A Common Paradox In Meditation Practice
This is a lecture about a common paradox the beginner faces in its practice of meditation. The main concept of letting go and its form are exposed in order for the listener to get a sense of what meditation is about. I explore the idea of acceptance and kind curiosity towards the present moment, which is the very simple and natural state of meditation, which is accessible since it is nothing more than a mindset. In order to meditate, you only gotta be truly yourself. There is nothing to change inside nor outside yourself to be able to meditate, and there is nothing to stuff into your brain nor remove from it. There is nothing like a correct way to meditate, just like there is no way a tree would be an incorrect tree. This is an insight on realizing that you have to unthink your reality away, to give it all away so it can reveals its true and simple nature to you. I invite you to be conscious during the listening of this recording, and feel the words more than understanding them.
