Hello and welcome.

Taking this moment to get comfortable.

To settle down.

Breathing in.

Relaxing.

Letting go.

Bringing the awareness of breath into your body.

Opening to it.

Softening into it.

Oxygen.

Breath.

Breath cycles flowing.

Flowing with ease.

One after another.

Being in our relationship to it is complicated.

It can become very psychological.

Like being stuck in a trap with no way out.

By learning to work with our breath.

Our spiritual,

Emotional,

Mental,

Physical space.

We begin to have some control over pain.

Something we had felt powerless to.

Shifts.

Shifts as you become able to work with your body.

Able to dissolve the pain.

Easing the suffering.

Bathed and surrounded by light.

Your life force.

Star dust energies.

Twinkling lights of life.

Drawing our attention back to the breath.

Slow and rhythmic.

Waves of energy.

Waves of the ocean.

Waves of breath streaming to where it is needed.

Starting at the core.

Rippling outward.

Resonating.

Opening your hands.

Is that a little energy you feel?

Dancing on your palm.

A tingle.

A tickle.

Vibrating.

Sparkling.

Energy of life.

Visualizing this healing energy.

Drawing it in with your breath.

Coming in through one palm.

Releasing out through the other.

Slowly inhale through your nose.

Exhaling through your mouth.

Long.

Slow.

Full.

Deep.

Your own energy clearing system.

With every healing breath opening you up.

Breathing into the boundaries.

The thresholds.

Ceasing resistance.

As we slowly begin to zoom in we see the porous openings of our skin.

Cellular passageways.

Energies allowing access for the golden light.

Energies.

Swirling.

Spiraling.

Absorbing.

Dispersing.

Ebb and flow.

Oxygenating the areas that need love.

Compassion permeating through.

Worry.

Fear.

Doubt.

Dissipating in the light.

Your spirit energy healing yourself.

Accepting.

Allowing.

To soften.

To soften into.

To dissolve and break up.

Your exhale can start to release a little more pain each time.

Filming your autonomic nervous system.

You are in such flow with your breath now.

Experimenting with how you can move it throughout your whole body.

Funneling the flow of breath into your belly.

Like a balloon blowing up on the inhale.

Deflating on the exhale.

Filling more deeply with each breath.

Taking your time with it.

Exhaling out every nook and cranny.

Every shadow and cobweb.

Scrubbed clean with light and release.

Harmonizing.

Tensions melting.

When you exhale,

Do so with intention.

With intention to empty out the pain.

Empty out what you want to release.

Letting it all go.

Redirecting the flow of breath again.

Shifting the feeling of expansion into the upper chest.

Visualizing it.

Small wisps of air becoming full and deep.

As you breathe into your rib cage and upper chest,

Your jaw is feeling so relaxed.

Soft.

Supple.

Neck and shoulders sliding down.

Melting.

Letting go.

Releasing.

Awareness of your rib cage,

Throat and neck being so soft.

So open.

Getting that airflow and focus to your back.

Feeling the back of your rib cage widening.

Muscles expanding with the breath.

Spaciousness between each rib.

Letting go a little more every time.

Not just feeling the breath,

But starting to see it.

What it looks like.

How soothing it is.

How malleable yet directive it can be.

Drawing in these healing energies.

Connecting into the breath.

We begin to transcend.

Folding into a more relaxed and peaceful place.

Your breath starts shifting again.

Traveling up the neck.

Mount opening.

Jaw so heavy.

Unhinging.

Disengaging.

Breath.

Width.

Yet with all this weight and heaviness,

The breath is still traveling up.

Traveling up,

Up through our veins.

Oxygenating the layers between our scalp and skull.

Eyelids like lead.

So heavy.

Heavy on a deep molecular level.

More interconnection of cells,

Nerves,

Tissues.

Hearing the message,

The message of relief.

Of relief to your nervous system.

Spaciousness.

Traveling into our mind's eye.

Traveling through it.

As we pull back and see our whole body.

A floating paradox of unimaginable heaviness.

Suspended.

Cushioned and surrounded by our scintillating spirits.

Seeing that twinkling spirit of life enveloping you.

The breath and the light pulsating.

Permeating through every pore and cell.

Passing through that filmy veil of skin with ease.

Down your arms.

Out through your fingertips.

Saturating through your legs.

Flowing out through each toe.

Whole body breath energy.

From this deep space we can see how that pain has dissipated.

Maybe it has dissolved.

Maybe not.

But maybe it is less defined.

Less clear.

Shifted through this meditation.

Maybe it needs more love.

More soothing.

More comforting.

More acknowledgement.

Drawing the flow of breath into that area.

Breathing into the edges.

Softening and pushing them.

Pushing them a little further away each time.

Breathing.

Clearing.

Dissolving what is stuck.

What is sometimes hidden.

A dance between the conscious and unconscious.

Cycles.

Cycles settling into ever calmer baselines.

We are able to balance our state.

A state of more light.

Equilibrium.

Stabilization.

Peace.

Elevating like clouds.

Soft and light.

Everything is so much more manageable.

More balanced.

Allowing the body to melt more deeply.

Deeper beyond the depths.

Beyond the depths you already thought were deeper than you could go.

And yet,

Even deeper still.

So deep.

Peaceful.

Restful.

Comforting.

Safe.

Sleeping on soft clouds.

Clouds of twinkling lights.

Healing spirit light.

Lights infused with love.

The healing light of life.

Star dust.

Replenishing.

Restoring.

Revitalizing.

An oasis of tranquility.

With gratitude.
