Morning my angels,

Welcome to morning gratitude.

A moment to say thank you,

Thank you for being you just the way you are.

Take a moment to gently arrive in this new day.

You can stay lying down if that feels good or gently sit up if you'd like.

Let's take a few moments to bring your awareness back into your physical body after a restful night in the dream state.

Begin by noticing your heart beating in your chest.

Feel its steady rhythm,

A quiet reminder that you are alive and of the beautiful work your body does to support you.

Let's begin this morning by setting an intention for the day.

Now gently bring your attention to your breath.

Breathe in deeply through your nose because you can,

Because you're alive in this very moment.

Hold the breath at the top,

Feeling the oxygen spreading through your body,

Restoring and invigorating you and slowly exhale and let it all go.

Feel the ease in your body as the breath flows out.

Now i want you to think of one word or phrase that captures how you want to feel today.

It could be calm,

Joy,

Focus or simply presence.

Hold that intention in your heart as we continue.

Bring to the mind the beauty of nature.

Picture sunlight warming your skin,

The sound of birds chirping and the gentle rustle of leaves.

Imagine yourself deeply connected to the earth,

Grounded and supported just as you are.

Take a moment to acknowledge the miraculous work of your body.

As you slept so peacefully,

Your heart beat nearly 25,

000 times without you even asking it.

Imagine that for a moment,

Your heart's unwavering dedication beating calmly,

Slowly and safely to keep you alive.

Whisper a quiet thank you to your body and mind for doing so much for you even while you were at rest.

Thank your body for rejuvenating through the night,

For each heartbeat and breath that carried you safely through the hours of sleep.

Now imagine your heart responding saying,

You're welcome and thank you for noticing.

Feel the connection to your heart deepen as you recognize its tireless effort.

I want you to rub your palms together to generate some energy,

Some heat and hold it over your heart.

Hold your palms over your heart,

Bring awareness to your heart beating in your chest.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold the breath at the top for a moment,

Feeling the oxygen spread through your body,

Restoring and invigorating you.

Now exhale slowly and fully through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or heaviness.

Let's do that again,

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Feeling your belly rise as you breathe in.

Hold the breath at the top,

Feeling the stillness and exhale completely through your mouth,

Letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.

And notice how each breath grounds you and brings you back to your body.

Now take a moment to gently check in with your body,

Bring your attention to your feet,

Slowly move upward to your legs,

Your hips,

Your torso and your arms.

I want you to pause at your hands,

Thanking them for all that they do.

And finally bring awareness to your neck,

Your face and the top of your head.

As you scan each part,

Send love and gratitude to your entire body for being your home and your support.

Place your hands gently on opposite arms,

Wrapping yourself in a warm loving hug.

I want you to hold yourself tenderly as though you're reassuring your body that it is safe,

It is supported and it is loved because it is.

Feel the warmth of your hands,

The gentle pressure bringing comfort and as you hold yourself imagining lingering tension melting away and being replaced with a deep sense of safety and care.

Squeeze your arms lovingly,

Sending yourself a message of support and appreciation.

Imagine the connection between your heart and your body growing stronger like a golden light weaving through your body filling you with confidence and peace.

It's time to welcome the possibilities of this new day.

Repeat with me these affirmations silently or aloud.

I am enough just as I am.

I'm grateful for this body that carries me through life.

I'm confident in my unique beauty and strength.

I release the past and step into this day with love and possibility.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Gathering any doubts,

Any regrets or worries from the past.

Hold at the top for a moment and as you exhale through your mouth,

Let them all drift far away.

Feel yourself growing lighter with each breath.

Now bring a soft smile to your face.

Even if it feels small at first,

Let that smile grow naturally.

Imagine carrying this smile in your heart throughout the day.

Let these affirmations weave into your day,

Reminding you of the joy and the playfulness you already carry within.

Take another deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs with the invigorating air of possibility.

Hold at the top for a few moments and exhale fully through your mouth,

Releasing any resistance to what today might bring.

Inhale deeply,

Hold at the top and exhale completely,

Feeling yourself more grounded and open.

Feel the gratitude expanding within you for the millions of possibilities this day holds.

How lucky you are to be here,

To be alive with another chance to create,

To connect,

To be curious and to simply be.

To close,

Let's take three final breaths together.

On the first inhale,

Breathe in gratitude for your body,

Your heart,

Your breath.

Hold it at the top and then exhale fully through your mouth with deep appreciation.

On the second inhale,

Breathe in the energy of a new day.

Feel it invigorating every part of you.

Hold it at the top for a few moments and exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any lingering tension.

On the third inhale,

Breathe in deeply,

Savoring this moment of being alive,

Being still,

Being present.

Hold at the top,

Feeling the gratitude expand within you and then exhale fully through your mouth with a smile.

Ready to begin your day with love and presence.

And when you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to the room,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Slowly open your eyes to bring this sense of gratitude,

Connection and confidence into your day.

Thank yourself for taking this time to connect with your body and your spirit.

Thank the day ahead for its endless possibilities and opportunities to learn through life's challenges.

Thank the universe for holding space for you to thrive.

May you move forward today with love,

Light and the knowledge that you are enough.
