so we can make it a party.
Yeah,
Same time as today,
Tuesday.
Wherever you are on the globe.
And thank you for your lovely questions and your curiosity and your longing.
That's very powerful.
And thank you for your donations.
It's also very helpful.
Check out my courses.
There are two courses that you can listen to.
One is about dealing with trauma.
And one is about fear versus love.
So check those out.
So I will see you again Tuesday.
Good night.
