
Blooming Root & Chrysalis Heart Meditation For Intuition

A nourishing energy healing practice that sets the space through body awareness and bridges into activating the root chakra as well as deeply connecting with the heart through visualization, breath, and intention. Close your eyes and allow this practice to fully bring you into the season of spring.

And take a moment just to find that most comfortable space for you.
When you're ready,
Gently closing the eyes.
And from here,
I just invite you to invoke something that inspires you.
And you can allow this to be playful.
Maybe for you,
This is fairies,
Sparkles,
Stars,
Your higher self,
Whatever this may be.
What lights you up?
And from here,
I just invite you to start by bringing your attention to your breath.
And as you begin to notice the breath,
I invite you to get curious,
Maybe noticing as you allow yourself to naturally breathe how you can feel the energy in your body.
And then,
As you begin to notice the breath,
I invite you to take a moment to notice as you allow yourself to naturally breathe how far your breath goes down into your body,
As you allow yourself to naturally breathe,
Maybe just observe the way in which the breath massages your internal landscape.
Can even bring your awareness to your nose.
Notice the temperature as you breathe in and the temperature as you breathe out.
You can take a moment to notice the quality of the air in the room,
How that feels against your skin as you continue to breathe naturally,
Knowing there's no need to put effort.
Taking a moment just to acknowledge yourself in this moment,
This time you've set off for yourself,
This sacred time to connect with your body,
This time you've set off for yourself,
This sacred time to connect with your body,
To connect with yourself.
From here,
I'll be guiding us through a short body scan.
I invite you to just start by bringing your attention to your shoulders,
Maybe even allowing them to relax as we bring our attention here.
The chest,
The left ribs,
And the right ribs.
The left waist,
And the right waist.
The left hip,
And the right hip.
The pelvis,
The left buttock,
And the right buttock.
The thighs,
The knees,
The shins,
And the calves.
The ankles,
The tops of your feet,
And the soles of the feet.
Maybe even notice as you bring your attention here some of the subtle energy,
Moving your awareness to the big toes,
The second toes,
The third toes,
The fourth toes,
And the fifth toes,
Bringing your awareness from your feet all the way to your hips,
And just letting all of these lower extremities just melt.
You can allow yourself to rest.
From here bringing your awareness to the navel,
And just letting all of these lower extremities bringing your attention to your heart with loving compassion and awareness,
Without needing to change anything about it.
From here moving up to the throat,
The back of the throat,
Maybe swallowing so as to allow for some opening or movement in this area.
Bringing your awareness to the back of your head,
The forehead,
The top of the head,
The tip of the nose,
The left eye,
And the right eye,
Both eyes together.
The lips,
Maybe letting the tongue relax,
Letting the jaw relax,
Maybe even feeling your lips slightly part in the process,
Bringing your awareness to the ears,
And from here just resting in the brain,
Just a moment of just deep and compassionate awareness for the brain,
For all the thoughts that it produces,
And from here just setting the intention that for this practice,
The brain can just completely relax.
You could even imagine for a moment just attaching a grounding cord to the brain,
Can picture this grounding cord stretching down,
Down,
Down into the earth,
And as you feel that grounding cord going down into the earth,
You can just picture any strain,
Stress,
Worry,
Or urgency,
Worries about the past or future,
Going down into your grounding cord,
And even if you feel like nothing's happening,
Setting the intention alone allows for something to take place.
There's no need to effort.
As you continue breathing,
Just allow your mind to empty on its own,
And from here,
I invite you to bring your awareness to your entire spine,
Maybe check in on what areas of your spine could use some loving compassion,
Maybe noticing any tense areas on it,
And can just start by bringing your awareness here,
Acknowledging that where we place our awareness is where energy flows.
From here,
Just bringing your attention to the very base of your spine,
And feeling beneath you as a bright red plate,
Spreading out wide,
Fanning out like the sun,
And I just invite you to imagine this plate as your root chakra.
It is this area in which you're able to feel grounded,
Secure,
Safe,
And that you're able to connect with the people around you.
And with your intention,
I just invite you to picture this red plate beneath you,
Moving in a clockwork motion.
And as you feel this moving in a clockwork motion,
You're setting the intention to just activate your root chakra.
You're setting the intention to feel safe within your own body.
I just invite you to continue to bring your attention here.
I just invite you to continue breathing,
Noticing any subtle shifts in energy,
In your body,
Or your ability to relax and receive.
And from here,
I just invite you to bring your attention to your heart center.
You may even wish to bring your hand here,
If that feels comfortable.
And as you have your hand at your heart,
I just invite you to feel into your own heartbeat.
Feel into how much your heart loves you.
In the way that it's been here your entire life.
Beating on even the toughest of days.
You may even just contemplate how much love you have in your heart.
From here I just invite you to join me in a few heart breaths.
You can start by breathing in through the back of the heart.
You can pause at the top and release through the front of the heart.
Breathing in through the back of the heart.
Holding up the top and relaxing as you exhale.
Breathing in,
Filling the back of the heart.
Pausing at the top.
Noticing the quality of stillness here.
Maybe breathing in a little bit more.
Pausing again at the top.
And slowly letting the breath go.
Letting go of all the breath within you.
From here returning to the natural breath.
I invite you to just imagine your heart.
As a cocoon.
And as you do,
I just invite you to reflect on what your heart is ready for.
Upon emergence from this period of transformation.
Maybe reflecting what things will feel like.
Once you're able to emerge on the other side.
Maybe on the other side there's a feeling of clarity.
Wholeness.
Self acceptance.
Or love.
And notice whatever wants to come up.
And even if the mind chooses to wander,
Can notice that too.
And gently direct the attention back to the heart and the breath.
Taking a moment to fast forward.
And notice that the mind can picture.
Your heart chrysalis.
Opening up.
Into a butterfly.
You might even notice the unique qualities.
Maybe the patterns that are on it.
The colors that are on it.
And what might it feel like.
For your heart.
To flutter.
Can just take a moment.
To continue breathing.
And then how.
You feel.
What might bliss.
Feel like.
You're feeling.
And remember that you can always come back to the space.
And you can just take a moment to relax.
And just take a moment to relax.
In the exact way.
From here,
I just invite you to take a deep breath.
And slowly exhale.
And exhale.
Setting the intention to.
Call back your own energy.
Can start to envision above your crown.
The golden sun.
Growing in size.
As you call back your energy.
From all past moments.
From all dimensions.
And just take a moment to relax.
And just if you can feel that energy above your head.
And when you're ready.
Can draw that sun.
Down into your crown.
Feel it filling.
Your entire body up.
Shoulders.
Arms and torso.
Making its way down.
To your hips and legs.
And your feet.
Feeling yourself filled with this golden light.
I just invite you to feel.
Your own.
Energy field around you.
Maybe noticing where you feel energy flowing in this moment.
Maybe noticing the quality of.
Presence that's here.
And from here,
Just taking a moment to ground.
That golden light,
Which surrounds you.
Grounding it so that it can stay with you for the time being.
And just.
Invite you to repeat within your mind's eye.
The affirmation.
I opened myself.
To the clarity.
Of my intuition.
From here.
I invite you to take a deep breath in.
And then start to begin with the sound of the chimes.
And I invite you to start by bringing your awareness.
Down to the soles of your feet.
And gently.
Can start by gently moving fingers and toes.
And when you feel called to.
Can gently open the eyes.
And I through clearly.
