This is your time to pause,

To reconnect with yourself,

To allow your mind and body to relax,

Reset and refocus.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

Take a deep breath and gently close your eyes if you haven't already.

Let your hands rest loosely and begin to notice the gentle rhythm of your breath.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth.

And again,

Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly,

Allowing any tension to begin to melt away.

And as you continue to breathe slowly and deeply,

Allow yourself to become more and more relaxed,

More and more calm with every breath.

Now bring your attention to the top of your head and imagine a warm wave of relaxation gently moving down over your forehead,

Relaxing your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Some separation between your back teeth.

Relaxing deeper through your neck and shoulders and with each breath,

This wave of calm continues to flow down through your arms,

Your hands,

Your chest,

All the way through your back,

Your legs and your feet.

Your whole body is relaxing deeply now.

There's nothing you need to do,

No effort,

Just a quiet stillness as your mind becomes open,

Focused and ready to receive powerful positive suggestions.

Now in your mind's eye,

Imagine yourself walking through a peaceful forest.

The sunlight filters softly through the trees and there's a sense of calm and quiet focus all around you.

With each step you feel lighter,

Clearer and more focused.

You follow a small path that leads to a beautiful study space,

Your perfect place to study.

This is a place where you feel focused,

Calm and motivated.

You step inside and it feels just right,

Comfortable,

Organized and inspiring.

You sit down and you're ready to learn and notice how good it feels to be here,

In control,

Confident and relaxed.

Your mind is sharp,

Your attention steady,

You find it easy to concentrate.

There's a flow to your study,

Each piece of information finds its place easily in your memory,

Like fitting pieces into a puzzle.

Now I will say a few positive suggestions,

Let them settle deeply into your subconscious mind,

Effortlessly,

Like seeds planted in fertile soil.

You are calm,

Focused and fully capable of learning everything you need to succeed.

Each time you sit down to study,

Your mind becomes clear and alert.

Distractions fade away and you feel fully engaged.

You're naturally curious and motivated.

You find satisfaction in growing your knowledge step by step,

Moment by moment.

When you study,

You absorb information easily.

Your mind remembers what it needs to recall at just the right time,

Whenever you need it.

As exams approach,

You remain calm and centered.

A calm mind is a focused mind.

You understand that a little bit of nervous energy is helpful,

It sharpens your focus and helps you perform at your best.

You feel prepared,

Confident and in control.

On exam or test day,

You breathe deeply and calmly,

And you enter with a clear,

Sharp mind,

Steady,

Calm,

Focused.

The answers flow to you easily,

Just when you need them.

You trust yourself,

You've prepared well and will continue to prepare well.

You know more than you think.

Every time you study or learn,

Your brain becomes stronger,

Quicker and more agile.

You're capable,

You're smart,

You are enough.

Your brain is an amazing supercomputer,

Vast with knowledge and learnings.

Now imagine a gentle light in your chest,

A soft,

Steady glow.

This light represents your inner calm and strength.

Let that gentle light expand,

Filling your body with peace,

Confidence and focus.

Give it a color and a glow and an energy.

Each time you breathe in,

Feel this light growing brighter.

Each time you breathe out,

Feel any remaining stress or doubt simply fading away.

Each time you breathe in,

Feel this light growing brighter.

Every breath out,

Feel remaining stress or doubt drifting away.

You can have this light and glow and energy anytime you need it,

While studying,

Before a test or exam.

In any moment of stress,

Take a few deep breaths,

Breathing out longer than you breathe in,

And this calm clarity will return to you.

Now it's time to return,

Feeling refreshed,

Clear and motivated.

In a moment,

I'll count one to five,

And with each number,

You'll become more alert,

Bringing back all of this calm,

Focus and positivity with you.

So ready,

One,

Becoming more aware of your body.

Two,

Gently bringing movement back to your fingers and toes.

Three,

Taking a deep,

Refreshing breath in.

Four,

Becoming more alert,

As if waking from a restful nap.

And five,

Eyes open,

Fully awake,

Feeling clear,

Calm and ready to move forward with focus and confidence.

You've done something wonderful for yourself today.

Take this feeling with you,

And know that each time you listen,

It becomes stronger,

Deeper and more natural.

You're focused,

You're calm,

You're ready.
