Transcript

Start by breathing,

Inhaling and observing the breath going all the way down into the pelvic floor,

Expanding the belly,

And then exhaling,

Breath starts to be pushed up,

Out through the lungs,

Into the throat,

And out of the mouth.

So follow your breath and see if you can inhale it deeper each time.

And now starting to imagine a color,

Entering the inhalation,

Expanding all the way down into the root of you,

And having that same color coming back up and out of the mouth,

Feeling the temperature of the breath,

Cooler on the inhalation,

Warmer on the exhalation,

And see if the color starts to shift.

Maybe shifting into a different color through the inhalation,

And then shifting to another color through the exhalation.

And letting that color just expand and expand through the inhalation and release the exhalation.

Now applying the next exhalation vibration and feeling where that vibration is going to be in your body.

Sending that vibration to where there may be tension in the body or just showing it a little bit more love.

Feeling the gentleness of the sound that you create.

And exploring the different sounds and pitches of that hum and of that vibration and seeing where it lives in the body.

Hmm.

Offering to open the sound with vowels.

And feeling where that lives in the body.

Exploring your own vowel sounds.

Opening,

Opening,

Opening.

Let it be the sounds that are coming from the body and not from the mind.

Letting it just be what it is.

Hmm.

A couple audible exhales.

And gently opening the eyes.
