Give your mind a six minute break. Breathe. Relax. Just be. This is your time to find stillness and peace, even if just for a moment. (c) 2017 William R Wood II. Music by Mystical Forest Trancescapes, used with license.

Go ahead and let your mind and body begin to settle in to this moment.

Giving yourself permission to fully explore these next few minutes to allow yourself to fully relax and let go.

Draw your awareness and your attention to the breath.

Settle in to the breath.

Notice the rhythm that allows you to best find stillness and peace as you fully attend to your inner world.

Now draw your attention to the body.

Allowing the body to unwind.

Bringing your awareness first to the eyes.

Allowing a deep,

Profound peace to settle in to those eyes.

Allowing the eyes to have a much deserved break.

A break from the outside world and from outside looking.

Now bring your attention down to the jaw.

Release any tension,

Tightness in the jaw.

Let the lower jaw hang down as you consciously decide to give your body a moment of stillness and compassion.

Expressing kindness to the body by letting the jaw fully release,

Letting go.

The cares of the day as you fully embrace this healing moment.

And let your shoulders sag down and drop in some comfortable way,

Softening as you release the load and the burden from the day.

Shoulders deserve a moment of kindness and peace.

A kind of compassion that you can show your own body right here,

Right now,

In this moment.

And scan the rest of the body,

Allowing the rest of the body to benefit from this kindness,

This stillness.

You know exactly what your body needs right now.

To fully embrace the present moment.

Give yourself permission to invite peace,

To invite stillness,

To invite pure relaxation.

To invite pure relaxation into this moment,

Into the body,

Into the now.

When you're ready,

You can transition either to waking or to sleeping,

Depending on when and where you're listening to this recording.

So allow that transition to happen at your own pace,

In a way that honors your body remembering you are loved.

You are whole.

You are deeply forgiven.

Enjoyable Cadence. Guided and allowing listeners to follow their own needs and bodies at the same time. Love the transition at the end

I really liked being able to relax so quickly and hear and think positive words towards myself. A good one for anytime, lunch break or just when you're needing to feel better and more relaxed. Thank you!!

This was very soothing and relaxing for me. I melted into my seating position and just relaxed. The last part was my favorite: I am loved, I am whole, and I am forgiven. Lovely.
