My name is Asha and I'm here to guide you today for a little five minute reset.
Whatever your day is bringing to you.
Taking that time to slow down.
Get out of your head and into your body.
So for today,
We're going to expand.
Making our exhalation longer and longer for the first few minutes of this practice.
Going in for 5,
Out for 10,
In for 6,
Out for 12.
Going from there.
And then we're going to fall into a bit of a deeper breath.
And ending with a beautiful breath hold on the top.
Before we let it all go.
With all of our worries of the day.

Wake up the body.
So just follow along.
Big deep breaths in through the belly and sighing it out.
Breathing into that expansion that you've just created.
Just a few more like this.

All those feelings in your body.
Keep holding.
Let them go with all the worries,
All things from the day that don't serve you.
Let them go.
Let yourself be present for your day going forward.
