Finding a comfortable posture.

Transitioning in this moment from whatever you are doing to just giving yourself permission to be right here,

Right now.

This even as I welcome you to just settle and find some stillness if there's an inner urge to be in the doing.

Whether that's scratching your head or wanting to send one more email or say something to someone in your space.

Just noticing that urge and just gently giving yourself permission to just settle and be here right now.

Tuning your awareness into the physical body.

See if you can melt any tension in the neck and shoulders.

Releasing tension in the jaw and forehead.

Letting the legs be really heavy.

The glutes soften.

The fingers uncurl.

And bringing awareness to sounds in your space.

Again just noticing this relationship to doing.

Notice if you hear sounds outside or inside.

Maybe birds chirping or voices of people hanging out or playing.

Notice if there's an urge to want to get up,

To move,

To be on to the next thing.

And just gently breathing into that urge with some spaciousness and coming back to this moment,

Coming back to this quality of non-striving.

Knowing that in this moment you are whole and complete without doing anything.

Maybe even playing with this mantra.

On the inhale,

Breathing in,

I am enough.

And on the exhale,

Breathing out,

I am enough.

Feel those words just settle into your mind,

Into your body.

Knowing you are enough in this moment without the doing,

Without the busyness.

As you maybe repeat these words to yourself,

Notice if there's any tension,

Maybe any disbelief or an urge to still do.

Just breathing into that awareness,

Not making it wrong or right or good or bad.

Just noticing with this gentle,

Curious and kind attitude.

See if you can come back to this quality of non-striving just in this moment.

I am enough on the inhale.

I am enough on the exhale.

Maybe even notice if the hands want to move or the feet,

The legs.

Again just noticing that quality,

That inner urge with gentle awareness.

And welcoming yourself again and again to come back to non-striving.

And these words of I am enough.

Staying with this practice as long as it serves and supports you.

And whenever you are feeling complete,

Gently open your eyes and come back to this new moment.
