This guided session assists those that struggle with finding clarity in their lives. These are the people suffering from ambivalence and have difficult times making decisions for the best. Utilize this session multiple times to find sleep and clarity in life.

Now,

If you will,

Close your eyes and begin to listen to all the sounds that you can hear in the room.

Perhaps you can hear a computer humming.

Perhaps you can hear cars driving by on the road.

You may hear planes overhead or even children next door.

Just know that each time you hear any of these noises,

They will not distract you or deter you from your session today.

In fact,

Each time you hear one of these sounds,

It will help you to go deeper and deeper down into that peaceful calm that you've chosen to experience today.

I want you to imagine yourself now,

Standing in front of a blackboard.

You have a piece of chalk in one hand and an eraser in the other.

Good.

At the moment,

The blackboard is clear,

But what I would like you to do is take the chalk and draw on the blackboard the number 10.

See the 1 and the 0,

The number 10.

Good.

Now when you can see the number 10 and only when you can see the number 10,

I want you to take the eraser and rub it away.

Rub out the number 10 so that the blackboard is clear once more.

And when the blackboard is clear once more,

I want you to take the piece of chalk and in the top right hand corner of the blackboard,

I would like you to write the word sleep.

Sleep.

The word sleep.

See the S and the L and the two E's and the B.

Sleep.

Notice the size of the word and the formation of the letters,

The position of the word sleep on the board.

When you can see the word sleep and only when you can see the word sleep,

I want you to take the eraser and wipe it away.

Just wipe away the word sleep.

And as you erase the word sleep from your mind,

You find yourself becoming sleepier,

Much more comfortable,

And much more relaxed.

Now when the board is clear and only when the blackboard is clear,

I want you to take the chalk and draw the number nine,

The number nine on the blackboard.

And when you can see the number nine and only when you can see the number nine,

I want you to take the eraser and rub it away.

Rub out the number nine so that the blackboard is clear once more.

And when the blackboard is clear once more,

I want you to take the piece of chalk and in the top right hand corner of the blackboard,

I'd like you to write the word sleep,

The word sleep.

And I want you to continue in this manner.

First of all,

Drawing the number 10,

Wiping it away.

And then when the board is clear and only when the board is clear,

Do you write on it the word sleep?

And each time you wipe away the word sleep,

You find yourself drifting deeper,

Deeper into a warm and sleepy sort of feeling,

A very relaxed and a very comfortable sort of feeling.

Deeper and deeper relaxed now.

So I want you to begin now with the number 10.

And as you do this,

I'm going to be talking directly to your subconscious mind,

But you don't even need to listen because your subconscious mind will hear everything that it needs to hear.

You have been blessed with this moment all to yourself where you can fully relax,

Letting your muscles loosen and any tension slowly drift away.

Begin to draw a long and slow deep breath,

Holding it for a moment at the top,

Then breathing out even slower.

Notice how this one conscious breath has allowed you to slow down just a little bit.

Do you notice now your mind is a little bit calmer than before you started the session?

The mind is an endless field of possibilities.

You can literally imagine anything.

Most of us are all very comfortable with remembering the past and it's easy to think about what will happen in the future.

You become aware of our powerful mind and how we can use it to work for us.

Begin to become aware of only your memories passing through your mind.

What were you doing earlier today?

What did you do last week?

Can you remember things that happened a long time ago?

Each memory that appears allow it to be replaced with another one.

You have so many memories so this should be easy to do.

Good.

Now let's turn the mind to focus on things you may do in the future,

Such as what you will eat for your next meal,

Maybe you even know what you're going to wear tomorrow.

Visualize the places that you know you will go and see yourself in action doing all that you need to do.

It's also easy to imagine future possibilities.

We all do this naturally.

Watch how your mind can show you plans just as if it's actually happening.

You know exactly how to go to and from your home.

You can imagine going to the grocery store and picking up some things you need.

Can you imagine a little further into the future now?

Perhaps one or two years?

If you let your imagination circle around having achieved a goal in the future time,

Then you're practicing the powerful technique of manifestation.

See that goal you want to achieve as if it's happening right now.

Notice the things you're doing and notice how you feel on the other side of success.

Good.

Now let's allow our mind to drift to something happening in the current moment.

This very time in this very space.

What do you notice is happening right now?

Perhaps you can focus on your breathing going in and out,

Rising and falling.

Or maybe you want to focus on how comfortable your body is right now as it relaxes even deeper.

Maybe you can focus on the sound of my voice and how it's guiding you like a dear friend.

What else can you notice that's happening in this very moment?

Good.

We have three states of mind,

Remembering,

Planning,

And being in the moment.

We are constantly floating in between these three stages.

They all serve a special purpose.

We can learn how to do things differently from our past experiences.

We can learn what worked well for us through reflecting on our past.

We are all capable of planning amazing things,

Which allow for all kinds of creation to take place.

We can use our ability to project it into the future to accomplish amazing feats,

Such as building a huge bridge connecting two islands.

Yet we can also foresee something as small as planning to cook a really good meal for dinner.

And we can also become aware of the present moment,

Which allows us to realize that this moment is what offers the opportunity to change our lives.

We are constantly presented with choices.

The field of endless possibilities is in every direction.

When we utilize the right thought to think in the present moment through conscious reflection and thoughtful planning,

We are changing our lives in significant ways.

So what is it that you want to become?

Think about that right now,

Right here,

In this very moment.

You are sending orders to the mind to allow this idea to take flight.

Organizing the mind by focusing on what you want,

Rather than what you don't want,

Creates a host of opportunities to appear before you.

What is it that you want to achieve in your life?

Is it good health?

Meaningful connections?

Romantic love?

Career success?

Or just general purpose?

You don't have to pick just one.

You can imagine every aspect of your life going exactly how you want it to.

You deserve it.

Focus on the idea of a life that would be ideal for you.

See yourself helping others with the abundance you've created in your own life.

Witness how joyful you feel when you can do exactly as you desire.

Let the feeling of happiness and pride well up inside you until you're brimming with a passion to live out the life you seek.

Now hear yourself saying,

I am calm.

I am dedicated.

I deserve to accomplish my dreams.

And repeat it,

Taking a big breath in between each affirmation.

So breathing in,

I am calm.

Breathing,

I am dedicated.

Breathe again.

I deserve to live out my dreams.

One last breath,

Bringing these powerful words into reality.

Good.

The mind is a powerful tool that can be used to our greatest advantage once we learn the flow and rhythm of thought.

So allow these feelings to permeate deep within you and allow that beautiful relaxation to take you even deeper,

Deeper down into that calm and relaxing state.

Allow yourself to drift off to sleep,

Finding that when you wake,

You'll be fully refreshed and invigorated.

Wow! This works amazing! Only 14 mins long yet I still haven't heard the whole thing after listening several nights in a row! Its now one of my main 'go to's' to help me sleep - thank you for sharing! PS What is the subconscious message you give partway through? (very curious)
