This is a guided meditation on learning to accept this moment as it is. First, learn this. Non-judgment is a very crucial step in learning how to discover your deeper self, your authentic self. It is also the step to begin to allow love and abundance into your life.

Just let yourself center into this present moment.

Just become aware of your five senses.

Just noticing your five senses.

Giving each one of your senses time to settle.

Time for you to notice each one of these gateways.

And I want you to take your awareness now.

To the palms of your hands.

And without touching the palms of your hands,

I want you to feel,

Extend your awareness into the palms of your hands and feel.

Feel the experience.

Feel that awareness.

Allow it to intensify as you focus more on that feeling.

Become more receptive to sensing.

See if you can extend that awareness to the rest of your body.

Extend that awareness of feeling.

Up your arms.

And into your chest.

Along the spine.

Into the abdomen and the pelvis.

Into the legs and the feet so that you extend as much as you can.

And you become as receptive as you can to this inner experience that is always there.

Always just underneath the surface of consciousness.

Of your conscious awareness.

Stay with that Shiftless spoke in the air Hold your breath & comfortable with the air Changed from transient to If your mind becomes distracted like it might by a thought,

An insight even,

Just notice,

That passing through your mind and then allow yourself to rest back and become receptive again to this inner experience of feeling.

Can you accept this moment exactly as it is?

Accepting this moment means not wanting it to change,

Not wanting but allowing.

If there is still a desire to have this feeling or moment or thought pass to get to the next one,

That is not acceptance,

That is still judgment.

Acceptance is the absolute surrender and acceptance of this moment as it is appearing to you the way it is appearing.

Let me say that again,

As it is appearing to you exactly the way it is appearing to you.

Accepting it exactly as it is.

Acceptance is the ultimate surrender and acceptance of this moment as it is appearing to you exactly that even the things that you identify as distractions are this moment appearing to you as that and can you accept that as it is whether you call it a distraction or not.

Or whether you call it an insight and you allow the moment to unfold as it is unfolding without narrating what is happening,

Without trying to explain what is happening.

So can you allow yourselves to be completely open and receptive to the unfolding moment as it is passing through you.

How much effort have you been putting into trying to shape the moment,

Trying to control it,

To change it?

So when all we can really do is witness,

Truly witness,

The state of I acknowledge you with wonder and with awe,

With openness and acceptance.

So so so so so you're witnessing yourself unfolding.

So so so so so so so so so so so so so and when you're ready and now your eyes to open so so
