So hello again everyone To this unique opportunity we give ourselves once a week To stop the rush and hold hands support each other's under Reminding ourselves Who we are and what is most important to us And we do that by harnessing that Potential energy that tension that hides between the question and the answer So remember you lead this event your longing for the truth is what propels us forward So don't be shy don't censorize yourself Share your question your wonder your doubt your difficulty whatever you feel is between you and An awakened consciousness and offer it like an offering to the divine So who would be the first one to jump into the waters today Lynn is asking how much can fear prevent me from staying in line with my awakened self How much very much Depend on the level of fear isn't it some people are petrified And they have lost all the connection with their awakened self Because they are preoccupied with Images of danger projected in their mind when fear is there we are Blind to see the true nature of ourself and when the level of fear is high That we are Oblivious how do you call it oblivious Is that a word yes but not really sure if it is fear or doubt Or something else to simplify it i would say it doesn't really matter if it's fear or doubt or Something else what matters is that your attention is stolen What matters is that your attention is stolen By images projected in your brain And Reality that may happen or should have happened A fictional reality a movie You have an idea in your head and your attention is stolen to watch that movie instead of become Fully present to be experiencing what is So it doesn't really matter if you call it fear or doubt or Fear or doubt or Something else you're just not available you're not Present And the easiest way to identify that is by Becoming aware of the contractions in your body because when this happens when You're lost in your ideas and thoughts about what should have happened or about what might happen Your body contracts It could be Some serious contraction some people are paralyzed Completely and it could be minor you know just a small Internally So once that happens you wake up to remind yourself oh no no no there's no reason for me To be afraid or to run away to an alternative reality i want to be in love with this reality That currently is happening right now that's my mission that is what most important to me So i bring back my attention to the present moment and become available to that To experience that to love that to surrender to that To see what i'm saying Let's talk about doubt What is doubt doubt is An idea you have in your mind When you calculate your Profit loss situation with life Do you see that Doubt is there to try to Make sure That That Your choice would lead you to a reality where you win at least as much as you lose if not more Preferably more This is doubt Isn't it I'm not sure that we think about it Should i maybe i should do something else Should i really take this guy seriously or what does he want What is his hidden agenda you know gurus are dangerous And so forth So what does doubt do it puts you on the fence right you sit on the fence and you Calculate your profit loss situation Right until you make a decision but until you make a decision what happens Sometimes it can take years or lifetimes before people are willing to make a decision Right You know people get married and go through their life married to someone That they haven't really chosen fully to be with they are still doubtful What happens while you sit on the fence and calculate your profit loss situation Life happens Life doesn't wait for you to make a decision life continues to happen The problem is that you are not engaged because you are up on the fence making a decision Should i jump to the right side or should i jump to the left side Which will be better for me where will i gain more or lose more Gain more or lose less Okay And while you're Trying to make up your mind life happens Life doesn't wait for anyone And you're not there you're not engaged you're not available to experience it because you're not Fully committed you are not fully surrendered Then You even if you try you put one leg on one side but you keep the other leg on The fence just to make sure that you can always jump back and renegotiate So what to do with doubt i tell you burn it burn your doubts What does it mean Do your homework investigate collect the required information whatever you need to do And make a decision Whatever it is it just decides Now there is a tip that i can share with you If you're not certain about your choice and you don't know exactly if you need to go To the right side or to the left side I would use this criteria ask yourself I would use this criteria ask yourself What would you choose if there was no fear whatsoever guiding your choice No fear of any kind Not the fear of losing something you think you already possess and not the fear of not gaining Something you feel you don't have and you need These two fears are not present in manipulating your choice What would jesus do right sure because i the christians like to ask what would jesus do if They were in my shoe he was in my shoes Just love flowing through me unconditionally where would it flow would it flow to the right Side or to the left And this would lead you In in your path in the most harmonious uninterrupted way back to the ocean Mm-hmm so if you're not sure about your choice follow the path of love Even if you're still afraid doesn't matter you just go there and remind yourself again and again It's not so important it may seem very dramatic should i choose this or that i tell you Nobody cares Doesn't matter what matters is that you choose you get off the fence And submit yourself surrender to the experience and and the consequences of your choice This is much more important doesn't matter if you arrive to the ocean from the left side or The left side or from the right side all rivers flow to the ocean Regardless of the path they took isn't it And the ocean the ocean doesn't care So adopt that oceanic consciousness fearless Fearless You are the ocean an extension of the ocean So you flow from the left you flow from the right doesn't matter just Allow yourself to be there fully beyond any doubt This is a fulfilled life don't you agree Marika is asking what should we do when we regret something When you regret something you remind yourself That Life doesn't make mistakes Life is not confused life is never confused You can be confused because you have contradicting ideas about what should happen Or should have happened Then this is very confusing But life doesn't Care about your ideas and concepts and preconceptions and interests and agendas Life is not about pleasing you and your opinions Anyway it's impossible you know you're today you have one opinion tomorrow you have another Opinion and the next guy has different opinions so how can you there's no way to please everybody So life gave up on that many years ago It just goes about being the present moment So Whether you like it or not so if you are Engulfed with regret just remind yourself Life doesn't make mistakes It's it cannot be confused you're confused so wake up And Realize from every situation pleasant or unpleasant you can learn you can grow You can evolve Any situation whether it meets your expectations or not doesn't matter Even And i would take it even one step further Realize regret is working similar to doubt on that Checkbook that you keep with life profit and loss Right you have that idea that life supposed to provide something that you don't have Whether it's wealth or security or love Or acceptance Whatever you feel life owes you Regret is working there in that profit loss space Because you believe that maybe if situations was were different You would Gain more and lose less do you see that It doesn't matter what you believe you were supposed to gain or you were not supposed to lose Could be friendship it could be usually it's around love And it's not about money it's not about money it's not about money it's not about money Usually it's around love whether you're aware of it or not or material position or whatever A sense of security and comfort if i only chose differently back then today my Reality could be much more comfortable and safe and full of joy and love If i could only turn turn back the wheels of time right my reality would be much better I tell you this is never ever the case it's only ideas that you keep in your mind Based on that illusion of separateness Of separateness That keeps you away From a sense of union with life That illusion of separation creates that dialogue of winning and losing gaining loss and profit Right if you don't if you're not connected to the to the wealth you negotiate the little change That you have you know it's like a it's like a beggar sitting on a pile of gold coins begging for And just not aware of the wealth that he is already has that he's a part of An awakened consciousness doesn't have that dialogue with life Profit and loss Doesn't have that dialogue with life Profit and loss Because that separated self is not there to negotiate that Do you see You need to have two to negotiate you have something i need i have something that you Need let's negotiate but if you're one who's negotiating with who it's like It's ridiculous So just observe that doubt and regret are based on that illusion of separateness Creating that sense of lack within you so you need to negotiate with life Where will i gain more where will i lose less These are all follies So when you realize that you just Laugh about it and come back to the present moment Stop arguing with life believing it should be different It's not the case Danny? What are you saying? No you are an expression of bounty you are that You are that You don't lack anything You remember if you don't have something it's because you don't need it Even though you might believe differently but life doesn't make mistakes It's never confused if you don't have it you don't need it not really What you really need you already have you are that Good good just me saying love your thoughts on here it's so precious time let's use it Most intelligently Can you tell us more about unity and separation Unity is the nature of reality Separation is an illusion not no much sense to talk about that Separation is just an awareness is not fully aware of the nature of reality which is oneness At the end and you know it used to be there only religious people would be able to Identify with this you know god is one okay so as a secular Individual if i don't believe in god then oneness has no meaning what does it mean But today the religion of the secular describes The nature of our physical reality through science as oneness Doesn't matter which science you choose physics chemistry astronomy From the very fabric of creation from the subatomic level to the cosmic reality Oneness is a fact a scientific fact Um i think it's really the most intriguing subject to study and the the thin Line between spirituality and science what used to be described in spiritual books As it is currently described in in various types of sciences You want an example think about the you know in in quantum physics there is a A term called the butterfly effect you probably heard about it What is the butterfly effect it says that since everything is connected and interconnected It's enough for a butterfly to wave its delicate wings on one side of the planet to create a series Of chain events that would ignite a typhoon on the other side of the planet The planet And this just keeps reminding us that every organism that lives Affects every other organism And it's all part of one oneness one living organism In in ways that we are still just starting to learn about You don't have to be a believer to connect to this truth you can study it And prove it in various forms Or you can just have that knowing you know yeah of course i am a part of this creation I just happen to forget it from time to time when my ego element is dominant No because separation is that illusion of ego ego is this is the definition of ego And i don't belong i'm not a part of this so i have to take care of myself Versus life you know so that negotiation starts losing winning That sense of lack seeing that bounty around me and not being connected to it generates a sense Of lack existential lack and my whole life is oriented towards Gaming what i feel i don't have and protecting the little i do have Right this is ego So what to do with that You know every time you feel that contraction existential contraction That tries to separate you from life Just take a deep breath remind yourself no no no no It's okay i'm still a part of it i'm connected I'm still a part of it i'm connected Doesn't matter if i currently experience it or just forgot it for a minute i'm still connected The wave is always an extension of the ocean doesn't matter if it remembers it or not Right so are you Always an extension What do you say I say yes to that good good good practice you know the fact that i talk about it now It's not only about the concepts it's good to have this reminder You know to bring us back To this togetherness but in order to realize that as your own nature most of us needs to practice So i encourage you go back to this guided meditation and reconnect with oneness Well whatever You know you find effective to do that go to nature hug a tree whatever Remind yourself illusion of centeredness stand between me between me and an awakened consciousness And an open heart exactly and i'm here to open my heart i want to grow beyond that illusion I want to be free of that illusion This is what i want and this is what's most important to me more than anything else More than any drama life has to suggest as intriguing and enticing it may be The day the silence becomes more attractive than the noise
