Just let your breath move at a steady,

Easy pace.

And as you settle in,

Give yourself permission to pause.

Nothing else needs your attention for these few moments.

This time is yours.

So let your shoulders soften.

And let your face relax.

Let your breath flow in and out without effort.

And now bring your awareness to the space in front of you.

Imagine a simple doorway standing there.

Nothing fancy,

Just a clear open doorway.

And on your next slow inhale,

Imagine taking one calm step toward that doorway.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine stepping through it.

And on the other side,

Everything is quieter.

The pace slows,

The noise fades,

And you feel a steady sense of ease start to replace the tension you carried.

So take another easy breath in,

And let it drift out.

And here,

Beyond the doorway,

Your thoughts can begin to soften.

They no longer push or pull.

They simply pass like gentle ripples on still water.

So let your mind feel spacious now.

And let your breath guide you deeper into this calm.

And if any thought rises,

Just let it flow.

And if any tension appears,

Just let it loosen.

You don't need to hold anything in place.

Your only task is to breathe.

Slowly in,

And then gently out.

Really feel your chest settle now.

Feel your belly soften.

Feel your whole body sink into this brief sense of peace.

And now,

Notice the quiet around you.
