Let's begin our meditation.

I want you to just become present by allowing your attention to slowly notice your five senses.

Notice the sense of sight.

Notice sounds,

Smells,

Taste and notice your body sitting on the chair and let yourself just relax back onto the chair.

Feel yourself settling and just allow your attention to draw inwards becoming more and more present to what you feel.

And notice that feeling.

What emotion is there?

And see if you can identify it.

What is the name of that emotion?

What is the feeling?

Where do you feel it in your body?

If you feel frustration or anger or resentment,

See if you can identify which one of those,

Which variation of anger you're feeling.

Even if it's mild,

Just take a moment to notice.

Is the emotion one of pushing away,

Acting against or running away from?

And if you notice aggression,

Anger is about protection.

If you're frustrated,

Angry,

Enraged.

If you're any of these kinds of pushing emotions,

Notice the defensive nature of that emotion.

It's trying to protect you from something.

And if that is true,

If it is trying to protect you,

What is the nature of the emotion?

That means that there must be an underlying feeling,

A feeling of vulnerability,

A feeling of being afraid at some level,

Maybe out of control.

For whatever reason,

Allow yourself to acknowledge what that underlying emotion is.

And just like frustration,

Irritation will come from anger.

So those vulnerable feelings,

Anxiety,

All related to fear,

They all come from that primal emotion of survival,

Self-preservation.

And I want you to become aware as deeply as you can of that feeling.

Because when we put labels of self-preservation onto that feeling,

We interpret that our life at the moment is in danger.

The very life force that we are,

And this is the fundamental illusion.

But when we attach to thoughts and other ideas and expectations,

We forget we are that life force.

And it is those thoughts and expectations that die.

The life force,

Life itself,

The life force that is within you is eternal.

And can you open up to letting go of all your ideas,

All your attachments,

And allow yourself to let that life force in,

Let it flow through you.

You must surrender.

You must let go.

Allow it to support you.

Notice what it brings.

How much can you let go into that space?

Can you let it fill you?

And what does that feel like?

Notice how good that feels.

How supported you feel when you let it in.

The moment there is no judgment for what it is.

The moment we stop having an expectation on that part of us and just let it flow fully into us.

How much space do you allow in your life?

If you had to take a snapshot right now of who you think you are and what is in your life right now,

How much space is there for life to flow in?

Or are there things in the way?

Are there rules and judgments about what it should be and our life should be?

Or what mustn't be there?

Instead,

Can you make more space for this eternal source of life to fill you?

Maybe notice even where are you holding on in your body that is limiting this flow into that space.

Even if it feels overwhelming to let it in.

We have to remember.

We have to unlearn what we've learned.

We have to remember that this part of us,

This essence of life,

This is our true source.

This is who we really are.

And we are unconditionally loved.

How much of that can you bear?

How much unconditional love can you bear to have in your life?

Look inside again.

Be aware of what you're feeling right now.

What emotions,

What parts of you need to be accepted and loved?

What parts of your life represent unconscious aspects that feel like they also need to be accepted or loved?

The way you identify what those are,

Not just the things that you think are wrong.

Notice the things that there are or that you have judgments on and bring that into your awareness.

Bring that into this place.

And just like everything else,

It just wants to be loved.

And can you love it?

Can you embrace it?

Can you choose to be in this moment?

Not your past,

Not your future,

Just the truth of your being.

Can you be unconditional love?

And the mind might come up and say this thing or that thing.

And you don't have to do anything.

Just allow the source of your being to flow through you and let it do all the work.

This is the inner child that we first connected with.

Make sure that you're aware of where that inner child is and how much you are connected with it.

You know?

You you you you you you you you you you remaining in the space remaining in the state of consciousness consciousness this inward focus you can allow your eyes to open
