13 - You Are A Love Explosion

We span many realities like a rainbow. One end stretches beyond creation in what might be called empty/fullness. As you come into creation there is an explosion of Light then sound, then bliss, joy, love, happiness, and peace. This is what is aware of everything else in meditation. Thoughts and emotions are just structures we have created. They don't think or feel and once their job is done best to let them release the energy they were created back into love, peace, and Happiness.

Thanks, William. I intermittently experience pure being—until I have to do something on a computer or have to deal with somebody else’s problem, and then I feel somewhat depressed. That feeling may resolve when the issue dissipates, or it may hang around a while.
So I figure I’m getting there. Thanks for the description, very helpful.

6.5.25 loved this the first time and this time I'm able to get more out of it. I really like the explanation of how things come into being from the vast "full-emptiness" and into form. I've been meditating on and off for about 30 years but this explanation of the space that we can connect to was an aha moment for me. Thank you.

Feel a bit crusted over. In meditation I can be aware of thoughts but not attach however in my reality it is still causing me suffering. I am an explosion of love (good mantra)

Once again, you are putting into these podcasts, using such clear language, thoughts o have had with my clients… I have clients drawn to black holes. After talking to my space geek friends, I decided black holes must be the source of all energy- the notjingibgness you so perfectly describe- before creation. I love love love it!
