Hi,

I'm Dr.

Faith Christensen and this is a guided meditation of Colorado Blue Spruce.

Start by standing.

If you're meditating with the tree,

Face the tree.

Begin to shift your body weight to be in the right foot.

Bring your arms around to give yourself a hug and then bow to yourself and then bow to the tree.

Turn your back towards the tree if you are meditating with the tree.

If you're able to meditate with the tree,

It requires you to be about four to six feet away from the tree.

It wants you to honor the space surrounding you between your skin and the three to four feet away from you.

You don't allow anyone's thoughts or energy to come into this space.

At this point,

You can remain standing or sit comfortably.

I'm going to sit and get comfortable.

As you sit with Colorado Blue Spruce,

It asks you to be alive,

To honor your body and the space that surrounds your body as sacred.

Peaceful,

Replenishing,

Retreat,

Renewal,

Strengthening those outer boundaries about four feet away from your body,

Asking you to clear out what is not yours.

Reclaim your body and your energetic space as your own.

Repeat out loud or in your head,

I reclaim my body as a sacred space.

I reclaim my body as a sacred place.

I reclaim the areas surrounding me as a sacred buffer between me and the world.

I honor the light within me and ask that it spread to all parts of my body,

That my mind be filled with light,

Universal truth and wisdom.

Any thoughts or teachings that I have picked up from other people throughout my lifetime or in any interactions,

I ask that they be released out of my head and out of the space that surrounds my body.

For I honor my body by making space for my own beingness,

My own thoughts.

I ask that the light come into my belly and heart,

My arms and legs,

My upper back,

Mid back,

Hands and feet.

And as this light enters all of these places,

Imagine the light entering into all parts of your body,

Illuminating all places,

Filling your body with light.

With this light,

Recognize that there are emotions,

Memories,

Thoughts and feelings that no longer bring you light,

No longer make you feel alive,

That deaden you and darken you,

That stop you and hold you back from radiating the light of life.

Set an intention that all that is not resonating with the light leave your body and the space around your body,

Honoring again that your body is sacred and the spaces within your body are sacred.

The space around your body is sacred.

The feeling of sacredness can remind you of being out in nature and feeling like you are one with the world around you or when you visited a church or a place that has been known to be a holy place.

Whatever reminds you of what it is like to feel sacred,

Feel the sacredness that we all have within ourselves,

Dedicating and remembering that our bodies are sacred,

That our minds can be filled with light and life,

Asking anything in your mind that no longer matches or can no longer be part of your body,

Things you've outgrown,

Patterns you have learned from your parents,

Grandparents,

Great-grandparents,

Siblings,

Friends,

Teachers and mentors,

Anyone that has made an impact in your life.

Thank them for the things you understand now that magnify the light,

That help to spread the light to all parts of your body and ask those things that no longer support this light that you have learned or picked up to be released,

No longer stored,

No longer held,

No longer influencing your body,

Mind or spirit.

Visualize it leaving like steam rising off warm water in the winter,

Dissipating out of you and beyond the three to four foot bubble around you so that it is no longer in your body or in your energy fields.

Continue to visualize all of these things leaving like steam,

Smoke,

Color or sound until you feel peaceful,

Balanced,

Pulsating with the light,

Feeling that the light fill your whole body and the space around your body.

Bring your awareness to your chakra system starting at the base,

A foot below your pelvic floor and then your pelvis,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Throat,

Forehead,

Crown of your head and then out into your energy fields and then follow the chakras from behind starting at the crown of the head,

The back of the head,

The neck,

The upper back,

The mid-back,

The low back and into your energy fields a foot below your pelvic floor and then into your energy fields below your feet.

Set an intention that all your chakras come into alignment with the idea that your body is sacred,

That you carry sacred space within you and around you,

That it is not helpful to bring other people's energy,

Thoughts or emotions into your space,

That you honor this space,

That by honoring this space you protect it.

Set an intention that your energy fields be strong and filled with life and light resonating from within you,

Claim them as part of you and set the intention that nothing needs to enter this sacred space.

All interactions with people can be done outside this sacred space.

If there are people in your life that are used to entering your sacred space,

Whether you are aware of it or not,

Set the intention in your energy field that things have changed.

Your space is your own.

It is sacred to you and you cherish it.

There is no reason for someone to enter your sacred space.

All interactions can be carried out outside of your energy fields,

Your body,

Your chakras.

I hope to imprint,

Give you a template to know what it feels like to feel your body,

Your chakras and energy fields,

To know they are sacred and to honor this space as your own and above all else to create healthy boundaries that no one enter your sacred space for it is yours and yours alone.

All that you have to give to the world and all the interactions you have with those you love and in your daily life can be carried out by interacting with people outside of your energy field and outside of their energy field,

That you honor their energy field and their body as their own,

As their own sacred space.

Honor all of life,

Each person,

Animal,

Plant,

Stone and places in nature as sacred.

As you honor your own sacredness and you reclaim your own space as your own and as sacred,

You feel the warmth and the support surround you,

Acknowledging the truth that we are all sacred,

That we all have a right to inhabit our own space and not invade others or let others come into our own.

We stand fast in this belief knowing that we can be more compassionate and kind,

Knowing that our life force can flow and that we can feel renewed,

Rejuvenated by keeping our space our own,

Honoring it in ourselves and honoring it in others.

Check in with how your body feels in this moment.

How do your eyes,

Your ears,

Your nose and mouth feel?

How does your chest feel as it rises and falls with your breath?

How do your arms feel,

Your hands?

And feel heavy in my lap,

Relaxed and peaceful,

Filled with my own light,

Supported by my energy fields.

Check in with your legs and your feet,

Your back,

Shoulders,

Mid-back and low back,

Your stomach,

Honoring all of these places as parts of yourself,

As part of your sacred space.

I honor the sacred space within myself and see the sacred space within others.

I honor the sacred space within myself and honor the sacred space within all others.

As I honor myself,

I can be free to also honor others,

Their personal space around their body and within their body.

Check in with your body again and see how you feel.

Start to wiggle your toes and wiggle your fingers,

Roll your shoulders.

Begin to move your back from side to side.

Really open your eyes and begin to be present in the room.

Continue to move your body around,

Stretching,

Breathing deeply until you feel completely present in the room or if you are sitting with a tree out in nature.

Make sure that you feel solidly connected to the earth and to yourself.

When you are ready,

Stand up and turn around to face the tree and thank the tree.

Bow to the tree,

Thankful for this time,

For the wisdom,

The information.

The imprint of how that feels to honor your space as sacred,

To honor your body as sacred,

To honor yourself as sacred.

Thank your body,

Mind and spirit for going on this journey of exploration and understanding.

Thank you for joining me in this guided meditation.

I'm Dr.

Faith Christiansen and I honor the wisdom in nature.

The light within me honors the light within you.
