Welcome to this session,

Begin by taking a slow breath in and then let it fall out easy,

Settle your shoulders and soften your hands and then loosen your jaw.

Let your body sink into the moment as if the ground beneath you has its own steady pulse.

For the next few minutes you're not trying to rise above life,

You're remembering where you truly came from,

Something older than memory,

Something even deeper than thought.

So another breath in and a gentle release.

Now imagine the space around you is growing extremely quiet,

Not silent,

Just quiet in a way that feels spacious,

Like the air is widening.

Now you're not shrinking into stillness,

You're expanding into it.

So picture a dim soft glow forming just above your head,

Calm and warm,

Humming with a tone you can't hear but you can feel.

And this glow is not from here,

It carries the same quality as the moments in your life when you felt guided,

Lifted or strangely watched over.

This is the echo of where your consciousness began.

So let the glow lower gently until it rests a few inches above the crown.

Not heavy,

Not intense,

Just present.

So take a slow inhale and let it glide out.

And now picture a long stream of light reaching from that glow upward,

Far beyond the room,

Beyond the sky,

Beyond the blue atmosphere and into the wide calm stretch of space.

And arises past the planets,

Through the quiet dust,

Through fields of night,

Toward a place that feels like home.

A home you don't remember with your brain,

But your chest remembers it with ease.

So let that light stretch out and settle into the star that calls to you.

And not with sound,

But with familiarity,

A subtle pull and even a recognition.

Now this star is not literal,

It's symbolic.

It's the source code of your soul,

The pattern of consciousness carried before you fell into this body and this life and even this chapter.

So breathe in and then softly breathe out.

Now imagine that star sending a soft pulse down the light stream,

A calm wave moving toward you,

Smooth and steady.

And when it reaches your crown,

Feel it drift through your body.

Now it doesn't fill you with energy,

It fills you with memory,

A memory of ease,

Of clarity and of quiet purpose.

So let it move down your face,

Down your throat,

Down your chest,

Into your ribs and belly and legs and all the way to your feet.

This is grounding,

But not into the weight of the earth,

Grounding into who you were before you arrived here.

So now place your attention on the space behind your heart,

Now not the physical heart,

The subtle one,

The quiet center that glows even on your worst days.

So imagine a door inside that space,

Simple,

Warm and easy to open.

Behind it lies the part of you that has never been afraid,

That's never been lost,

Never been broken,

The part that watches your life with patience and compassion.

Knowing this entire human story is just one stop along a much longer path.

So gently open that inner door and a soft light spills out.

It's steady,

Ancient and familiar.

This is the part of you that remembers your origin,

This is the star seed within you,

Not as a label,

Not even as identity,

But as a simple truth.

Your awareness did not begin here and it will not end here.

So take a deep breath and let it out slow.

Now imagine that star above sending one more pulse,

A gentle reminder that even in your confusion,

Even in your fear,

Even in your doubt,

You are never disconnected.

Your awareness is a bridge between here and whatever you came from.

You carry that origin through every moment of your life.

It's why certain things feel familiar.

It's why certain moments feel strangely timed.

It's why you've always sensed that you're part of something larger than the picture in front of you.

So let that truth settle into your chest,

Not as a belief,

But as a calm recognition.

The star above begins to dim,

Not because it's leaving,

But because the connection has settled into you.

The light stream narrows,

Softens,

And rests gently at your crown,

Almost like a faint breath of cool air.

So bring your attention back to your body,

Your ribs rising and falling,

Your weight resting on the surface beneath you,

And your breath moving with ease.

You don't need to feel cosmic.

You don't need to feel powerful.

You just need to feel present,

Because the presence itself is the signal.

So take one last slow breath and let it fall out with no effort.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes now.

Good work today and Namaste.
