This is an energizing breath that can help release dopamine in your brain. It helps with moving and clearing stuck energy and emotions from the body. Tuned to 432 hertz with ambient nature sounds and music in the background.

Hello,

Welcome,

And thank you for joining me.

Today I'm going to share with you an energizing breath that I like to call Phoenix Rising.

This is a great breathwork sequence that can help release dopamine in your brain.

It also is a really useful tool for moving stuck energy.

First,

I'll describe the breath,

And then we'll ground,

Center,

Shield,

And move into the exercise.

We'll start with 11 intense breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

They'll go like this.

As you inhale,

You can engage your pelvic floor muscles as if you're holding in your pee.

You can imagine that you're pulling a little ball of light all the way down from your root and up to the top of your head,

Your crown.

So you bring that little ball up,

And then on your exhalation,

You can release those pelvic floor muscles and let that ball of light return to your root.

This will be going in cycles with every breath in.

The little ball of light goes up to the crown,

Squeezing the pelvic floor out.

You release it back to the root.

Then on your 12th breath in,

You'll hold your breath and squeeze every muscle in your body intensely.

Then you can imagine that that light you've been circling in your body to expand around your entire body.

Then we'll release.

We're going to do this exercise three times and then move into an integration and reflection period.

All right.

First,

We're going to sit down or lie down in a comfortable position and find a spot where our gaze rests.

Taking a few deep breaths in and out.

And on your next exhale,

You can breathe your eyes closed.

Now I want you to imagine that from the bottom of your spine,

This beautiful set of roots grow and connect you deeply to the earth.

Grounding you and centering you.

Set a shield of light around you for this practice with whatever color you feel would serve you the best.

We're going to begin our 11 breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

In three,

Two,

One.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

Pulling up that light and releasing.

Three,

Two,

One.

And breathe in and hold.

Holding,

Holding,

Squeezing every muscle in your body,

Feeling that light that you've been cultivating.

Expand and release.

All right.

We're moving into round two.

Three,

Two,

One.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

Three,

Two,

One.

And breathe in deeply,

Deeply,

Deeply.

Squeezing every muscle in your body,

Feeling that light circulate around your body and expand past your body into your room.

Spread.

Squeezing,

Squeezing,

Squeezing.

And now we're going to move into our third and final round.

In three,

Two,

One.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

Three,

Two,

One.

And breathe in deeply,

Deeply,

Deeply.

And hold that breath.

Squeezing every muscle in your body.

Feeling that light,

Feeling that light reach all of the corners of the earth.

Feeling it glow,

Feeling it grow.

And take in one extra little sip of air.

And release with a sigh.

Now you can take this time to land.

Return to your normal breathing.

Feel into the sensations of your body,

Your heart beating.

The blood running through your veins.

Let yourself relax.

Sitting in the good feelings.

Observing with gentleness and love.
