Finding a comfortable posture,
Preferably one that's sitting upright,
But if your body needs you to lie down,
Feel free to listen to yourself.
And just feel yourself really sink into gravity,
Being held by this moment,
By the earth.
And at the same time as you feel held by the ground,
Start to feel length in the spine and feel the top of your head reach up to the sky.
So also feeling held by the sky above us.
And then just allow the breath to flow naturally.
Letting it feel expansive and full.
As you settle into the rhythm of your own breath,
Bring to mind three core values of yours.
Core values are really about what's important to us at our core,
At our soul.
What do we truly value and care about and want to live from the inside out?
And trusting whatever three core values arrive,
Could be integrity,
Honesty,
Love,
Community,
Connection,
Authenticity.
Just to name a few.
And just noticing the quality of the mind as you settle on these three values.
That you're not judging or searching for perfection,
But again just listening to whatever that inner voice of wisdom tells you.
And once you have your three,
Taking just one of the values and placing it in the throat chakra.
The throat chakra is right at the center of your throat.
This is an area of expression.
And again just trusting whatever value you place there.
And taking the second value,
And again no particular order of importance,
And placing that value right at the heart center.
This is the fourth chakra,
Chakra of love and connection,
Of giving and receiving.
Place of emotion.
And then placing the final value right below your belly button in the second chakra.
A place of creativity,
Sensuality,
Sexuality.
Also a place that holds a lot of emotion.
And then breathing and bringing your awareness into the throat,
Into that value that you place in your throat.
Just begin to notice what arises.
How does that value long to be expressed?
Knowing that there's no right answer and no wrong answer here.
Just noticing.
Watching sensations as you breathe into the throat chakra.
And then ideas.
And then bringing your awareness now to the heart center,
Your fourth chakra.
And breathing into the value placed in this space.
Noticing the sensations that arise.
Noticing how this value wants to be shared and received and lived.
Noticing how this value wants to be shared and received and lived.
Noticing how this value wants to be shared and received and lived.
Noticing how this value wants to be shared and lived.
And bringing your awareness and focus now to the second chakra,
Right below the belly button.
And breathing into this space.
How does this value long to be created and lived?
How does this value long to be shared and lived?
How does this value long to be shared and lived?
And then breathing into this whole alignment from your throat all the way down to your belly button.
Noticing these values being lived at your core,
At your center.
And see if you can take your breath and these three values and expand them all the way to your tippy toes,
To the tips of your fingers,
To the top of your head.
And now feeling your whole body living and breathing and being these three core values.
Knowing that they are always available inside of you.
Knowing that you are these values.
And nothing about the external world gets to take those away from you.
Now with each breath is an opportunity to come back inside and tap back into how you get to live with more alignment.
How you get to be what you want to create.
And when you're ready,
Feeling yourself grounded,
Being held back in the earth,
Feeling the length of your spine reaching up to the sky.
And whenever you are ready,
Opening your eyes.
