As you begin this new day,

Take a moment to simply notice that you're here in this space,

That you're here with this breath,

That you're here in this body at this moment.

If it feels okay,

Allow your eyes to close.

If not,

You can lower your gaze or let them rest softly on something around you.

Please remember that there is no wrong way to be here.

Allow yourself to find whatever expression fits you the most.

Start by letting your breath find its own rhythm,

Slow,

Natural,

Unforced.

You don't need to do anything perfectly.

Just notice that you are breathing and that is enough.

Feel the contact points of your body with what's supporting you.

Your feet on the floor,

Your back against the chair,

Your body held by the bed or the earth beneath.

Notice the steadiness beneath you.

Let yourself be supported.

You don't have to hold everything on your own.

If you like,

You can rest a hand over your heart.

Allow these small anchors to remind your body that you are here.

You are enough right now.

Now start to invite gentle movement into your body.

Maybe a soft roll of the shoulders up,

Back and down.

Maybe a stretch through your fingertips or toes.

Allow the breath to flow into any spaces that feel tight or tired.

With every exhale,

Imagine creating just a little more room inside you.

Space,

Expansion,

Freedom.

Keep noticing what arises.

Whatever it is,

May you hold it with kindness and softness.

There is no need to rush into the day.

You can carry your morning like a small flame,

Steady,

Quiet and alive.

Take one more deep breath in and slowly let it go.

Take some time to gently wiggle your fingertips or your toes,

Coming back into the space.

If your eyes are closed,

Gently flicker open the eyes.

May you move through the day with a steady heart and remember you are safe to begin again.

Take one more deep breath in and sigh it out.

We have come to the end of this meditation.

If you feel inclined to,

Please leave a rating and a review.

And I hope you have a great day ahead.
