Welcome to this session.

Begin by settling into a comfortable position.

Let your breath move in and out at a slow,

Easy rhythm.

There's no pressure here,

No urgency.

So take a gentle breath in,

And then let it fall out naturally.

And for the next few minutes,

You get to step away from everything.

There's nothing to solve,

And there's nothing to manage.

Just a quiet pause for yourself.

So as you breathe,

Imagine a soft cloud forming beneath you.

It's warm,

Light,

And of course supportive.

There's nothing to picture perfectly,

Just a sense of comfort under your body,

As if this cloud rises to meet you and holds your weight with ease.

So take another slow inhale,

And let your whole body loosen as you breathe out.

Feel the cloud expand gently,

Lifting you just a little.

You don't rise fast,

You begin to drift slowly and safely as if you've been carried by something calm and steady.

And with each breath,

Let the cloud rise a little higher until you feel just above the noise of your day.

And here,

Everything becomes softer,

Clearer,

And easy to breathe through.

So let the breath smooth out your chest,

Let your belly relax,

And let your shoulders drop just a little.

Imagine a cloud spreading a warm,

Even glow through your body,

Almost like a quiet comfort.

A sense of ease that flows from your head all the way down to your toes.

Nothing is heavy,

Nothing is sharp,

Just steady support.

So now take a slow breath in,

And release it at a gentle pace.

And up here you have space,

Room to breathe,

Room to rest,

And room to simply be.

And if any thoughts try to arise,

Let it drift below the cloud,

Let it stay distant without weight.

You don't have to push anything away now,

You don't have to engage with anything,

Just remain here,

Floating in your own quiet space.

So now take another easy breath in,

And a smooth breath out.

Feeling yourself supported from below,

And open above.

Nothing is pulling you,

Nothing is pressing in,

Just spaciousness.

So let the cloud hold you as long as you need.

And now,

When you're ready,

Imagine the cloud slowly guiding you back down,

Soft,

Gentle,

Gliding toward the surface below you.

And as you settle back into your body,

Feel the support beneath you,

Feel your hands,

Feel your feet,

And even feel your breath.

So take a final steady inhale,

And a calm,

Complete exhale.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes now,

And return to your day with a clearer mind and,

Well,

A lighter heart.

Good work today,

And namaste.
