This meditation is about remembering what truly feeds the soul. Not the busy demands of life, but the quieter, deeper needs—the ones that leave us feeling full, grounded, and alive. Music composed by Narek Mirzaei (Music Of Wisdom)

This meditation invites you to reconnect with your inner guide,

That part of you that feels deeply,

That notices beauty and seeks peace,

And really thrives when you are your true self in your authentic place.

We'll explore how to nourish this quiet center and tune into ourselves and the natural rhythms of life.

Welcome to Grounded with Wendy.

This quote is by Michael A.

Singer from his book The Untethered Soul,

The Journey Beyond Yourself.

He reminds us,

Quote,

You will not be able to solve anything outside until you own how the energy is unfolding inside.

So today we turn inward,

Not to escape,

But to understand and simply be.

To witness the unfolding energy and nourish it all.

Let's settle into this moment together and allow your shoulders to soften and just let yourself sigh.

If you wish,

Close your eyes or soften your gaze and go to your breath.

Simply be here now.

Our subject today is tending to the soul and the soul is not a thing to grasp.

It's really,

It's a sense.

It's the part of you that knows wonder and awe.

The part that feels music and silence.

That senses the warmth of sunlight on your skin before you do.

The part of you with unending depths of grace and wisdom.

The part of you that witnesses meaning in the smallest gestures.

The part of you that welcomes mystery without any need to know.

Your soul is beyond thought,

Beyond the noise.

Your soul is not your job,

Not your role,

And not your to-do list.

Simply you.

To help us connect with our center,

We can tune into the natural rhythms and notice.

Life has rhythms.

It's always breathing in the seasons,

Day and night,

Light and dark,

Effort and ease,

Expansion and rest.

And when we move with life's rhythm instead of against it,

We can soften and connect more gently to the soul.

And with each breath,

Feel yourself tuning into that rhythm.

Inhaling nourishment and exhaling a release.

Inhaling nourishment and exhale release.

And here I invite you to explore a few questions and I will hold silence for a short time.

Ask yourself gently,

What silences my soul?

Continue to come back to the breath if you feel carried away by thoughts.

Those things that silence our soul keep us disconnected,

Ungrounded.

So let's take those things that we have identified and put them on a shelf for now.

And ask yourself gently,

What fills me up in a way nothing else does?

What fills me up in a way nothing else can?

When we are in stillness,

Our soul is touched.

When we smile,

Our soul is touched.

And I invite you to try that now,

A little tug from your cheekbones and a little upturn of the lips.

When we're in the presence of nature,

Our soul is touched.

These are soul foods,

Simple moments,

Deep,

Deep nourishment.

And with each breath,

Imagine you're offering your soul what it truly needs.

Not by doing,

Not by doing,

But just being.

And I'll close this meditation with a brief visualization.

Imagine your soul like a small glowing light at the center of your chest.

And each breath fans this glow.

And that glow reaches into each nook and cranny of your body,

Filling you with light.

This is not effortful.

This is just being with the light,

Your soul's light.

And as you move into your day or evening,

I hope this light and this soul nourishment gives you something peaceful today.

Thank you for meditating with me.
