Hello,

My friend.

This is Wendy Lauter with a special meditation for you.

Welcome.

Come with me into the stillness where you will in time find your peace.

Begin by being comfortably seated and gently close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths in and out through your nose.

If at any point you feel inclined to yawn or sigh,

That's great.

Just let your body do what it wants to do.

These are energy releases,

They're very positive.

Nice deep breaths in and out.

Now I want you to breathe in for a count of four and then hold it for a count of four.

Breathe out for a count of four.

Hold it again for a count of four.

Keep repeating this light,

Soft breath.

Nice even four-sided breathing.

In for four.

Hold for four.

Out for four.

Hold for four.

In.

Hold.

Out.

Hold.

Continue on your own.

Your throat is nice and relaxed when you're holding.

Soft jaw.

If you're feeling comfortable with the pace that you're going with your even four-sided breath,

Go ahead and try to stretch the breath.

This is where we slow down the breathing just a smidge,

Still keeping it even on all four sides.

But stretching that breath allows for greater relaxation.

If you feel like you have to gasp by the time you're inhaling again,

Tighten it back up,

Shorten it back up.

What's most important is that it's relaxing and that it's even on all four sides.

Now,

Coming back into your regular breathing,

We can let go of the counting and sit,

Continuing with our eyes closed,

Feeling heavily relaxed.

Now I want you to picture a shade of pale pink.

And this pale pink is going to represent our heart chakra,

Our love.

And I want you to picture a pale pink orb right where your heart is in your body.

Picture it actually in there,

A part of you glowing,

That if you were standing outside of yourself,

You'd be able to see this soft pink orb glowing.

And this is love.

Love for others.

Love for that someone special that you've had the opportunity to share space and time with.

It can be anybody or anything.

Maybe it's a beloved family member,

A friend,

A partner.

Maybe it's even a furry companion.

Maybe it's a baby.

I want you to channel a time you felt this amazing surge of love that you felt yourself warm from the inside out.

And with that feeling,

I want that pink orb to really glow and grow,

To expand until it's enveloping your whole being.

This is a visual you have of yourself standing surrounded by this beautiful,

Soft,

Warm pink orb of love.

This is the love that you felt toward others in this lifetime,

In these experiences that you've had.

And I want you to turn that love toward back in,

Toward yourself.

And I want you to work on feeling that same amount of incredible,

Unconditional love toward yourself,

Because you deserve that.

You deserve not only to feel the love that you have to give,

But to know your right to receive love in this lifetime as well.

So still seeing that beautiful,

Great big pink orb of love enveloping your body.

As you breathe in,

I want you to silently think to yourself,

I am loved.

And as you breathe out,

Giving out to the universe,

I want you to silently think,

I am love.

Breathing in,

I am loved.

Breathing out,

I am loved.

Breathing in,

I love.

Breathing out,

I am loved.

And continue on your own as we move into stillness with our mantra.

Receiving in with our breath,

I am loved and gifting outward with each exhalation,

I love.

I'll watch the time you relax into your stillness.

I am loved.

.

.

.

.

.

If you find your mind has drifted,

We're free from judgment,

Just gently bring it back to the I am loved and I love mantra.
