
29 PTSD Part 4 Of 5 - Beyond Meditation - Somatic Releasing
This is part 4 of a 5 part introduction to PTSD and what I have found helpful in my process of Awakening and working with my PTSD. This episode supplements episode 28. The muscle tensions, Brain and Nervous system cramps, are best met in a way that meditation and traditional therapy often miss. We explore some simple Somatic releasing as a supplement to your meditation. Please work with this material slowly and gently. Should be suitable for most but if you feel it is too much, please call a therapist. These podcasts are here to support your personal path of awakening whatever that might be. I feel they are most powerful when listened to in sequence from podcast one forward because each is built on the last. If anything does not resonate, please disregard it and follow your heart.
