Namaste.

Begin by bringing your awareness into your body.

I invite you to close your eyes if it feels comfortable for you to do so.

Begin to tune in to the way in which you are showing up in this moment,

Inviting awareness to your breath without changing.

Simply notice the way in which you inhale and exhale naturally.

Tune in to your rhythm.

Begin to expand on that,

Inviting a deepening of the inhale as you feel your belly expand,

Inviting a deeper release of the exhale as you empty out your lungs.

Inhale,

Filling up.

Exhale,

Letting go.

Each breath an opportunity to renew and release.

Notice this new rhythm.

In any subtle ways,

It has changed you.

With breath awareness comes a deeper awareness of the self in general.

Let's expand on this.

Each wave of breath,

Inviting waves of peace and relaxation.

Notice on the exhale where you can soften in the body.

Perhaps the space between your brows.

Perhaps you can invite some space between the teeth as you soften your jaw.

Notice if you're holding on to any tightness in the neck or the shoulders and invite this release there.

Allow this wave of relaxations wash through you,

Relaxing the arms down to the fingertips,

Bringing your awareness to the space around your heart.

Perhaps inviting a little more softness there.

This next exhale,

Bringing you into the torso,

Down through the hips,

Softening,

Surrendering to the flow of your breath.

This next wave,

Bringing you further down through the thighs,

Down the legs,

Relaxing,

Softening.

Traveling further still through the ankles,

Down to the toes.

Softening through your entire body,

Relaxing into wherever you are.

Feeling any support beneath you,

Inviting your awareness to move to the space around your body.

Feel your body and your breath within this space.

Feel the energy within you as it flows with each wave of breath.

Invite calming,

Peaceful,

Relaxing waves.

Feel this energy surround you.

Feel this energy permeate your being,

Allowing yourself to relax deeper.

Allowing yourself to relax so completely,

So utterly into your wholeness.

Breath by breath,

Softening into this state of being.

Inhale,

Renew.

Exhale,

Release.

Slowly inviting a deeper depth into your breath.

On this next inhale,

Really drawing all the air in as much as you can.

Exhale through the mouth.

Again,

Draw in.

Let go.

Adding a little sound this time,

Drawing in.

Let go.

One last time.

Fill up.

Release.

Feeling this new wave of energy softly ignite you into movement.

Gentle and intentional movement.

Feeling the ripples throughout your body.

Tune into the way this makes you feel.

Inviting your eyes to open if they were closed.

Noticing the light you are taking in.

Inviting awareness into you.

Noticing any changes you may have experienced from the time you first began until now.

May you carry the sense of peace with you through the rest of your day.

Thank you for sharing time with me.
