We'll start this meditation in a comfortable seated position.

Sitting on a pillow,

Sitting on a chair,

On the ground,

Whichever one feels most comfortable for you.

We'll start here by gently closing the eyes,

Softening the gaze,

Tuning inwards into your body,

Into your breath.

And as you sit here,

I want you to just start noticing.

Noticing what comes up,

Noticing your environment,

Noticing your thoughts.

When your headspace starts to feel a little bit cloudy or a little bit foggy,

I want you to remember that you are not your thoughts.

There's this separation between us and our thoughts.

We need to learn to see this detachment.

It's so easy to want to cling to these thoughts,

To think they're true,

But remember you are not your thoughts.

Remember this,

You are capable of so much.

You are capable of achieving what you never thought was possible.

And sometimes negative thoughts creep into our minds.

Sometimes our thoughts limit us.

They keep us trapped.

They keep us from feeling expansive,

From feeling alive,

From feeling abundant.

Sometimes these thoughts get in the way,

Causing our minds to become cloudy,

Causing our minds to become foggy.

And here I just want you to realize what thoughts are coming up.

Are they negative?

Are they positive?

Take this moment to tune into your breath.

Remember that you are not your thoughts.

You are not your thoughts.

Start to notice them,

Bringing awareness into them.

Ask yourself if the thought is really true,

And gently let it go.

Take another deep breath in,

And a full exhale out.

Another deep breath in,

And exhale,

Sigh it out.

One more,

Another deep breath in,

And exhale,

Sigh everything out.

As we close this short meditation,

Remember that you are not your thoughts,

And there is so much that lies ahead for you.

When you are ready,

Slowly start to open the eyes,

Noticing your environment,

Noticing your body.

Thank you for joining me today for this short meditation,

And I hope to see you soon.

Thank you Vivian. The the music in the background really intrigues me. What is it, if I may?
