As you settle into your space,

Allow yourself to come into a comfortable position,

Whatever that may look like for you,

Lying down,

Sitting down,

However you like,

Before allowing the day's happenings into your life,

Give yourself the permission to be here,

Breathe here in this space,

Allowing time and space to pour into your cup,

Filling yourself up with this expansion,

Spaciousness,

Abundance.

Now notice what your body is feeling,

How your body is feeling,

The space in between your eyebrows,

The outer band of your temples,

Your eyes,

Your jaw,

Your neck,

Bringing awareness and consciousness into the physical body.

We start to relax and still this outer layer,

The outer layer that holds on to so much tension as we go about our day.

Now feel the breath move in and out of your body,

Energizing each and every cell within you,

Inside to outside.

The breath is deepening,

Lengthening,

Getting longer and longer,

And it's our breath that keeps us going throughout our day.

It's something we always have,

And something that we always have control over.

Our breath responds to how we feel,

Faster,

Shallower,

And shorter breaths indicate maybe an anxious state,

A stressful state,

Or a state of overwhelm,

Slower,

Deeper,

Longer breaths signalize we're at a state of peace,

Calm,

And collected.

And as you go about your day,

In these micro moments,

These pockets of time,

Start to notice the quality of your breath,

Starting to notice the quality of your breath as it fills your body with energy and disperses and dissolves into space.

Now bring awareness into your headspace,

Your mind,

Your headspace is always working to store,

To interpret,

And to communicate information.

The pace of our mind can be hectic,

The volume of our minds can be full,

The opacity of our minds can be cloudy.

In our ever so stimulated lives,

It's very easy to let the mind wander and to go into these different states.

Allow yourself a space to invite calmness into your headspace,

An unwavering focus,

A sense of clarity.

Take a few more rounds of grounding,

Nourishing,

Full and deep breaths here,

Before allowing yourself to go along with your day.

Remember that your breath is what you carry with you,

And when we lead from the pace of our breath,

When we lead with a clear headspace,

We can change the reactions and the responses we give.

When we take time for ourselves to ground and to be present and to cultivate a sense of clarity,

Our reality starts to change,

And it's these micro moments that you give yourself,

Such as starting the mornings for you,

And it's these little moments in the morning where you take time for yourself to ground that really end up making the biggest,

Biggest impacts in your reality.

When you take time for you,

The way you show up changes,

The way you act and the way you respond changes,

And once we look at ourselves,

Do a little bit of analysis,

And really see ourselves and allow ourselves to be,

That's when the biggest changes can happen.

Take one more breath in to receive everything you have in this space,

Everything that has come within you,

And as you exhale,

Sigh it all out,

Breathing out to give and to show up as your best self as you go about your day.

As we come to the end of the practice,

I want to remind you that your breath is so important,

It is always with you,

And once you regulate your breath,

Your whole body starts to calm.

When things get hectic,

When things get busy,

Overwhelming,

Cluttered,

You can always come back to a state of stillness.

Bring your hands to heart center as you ground here in gratitude before entering the world of possibility.
