So I am going to start in that top corner there.
I'm going to start with Carly,
A Smile From Heaven.
Hey everybody,
Thank you for having me again.
Violet,
Super excited to be here.
My name is Carly.
I'm half of A Smile From Heaven,
The other half is my amazing husband who's down trying to figure out how to get alive.
I'm a creative arts therapist.
I'm super passionate about all things creativity,
All things healing,
All things connecting within,
And all things about learning to make yourself a priority,
Whether that's through different forms of creativity,
Cacao,
Meditation,
Self-care,
Sound healing.
So I encompass a lot.
I love being here in Innheimer.
I've been loving joining.
Thank you for having me back.
Thank you for volunteering.
And I'm in Australia,
Down south.
We're about to hit springtime.
Awesome.
All right,
Lava,
I'm going to move on to you.
Good morning,
Afternoon,
And evening,
Everybody out there in Ivyland.
My name is Lava.
I am a sound alchemist,
Motivational speaker,
And facilitator of many related groups that ultimately come down to how we are in our spirit and to encourage people to have harmony in their spirit.
So as long as I've been with Insight Timer,
I'm sorry,
I'm very tired because I've been working on multiple projects.
As long as I've been with Insight Timer,
I never did do a live.
And part of the reason is because I'm technically challenged sometimes.
And now that I'm in Kentucky right now,
The,
What do you call,
Internet thing is not always stable.
So I get nervous that it's going to cut off.
But I love doing sound mind meditations.
I love recording them.
I love writing them.
I love doing the music pieces for them.
And I love connecting people.
That's a start.
That's awesome.
And I love that you do that.
And that was one of the reasons why I sought you out.
You know,
I love to go on Insight Timer and look for teachers that I have not engaged with in one way or another.
And I listened to a few of your tracks,
And I love them.
So I'm so happy that you accepted my invitation.
I message a lot of people.
And I know some people just think I'm a nut and they ignore me.
But most people,
Most people do respond,
Which is awesome.
So it's wonderful to have you here.
And we are going to move on to you,
Rev.
J.
Thank you.
And I think you're muted.
Of course I am.
Hi,
Everyone.
Thank you,
Violet and Melanie for hosting this and giving us a beautiful space where we can share with our fellow teachers and meet our fellow teachers.
And to be able to interact with our community.
I'm really excited.
I've been a teacher on Insight Timer this month for one year.
And I'm Rev.
J.
Of Rev.
J and the Gang.
And the Gang is a plethora of people above.
I have spirit guides,
Spirit animals.
I have an energy collective that I channel called Peshma.
And some of their channels are on my profile page.
I am a non-denominational ordained minister with the Church of Wisdom out of Buckeyesville,
Georgia.
But I know on Insight Timer as the angel numerologist.
And I love to do that work.
And I'm getting ready to launch other content that Peshma is channeling through.
So I'm really excited about that.
And on the side,
I'm a psychic medium energy healer and crystal energy guide.
And the most exciting thing that I've done this year is I finally completed 500 hours of advanced training in integral hypnotherapy and just certified as a medical support clinical hypnotherapist and a transpersonal hypnotherapist.
So I'm really excited to bring all those modalities to help to empower others,
To help others to empower themselves into overcoming limiting beliefs,
Personal challenge and to live your best life.
And with Peshma,
We'd love to bring messages of light,
Love,
Hope.
So that is me in a nutshell.
Thanks.
Awesome.
Thank you for sharing.
Deb,
We're moving on to you.
Hello,
Everyone.
I'm Deb.
I'm in Australia as well.
And this is my first time doing this group chat.
So thank you so much,
Violet and Melanie.
It's wonderful to be here.
I've only been on Insight Timer since May last year,
So I'm fairly new and I'm a bit of a novice.
And my background is that I'm a spiritual artist and quantum alchemist.
And I love teaching mostly women how to tap into their intuition and inner wisdom through intuitive arts and quantum healing.
So I have a few unique offerings.
You can find out about those through my profile.
Bit scared to say what I'm supposed to say here,
What I can say,
What I can't say.
So check that out.
But I love the Insight Timer community.
And yeah,
It's just such a really beautiful energy.
And this group themselves,
Other teachers on Insight Timer,
We've all come together on a different platform.
But I'm very honored to be here today and also just feel like I found my little space of where I can be authentically myself.
So yeah,
If you want to find out more,
Check me out.
I go live weekly.
And Violet and Melanie have both been kind enough to show up to a couple of my lives when the time works,
Because obviously they're on the other side of the world.
But yeah,
It's great to be here.
So I look forward to hearing more about the other teachers on here and any questions that you guys have.
Thank you.
Thank you,
Deb.
And Alejandro,
I am moving down to you.
Hi,
Everyone.
My name is Alejandro.
Hello from Texas.
I am a health and wellness coach and a mindful and meditation teacher.
Been on Insight Timer almost three years.
I took a little break in between.
But I've come back this year to continue to build community and continue the healing journey.
My main focus is learning to live from a vulnerable place and embracing vulnerability,
And also teaching men how to do that.
So here on Insight Timer,
Our community is it's pretty large.
But in real life,
I work a lot with men,
With a group of men,
Who are on their own healing journey and growth.
So yeah,
A little bit about me.
And if you were on my,
The people who were on the live last Saturday,
Remember that I was very emotional.
He was the reason.
Because I had gone to his,
I had gone to his live just before.
And I was like,
So touched by him and was like,
You have to come on Ask Your Guides with us.
And,
And look how quickly it happened.
So thank you for being here.
Renee,
We're moving on to you,
Sagittarius Wade.
Thank you so much for having me.
And it's wonderful to listen to all those teachers as well.
So,
So nice to,
To meet everyone here.
I'm out in Canada.
And in,
But as you can hear my,
I have a Dutch accent.
So I was born and raised in the Netherlands.
And I work under the name Sagittarius Wade.
For me,
That is my connection with my roots.
And my roots bring me back to Europe,
Bring me back into my Gypsy background,
Gypsy.
And from there,
I like to kind of build up all my teachings.
I'm an animal communicator.
I've been that since I could speak as a little girl.
I'm a Reiki master.
And I love sharing nature.
And there's so much we can do connecting with our roots and with nature as our healing guides.
And we have that connection,
All of us.
So connecting with our animals is,
Is our right.
It's something that we all do.
And it's such a beautiful way.
I love that there's these artists,
Teachers here as well.
I do little workshops connected with,
With the Celtic Zodiac system.
We,
We made salmon on Tuesday,
On Monday,
We did a workshop there.
I've been an Alameda Tarmer since 2020.
So I guess,
Four years.
And I go live twice a week.
And I just love it.
I think everyone who's here on the call,
Listeners,
Teachers,
It's such an amazing community.
And it touches me every time I go live.
I'm like,
People share vulnerable.
And,
And I have this beautiful council,
This energetic council behind me.
And,
And I'm allowed to hold space for everyone.
And I,
A healing space where they,
Where they can have their voice.
And I feel so grateful that I,
So Violet has been in my sessions.
And I gratefully have connected with her pups,
Walking on earth and not working on earth.
It's been really a pleasure.
So yeah,
Very grateful.
Thank you for having me.
Thank you for being here.
And yes,
I have been attending her lives for a long time.
And she got to know my pups,
Barney and Simon before they crossed over and they still hang out with us now.
So I love that.
And now she knows my new pup Onyx too.
All right,
Myisha,
You're next.
Oh,
Violet,
I have a cat named Onyx.
Oh,
I love that.
Oh my gosh,
That's awesome.
My other cat is named Moonstone,
Moonstone and Onyx.
Love it.
Hi,
Everyone.
My name is Myisha.
I'm so grateful to be here among everybody and welcome everyone in the chat.
I'm settling in.
I had a bunch of tech issues for the first time on this new laptop that I have,
Of course.
Mercury retrograde in full effect.
So I am calming my system down.
So I might speak a little fast,
But I'm trying to slow down as I go.
I am an embodiment practitioner and educator.
And I am here at this point in my journey to help people feel and remember.
And I do this work because it has literally saved my life.
So my personal sort of focus is on the power of scent on the Soma.
So the way that scent impacts our body,
Our minds,
Our moods.
I've healed a lot of trauma,
A lot of anxiety,
Depression and panic with that combination.
And what I do here on Inside Timer,
Sort of the signature offering that I offer here is an experience called From Surface to Soul.
And it is a journey into the depths of who we are,
Into our shadow,
Into the parts of ourselves that we don't tend to often.
And like Alex,
It is a journey in vulnerability and finding the strength and vulnerability and in community here on Inside Timer.
And that session and the energy around that session was inspired by my reading of Mark Nepo's book,
The Endless Practice,
If anybody's read it.
And earlier in the book,
He speaks about the journey of zooplankton in the ocean and how they don't travel thousands of miles like,
Say,
Whales do,
But their sort of daily migration is from the depths to the surface to the depths again.
And I thought that was a really beautiful way to imagine our journey as human beings and everything that happens along the way and all of the wisdom that we get to gather and all of the ways that we get to gather acceptance and let go and integrate.
And so that's the kind of spirit of the work that I do here on Inside Timer.
And it's really with the intention of just making sure that we don't leave any part of ourselves behind.
And then we only go as slow,
As fast as our slowest part.
So that is most of what I do here,
And including the pre-recorded tracks.
And then I also do meditation shares where we journey with the energy of a plant and being more mindful about the plants that support our physical and mental bodies.
So I'm grateful to be here with everyone.
Thank you for having me.
Thank you for being here.
That was fascinating.
You know,
It's so awesome to do these things and learn so many new things from everybody.
Like,
I feel like we've got such an amazing,
Diverse group of teachers on Inside Timer.
And doing this is a thrill for me because,
You know,
I keep learning stuff all the time.
That's amazing.
I'm Violet.
You know,
I never know what to say about myself other than I love connecting people through technology.
And I'm thrilled to be here.
And I'm thrilled to have Melanie here because Melanie is going to take it away.
She handles all the questions.
And I sit here and smile.
So Melanie,
Take it away.
Thank you.
And I am a,
I've been a culinary educator and mindfulness teacher for 28 years.
But I just joined Insight Timer in December.
And I really love it.
So thank you guys for all being here,
Teachers and everybody in the chat.
I'm going to kick it off.
Jessica,
Many of you probably know her.
She asked this.
How did you discover your gifts?
Alejandro?
How did I discover my gifts?
This is something I talk a lot about in my lives and in my sessions.
I think these are our gifts are things that we're born with.
This is something that that we we don't learn that we remember.
So I remember as a child just being very,
I won't blame ADD for this,
But being very active in everything that I was that I was doing and in school and always in the forefront and always wanting to help others.
I had a teacher in third grade tell me you need to be a lawyer because you're always defending somebody else.
So it's the discovery of the gift or the manifestation of the gift came on later in life as I remember things of the essence of who I am.
And as I went into my own healing journey from a lot of childhood trauma and a lot of just things just life just happened and coming to the realization of,
You know what,
If I was able to heal and move forward,
This needs to be shared.
But the gifting of teaching and the gifting of connecting with others was always there just throughout life.
And as life progressed and as life happened,
It got distorted in its manifestation.
So it was going back to the inner child,
Healing that inner child and remembering just the essence of who I was.
And here we are.
So that's how I discovered my gift and stepped into what was already there.
And it manifested as it's manifesting now.
Thank you,
Renee.
Well,
I think I have to start with the fact that I thought that anyone,
Everyone talked to their animal.
So I'm not quite sure if it's really was me discovering my gift.
But I do remember as a young girl running home and going into the chicken coop and having to tell my rooster how my day was.
And it was such a normal thing for me to do.
And I would tell people like,
Oh,
You know,
You know what my rooster told me today.
And I always thought that it was the most normal thing.
When I hit teenage,
My teenage years,
I understood that that wasn't the case.
And I started to do my best to be normal.
But it was one of the things that I did as a young girl,
My healing hands,
So by touching and able to really relax people or take away pain,
That came,
I guess,
End of 20s or 30s,
When I would be at places,
And I would just put my hand on and,
And animals would just relax underneath and people would say,
Would tell me like,
Oh,
I've never seen my dog walk up to someone because,
You know,
He's just not that kind of dog that goes for cuddles,
Would sit the whole coffee time next to me while I would hold my hand on his back.
And I said,
Well,
His back is really hurting.
And so so that gift came,
Came a bit later,
When I was slowly re stepping into talking to animals.
But yeah,
Like most of things,
I always thought everyone was doing this.
So this is definitely my invitation to start tapping into this for everyone,
Because you can,
You can do this.
Thank you,
Deb.
My gift started when I,
I guess I was looking for more meaning in life.
And so I started searching and my intuition led me to a workshop,
Where I got to experience Palawa.
Palawa is a healing modality that activates the 12 strands of DNA,
Most humans are operating only on two strands of DNA.
So that was the doorway for me to start channeling symbols,
Which became an undeniable passion of mine.
Then I did a few other modalities.
But it was basically my intuition that led me down the path,
Right?
So it was this huge desire and wanting to know more,
You know,
Wanting to know more about me about life,
Looking for more meaning in life,
And just trusting my intuition that led me on a path to,
Yeah,
To different modalities and opening doorways,
So to speak.
Rev J?
Hi,
Thanks for the question.
Great question.
Um,
I didn't know that I was intuitive.
As a young child,
I thought everybody talked to invisible people.
I thought everybody had invisible friends and so forth.
So at a very,
Very young age,
I was very,
Very intuitive.
And I would I would just say things and they would they'd happen having precognition and so forth.
And as I got older,
And it was I wasn't around people who who understood and so forth,
I shut I shut myself down.
Um,
It was it was a lot of chatter in my head.
So I could walk past people or go in a crowd and I would I would be picking up on every I was,
I call myself an empath on steroids,
Where I just picked up everybody and I didn't know what that meant.
And I didn't know how to control it.
So I'm pretty honest about this.
I use substances to close myself down because I didn't understand what all this chatter was.
And it wasn't until I got clean and sober when I was 26 in 1992,
That I opened up again.
And then I went the opposite way where I was seeking out lots of different modalities and so forth to understand.
But I was gifted at at the age of 16 to have a neighbor who understood because I didn't understand things.
So a lot of a lot of my intuition at a young age was was a shadow of darkness.
And I had a neighbor that helped to turn the light on and help explain to me what was going on.
Since then,
I,
As Alejandro had shared,
We all are born with talents,
Gifts,
Skills and abilities with the intuition with the empath and so forth.
Pashma calls when we come into that's my my collective when we come into this physical form,
They call it mindful separation,
Where we mindfully separate from oneness from remembering that we're connected,
And and that we all have the power of intuition and knowing it's just a matter of being open to it and fostering it.
So when I decided to come back into learning about my intuition and honoring it,
Things just,
Just really,
Really took off.
And I now in embrace it 90% percent,
I'm sure,
To be honest with you.
But the one thing that that I'm passionate about is for all souls to know that everybody is intuitive,
Everybody has the ability to to tap into their higher selves to their guides to their to their gifts and their talents and to not for me to share to not be afraid of it to be able to foster it and don't don't be afraid to to I became open to asking others about,
You know,
How they tap into to their energies.
And basically,
It's light and love.
So as long as I stay in light and love,
I'm in,
I'm in a good place.
And everything,
Everything flows for me.
Hopefully that made that's beautiful,
Rob J.
Lama.
Okay,
Thank you.
I think that was a really great question.
And I will echo a lot of what Alejandro said,
Because I've been in touch with gift since I was very,
Very young.
I remember,
Well,
First of all,
There was a lot of jazz standards,
Classical music,
And religious slash spiritual music,
I grew up listening to.
And I think I was probably about four or five.
And my uncle,
Who was an accomplished pianist,
He was playing something on the piano.
And then when he found he'd been playing for probably an hour.
So I just went back and started picking out with my ear,
What I was hearing.
And I remember all the adults just kind of gasping.
And they were like,
Oh,
She's got a gift.
And but then,
You know,
Everybody wanted to saturate me with the music instead of letting me kind of do it on my own.
And that became it for me,
I didn't like being forced to do things.
I just wanted it to come natural.
I also grew up in a household with a mother who was taking me to the AME,
The African Methodist Episcopal,
My grandmother,
My father's mother was taking me to the Catholic Church.
And she was half Native American.
So she was teaching me Native American Red Road medicine.
And then my other grandmother was married to a Southern Baptist.
And she used to be Jehovah Witness.
And I went to school with a lot of Jewish kids.
So obviously,
I'm very open about whatever people's religious spirituality,
Philosophy,
Whatever it is,
Because I feel like we can all get along.
And that's what actually laid the foundation for me that exposure,
But the gift was to be compassionate.
The gift was to be accepting rather than tolerating.
And it worked for me,
As I continue to evolve.
Well,
And also when I was little,
I used to,
I had all these little characters I would make up.
And one time I was being carousel,
My sister was merry go round.
And we were live from Niagara Falls.
And we were running all the water in the house and running around with the tape recorder and producing these little shows.
And I would actually charge five cents to come and listen to our singing group.
I was just,
I was producing at a very young age.
So it was just a natural progression for me to go into that as an adult.
And again,
The challenge for me was always the technology.
And a lot of times dealing with people who are techno savvy,
They speak over one's head,
Unless you are in that little group that can process.
So I spent a lot of time learning it on my own and how I ended up being a life coach and a spiritual practitioner.
It was just a natural transition,
A natural evolution because I didn't like bullies in school and I was blessed to be tall.
And I literally would stand in front.
If you hit her,
You've got to hit me.
And they're,
You know,
When you're looking four or five inches up at somebody who's very serious about,
You're not going to hit this little girl.
You know,
It just helped me to be that surrogate that people needed to support them through the journey of cruelty that junior high school and high school offers.
And so that's,
That's how I made the evolution of music to coaching and to recording.
Well,
That is really beautiful.
Thank you for sharing that.
And I think that all of that ties into we have four amazing questions.
I just want to say that Chantel asked,
What has been the most influential practice to trust your intuition?
Oh,
Carly,
Did you want to add something?
Okay.
She asked,
What's the,
Been the most influential practice to trust your intuition?
And I think that's a great question because a lot of you were already addressing that,
You know,
Many of you,
And I just want to say this because I work a lot with kids and parents aren't letting their kids develop their intuition right now.
And what Lava said,
Renee said,
Many of you said was that when you were a kid,
Alejandro,
You tapped into this and you talked to animals.
I talked to animals too,
Renee.
So I totally get it,
But I feel that kids are missing out on that experience.
And you have nine people in front of you who have very similar experiences.
And I think it's important that we allow kids the space to do the same thing.
Okay.
Now that I'm off my soapbox,
Myesha.
Thank you.
Thank you for that question.
Yeah,
I love this question.
I,
I think a lot of it is about allowing yourself the space and time to remember.
And for me,
That means slowing down like that.
That has literally meant slowing all the way down.
And I would say if I have to pick one practice,
It would probably be yoga nidra.
The practice of really,
Really intentional and deep rest is,
Has allowed me the space to get still enough and quiet enough to really allow all that stuff to come up that I had been spent so many years numbing,
Avoiding,
And all of that stuff with,
With substances.
I'm also in recovery.
And the last circle from surface of soul session I did was called rest and recover because rest is a really integral part of my practices and the way that I get still enough and allow,
Allow for those gifts,
That intuition,
That whisper of your soul to really come through.
So rest is a big practice for me.
Thank you.
And Melanie,
Thank you for bringing up about the children because that they are our future.
The children are coming in mega intuitive and connected.
I am actually in the process of writing a book for parents because I think a lot of connection and connecting is fear of not knowing about understanding.
And so I love that rest and recover.
For me,
The way that,
That,
That I get into intuition and know about intuition is relaxing the critical factor.
And the only way to relax the critical factor is through prayer meditation.
And for me,
Self-hypnosis,
Because that drops me deeper to be able to get into,
You know,
The subconscious mind where everything is all in there,
All of our lives,
Everything,
Everywhere that we've been and,
And who we are and,
And our,
And our programming.
And so when I'm able to drop out of the old monkey mind saying,
I don't think so,
That's not what it is,
And really get into not only subconscious,
But super conscious,
Which is our innate connection to,
To a higher source universe,
Universal love.
Then that allows me to truly see what is actually,
What is actually the,
The truth as opposed to the personal lie or that,
Which is questioning whether or not I'm intuitive.
And so it's a feeling of connection,
Love,
Appreciation,
Compassion,
All those higher renewal vibrations allows me to,
To truly see that I am connected and tapped into.
So it's a matter for me of relaxing that old monkey mind.
And for me,
That's meditation and more so self-hypnosis.
Thank you for that.
Carly?
Yeah.
So for me,
There's,
I have two main practices.
The first one,
My daily,
I just don't find,
So every morning I get up,
It's not negotiable.
I go and sit out in my garden.
If it's raining,
I just on the patio under the shelter.
So it's,
But yeah,
For me connecting in,
It's beautiful with mama cacao every day.
It's like I've paved and I've been doing it now for four years.
I had a,
I had a massive,
Massive,
I've been doing it for myself every day for four years.
And now I run them here on Insight Time as well.
And it's paved the beautiful,
Straight in like Alejandro.
It's been me and vulnerable and brought me back.
And I think it was my issue who actually,
Wholeness,
Forgotten who we really are in all forms,
Our good,
Our bad,
Our light,
Our dark,
All of those areas,
We bring them back in.
And that's what cacao did for me.
And it also reignited my creativity,
Which is something I've had my whole life.
I've always been super creative,
But it gave me a real direct line in realizing that would be my knock-knuckle.
And I was,
You know,
Sometimes I'm doing a cacao while I'm being creative,
But mostly it's just five minutes,
You know,
Connecting myself and listening.
If we don't listen to those whispers,
They start coming out of script.
And generally they start us after it's gone too far,
You know,
When we listen to the whispers before it gets to that point.
So yeah,
So maybe you should go on like this.
Yeah.
It's,
It's so true.
If we don't listen to those whispers,
We don't connect within who we are and we don't take that time.
So I'm one of the things that I'm really passionate.
You don't take that three day to make yourself,
To bring you back to your wholeness,
To learn,
To nourish yourself in the way that you need.
You're never going to be able to gift the world.
That's,
That's me.
So many amazing nuggets there.
Thanks Carly.
Deb.
Yeah,
That,
That was beautiful.
Thank you,
Carly.
For me,
It's very much about tapping into my body and how my body's feeling.
Right.
So it is about getting still,
Which is kind of what a lot of you have already said.
And that doesn't have to mean sitting in meditation for hours on end.
Although I do meditate,
Do guided meditation twice a day,
First thing in the morning and first thing in the evening or last thing in the evening.
But a really simple way is just tuning into your body.
And often when I'm doing my live readings,
I'll put a hand on my belly and I'll put a hand on my high heart,
Which is the thymus chakra,
Thymus is the coherence between your,
Your heart brain coherence.
It's kind of like,
I've got a symbol for the thymus.
That to me is your high heart.
And that's right here.
And I just put my hand on my high heart and my hand on my belly.
And I just feel like you can do it now.
I feel and tune into my body.
How is my body feeling?
I am,
I'm feeling nervous.
I'm feeling nervous on this live,
But I'm still here.
Right.
I'm still alive.
I'm still here.
So it is just tuning in.
And,
Um,
You know,
When you put your hand on your body and,
And speak,
Like I can feel that vibration and feel it coming up through my central column.
And,
Uh,
It's just about getting still.
Like you all know,
Everyone,
Every human being has had the ability to tap into that zone.
Right.
I call it the zone,
Getting into the zone.
Um,
For me,
Art is that doodling is that as well.
Um,
It's just,
It's just tapping in and,
And getting into that flow,
Into that flow state or into the zone,
Whatever terminology you like to use.
Right.
So there's various ways everyone can do it.
You have your own flow state,
Just find your flow state.
And that is when everything just drops in.
That's when you're connected to your higher self,
To your guides,
To whatever,
You know,
Source,
God,
Whatever term you like to use.
Right.
Um,
It's just getting into that flow state and yeah,
It doesn't have to be an hour long ritual.
It can be five minutes sitting in the sun.
That's another thing that I love to do.
Just having a cup of tea and sitting in the sun and just acting,
You know,
We don't all have to,
Um,
Go to the beach or go to the bush.
You can literally just sit in the sun for a few minutes and tap into yourself.
And that's,
That's when you're being still and that's when the intuition will drop in.
Hope that helped.
Hey Deb.
So Grace asked an amazing question.
What is the most profound lesson you've learned on your spiritual journey and how has it shaped your understanding of life?
So I'm going to give you guys a minute to think about that because I've had that question in front of me.
And I would say for me,
Probably the most profound lesson I've been learning,
Even as a kid,
I knew it,
That I did,
I was able to do things that other people weren't able to do.
And that biggest thing was I was able to help people find themselves.
And that the way that I am able to help people embrace themselves and find themselves and connect and have compassion for others is by showing them how they do it and letting them discover their gifts on their own.
Because I don't know how other people feel.
I never feel like I'm a healer.
I just have tools that I show to others and they can choose to use them or not.
But that I have,
I have that in me because like Lava said earlier about being compassionate for others.
And I think that goes a very long way in our life.
And thank you Lava for all that beautiful wisdom that you shared earlier.
I have goosebumps right now.
Okay,
Gosh,
So many.
Carly,
You're in my top four.
So the most profound thing that I've learned on my journey was,
Again,
Two things,
I've got this,
But was not just to choose me,
But to understand that when we let go of expecting other people to do,
Love,
Behave,
Or be the way we would,
We actually open ourselves.
And so for me,
Letting go of expectation,
Accepting that people can offer what they're able and not feeling.
So if,
For example,
Like I know with my mum,
I've had a pretty tough relationship with her.
I used to take everything personally,
You know,
Say or do,
Or,
You know,
I felt like I missed out on or forgotten about.
And then I just realised with,
You know,
My life coach and my own journey of awakening,
She could only offer what she was able to offer based on her level of unhinged.
And once I realised that everybody's journey is different and everybody can only offer what they're able to,
I didn't fill the gaps.
I took away the expectation that somebody would love me the way I would behave the way I behaved,
Or pack the dishwasher the way I packed it.
Whatever somebody can offer,
Be open to receiving that and getting rid of the expectation.
That to me has been my biggest profound,
And that for me,
There was a word that I actually tattooed it on myself.
I bought myself,
Well Jordan bought me a tattoo just a couple of years ago,
And I tattooed this word on myself.
And once we shift and open our perspective up,
It doesn't mean that we have to change it to what somebody else believes,
Or somebody else,
We don't have to agree with somebody else's.
We just have to be open to letting go of having our own way be the only way.
Violet?
So Carly said everything I was going to say,
So now I'm just going to be quiet.
Literally word for word,
Everything that came out of her mouth.
You know,
I've learned all of that.
I mean,
The compassion,
Accepting people where they are.
You know,
I went through a difficult time with my mother,
And you know,
I'm one of four kids,
The youngest of four,
And I'm the only one who can accept her as she is.
So I totally get that.
You know,
And the other thing that I've learned since you took all my ideas,
Was to push myself.
You know,
Like I tell people all the time,
Doing this live is always terrifying for me,
And I just always have that little voice in my head,
That little quote I repeat all the time.
Feel the fear,
And do it anyway,
Because when you get,
When you face that fear head on,
And you get past that,
It opens up a whole world for you that you just didn't even imagine existed.
So you know,
Thank you for,
Thank you Carly for saying everything I had to say,
And I will leave it at that.
Renee?
Here you go.
I'm looking at two different screens,
Sorry.
Definitely not tech savvy.
I hear you Lava.
So what I had to learn is that time is something that we have made up,
And if you take that to serious time,
Then you get restricted in healing,
Or learning,
Or embracing people that are on your path.
The thing that I figured out is that someone who you,
For example,
Meeting someone,
So if you,
Someone who you meet only five minutes,
Can have such more impact on you than someone who's with you your whole life.
Because time,
It just doesn't matter,
As age doesn't matter,
Because we're here on a journey that just keeps going in an earthly body,
Or not in an earthly body,
As a guide for someone else,
Is holding space.
So if you can let go of time that we have invented and came up with for some reason,
Then it opens up a whole world of embracing amazing souls,
And energy,
Getting to know energies of plants,
And animals,
And people,
And so much more.
Stone,
There's so much,
And it just opens up a whole world where you can follow your intuition.
We already spoke about intuition and how important it is,
And it's just,
You know,
Taking time away,
It accelerates,
I hope that's the right English word,
But it really profoundly gives you space to open your own soul up for what it is that you came here to shine with.
And that was quite profound for myself when I figured out that time was just something that someone,
Somewhere,
A long line of earth that made up to,
I don't know,
Maybe to be on time,
Which I struggle with,
So I don't know.
Thank you.
Alejandro.
Carly,
I'll just say you tapped in,
You tapped into spirit,
You tapped into,
Because,
And I promised,
I promised myself I was not gonna cry on this live,
But I always cry alive,
So I'm a crier,
I love the fact of self-expression,
But the one thing that really,
That has really transformed my journey as I go along is understanding that people,
For the most part,
Love us the best way they know how to love us.
And for me,
A lot of my,
We talked about moms already,
So I'll talk about my dad,
A lot of my trauma as a man,
And as my development as a masculinity and what that meant came from the absence of my dad.
So a lot of the trauma that I built through life was through the absence of my dad.
And when I understood that my dad showed up when he showed up the only way he knew how to,
The expectations of what he should have done and what I really wanted completely dismantled this wall of protection that I have against everyone,
Especially men,
But also the wall of protection to identify with the essence of who I was always created to be.
So when I was able to accept what was,
And accept that,
In my case,
My father loved me the best way he could,
Then I was able to work on loving myself and accepting myself and then helping other men do the same.
And understanding that loving is something we are remembering constantly and out of love and out of the essence of who we are.
And I know Lava talked about her religious upbringing,
Very similar to mine.
It really resonated,
Lava.
But understanding that connecting with love itself,
It is the essence of who we are.
And once I am able to understand that my surroundings,
That the connections I have,
Positive or those that I might perceive as not being so positive or even negative,
That people are just doing their best where they're at,
Whatever that looks like.
If I understand that person in their mess and their craziness,
They're doing their best where they're at,
It's no longer personal.
Then I can empathize,
Then I can connect,
Then I can continue to heal and we can connect in healing and growth.
So for me,
The one thing that has really helped my journey and my spiritual growth has been understanding that people are loving the best way they know how to.
And yeah,
So Carly,
You tapped in and I didn't cry,
So that's a win.
Beautiful.
Raisha?
Wow,
This is amazing.
Thank you.
And on that,
To sort of piggyback off of what Alejandro was just saying,
Yeah,
This vibration of love,
One of the profound sort of awakenings that I've had is to literally understand that nothing is personal and that there always is something like a growth opportunity and something to learn from every situation,
Yet nothing is personal.
That has been the hardest and best lesson I've had to come to grips with.
It's literally the energy of it is what it is,
Like that's what it is.
And so the second thing is that this new sort of term I'm using is name it,
Don't claim it.
So this is a profound way of interacting with the world.
I'm choosing to be in the world in this new way where I'm,
So for instance,
I'll use just something a lot of people can relate to,
The anxiety that I used to experience.
Instead of saying my anxiety or my depression,
I say the anxiety that I sometimes experience.
So that gives me a little bit of space between something that I'm experiencing and myself so that my self-energy,
The me,
The core of me is able to sort of show up and lead,
Right?
Rather than being in that energy,
But rather than claiming it,
Rather than clinging to it to the point where there's no separation between me and it.
This has literally been such a powerful shift in the way that I relate to the world and my experiences and everything in it.
And so I offer that hopefully as a way to help somebody out there who may be going through it,
Right?
To just begin to shift your experience and know that that is not who you are,
That is something that you are experiencing.
It is temporary,
It is impermanent,
And it will shift and change and move just like everything else does.
I think that's so valid.
And also I've noticed a lot in sort of the spiritual world where people have a hard time setting boundaries because sometimes they're so open and accepting,
But knowing that it's okay to set a boundary and it's okay to say this is,
You have what you're doing and I can have compassion for it,
But it doesn't mean that I need to bring it into my life.
And that I think that's,
Especially for people who are incredibly empathetic,
A very important boundary to often have,
Otherwise there's a lot of crossover.
Did someone have their hand raised and I missed it?
Or did they,
Everybody put it down.
Maisha,
Did you want to say something else?
Okay.
So this is a great question that came from Dawn.
Do you have any habits,
Rituals,
Or anything that you do right before a live?
Carly?
So right before a live,
But generally I do a cacao every morning,
But right before a live I'll sit here,
I'll play some music,
I'll,
You know,
Dance it out,
I'll smudge myself.
And it's so funny because I've got like this tiny little container with like these little smudge leafs left over and I was doing it one day when I pressed start and someone thought I was smoking a joint and it wasn't.
It was the smudge.
So I'm like,
I promise,
I promise it's just smudge.
But yeah,
I think having any type of little ritual,
But getting into the zone,
Taking some nice breaths,
You know,
Doing something creative.
Generally,
I'm doing something creative just before I've walked upstairs.
But yeah,
I think for me,
That daily rituals include the cacao,
The creativity,
The cleansing,
The breath work,
You know,
Connecting in with myself and just paying attention to,
And it's so funny because often with my lives,
I actually don't even know what I'm going to think about that day and I'll wake up and I'll know what it is.
So yeah,
Paying attention to our intuition,
You know,
And that's part of coming back to ourselves.
So we know we take that time out just to be silent for us.
Alejandro?
So before Alive,
I start,
It doesn't matter what time of day,
Usually my lives are my mornings at 8.
30 every Saturday.
So I do skincare routine and beer care routine,
Very mindfully,
Loving on myself,
Because a lot of my lives are dealing with emotional wounds.
And so it's understanding that whatever is coming,
Wherever spirit guide us during our lives,
It's all out of love.
It's all out of the essence of who we all are.
And then I put on some music here in the living room,
And I just start singing like a maniac.
Whatever comes to mind,
Whatever comes to spirit,
I start singing,
I start releasing my cats,
Especially the young one,
I have two cats,
Shadow and Luna.
Luna's the baby,
She usually joins,
And we're all about it.
And we create,
At least here on this side of the screen,
Creating the atmosphere to flow into whatever the Live brings.
We were talking,
I still,
You know,
A few months into doing Lives,
I still get anxious,
But it's not an anxious out of fear.
Although OBS,
We talked about it sometimes,
Tests,
It's a test,
And it's a healing journey.
But it's preparing for,
To be vulnerable in community,
Which is the essence of what we do.
And so yeah,
Skincare,
Beer care,
Staying out loud with my cat,
And prepare an atmosphere of healing and growth.
Because as a teacher,
I'm also practicing as I guide others.
I'm not separated from the journey.
I am just three,
Two steps ahead in the journey.
So yeah,
That's my little ritual that we do here on this side of the screen.
Violet?
So I was going to say that I didn't really have a ritual.
However,
Now that I heard him,
You know,
Dancing,
I'm going to start doing that.
But no,
I do.
I take a lot of deep breaths,
Because I'm always,
You know,
A little nervous.
It's gotten better.
I mean,
We've been,
This is like the seventh Ask Your Guides Live that we've done,
Which I can't even believe,
Because I feel like we just started doing this back in June.
With what we have back then,
Melanie,
We had like four teachers,
And me and Melanie,
And then the second one,
We had 12.
I can't believe how far this has come.
But I digress.
My ritual is to get outside in nature,
Take some deep breaths,
Drink some water.
You know,
I do my best to calm myself,
Because I really do get nervous every single time.
However,
I'm going to start doing the dancing from now on,
Not on camera,
Obviously.
But great question.
Oh,
Sorry.
Yeah.
Before,
I'm a bit inconsistent,
I will admit.
Consistency is not my strong point.
But typically,
Before a live,
I'll put on some essential oil,
Usually frankincense.
Because my lives are typically doing readings,
Energy readings,
Or in chakra readings,
And pulling a card for the collective.
I do either say on the live or before the live,
That only beings of light shall talk to me through me and be in my energetic field,
And so be it.
And also,
A new thing that I'm doing is checking my light score.
So a light score out of 100%.
If my light score is lower than 80%,
Then I'll do an aura scan and cleanse.
And yeah,
That's about it,
I think.
But the breathing thing as well,
That sometimes I do that on the actual live,
Just to ground myself and those on the live.
But the main thing is setting my rules,
So that only beings of light shall talk to me through me.
And that's for everyone on the call as well.
We just have to be conscious of the energy that we're bringing to the live and also those that are on the live.
Ravjai?
Yes,
I do similar to Deb.
I call in sacred space before I come on.
I love Stephen Nobel's Starseed,
How he calls all the directions in.
With my sage spray,
I can't burn here because my smoke alarm goes off.
So I got my spray,
And I rattle.
And I call in all angels.
Thank you for allowing me to,
For your presence.
Thank you for your presence.
Thank you for allowing me to message to those who would benefit from the highest and greatest good.
All those who come in light and love,
Come forth.
And I usually say and all the rest stay out.
I'm protecting,
Making sure protection is there.
You are not welcome.
If not,
Not if,
When I do feel anxious,
I'm new to insight timer.
I love that my followers say that they can't tell.
So thank you for that.
This thing over here,
My little pup,
Stella is usually in the corner.
So if I'm feeling anxious,
She is a beautiful transmuter.
So I may just love on her for a little bit,
Or go outside and hug a tree,
Nature,
Whatever,
Just to just to calm just to get out of that sympathetic fight or flight and into that parasympathetic heart,
Heart breathing.
And and for me,
I'm learning to just be open because although I'm doing angel numerology,
Other modalities have come through,
And to just be so relaxed to allow those to come through.
So on a recent live,
I ended up doing a mediumship and Peshma came in.
So just being open now to whatever is needed for those who are coming forth as we're sharing space.
And I love Alejandra,
Which you shared,
Because I don't consider myself just a teacher.
I'm a teacher and I'm a student.
I'm a student who happens to teach who's always a student.
So the most blessed thing once I go live is is the community and I get just as much out of the community and learning as much as what I'm able to offer.
That's that's my ritual.
Well,
The best teachers are perpetual students.
So I have a ritual where I I go outside and I ground because if anybody's ever been in my lives,
You know,
I have a lot of energy.
So I do like to come in a little bit more grounded because I can be very intense and I'm fully aware of it.
And I do a similar thing to you,
Rev J,
Where I,
You know,
Call in all the directions and ask just that we all come in for the best for all of us.
So I want to thank you guys for being here.
And I know everybody has really enjoyed learning so much about you guys.
I would love it if you could just take a moment,
Share what you want us to know about you,
Tell us about whatever tracks,
Courses,
Lives,
Whatever you have coming up on Insight Timer that you'd love us to know about.
And if everybody knows what they want to say,
You can just unmute and say or you can raise your hand.
I can call on you.
Carly.
Thank you so much for having me back.
I really loved being here again.
I'll be back next week with Violet as well.
So so I've got a Carly in case your name's Carly from A Smile From Heaven.
I'm a creative arts therapist,
Very passionate,
Creative,
Making yourself a priority in.
I do that a lot through different forms of creativity and cacao.
So I do two different types of,
Mainly two different types of live events here.
One really fun,
Down to earth,
Creative event where I'm singing,
Dancing,
Painting,
Playing with art.
And then the other one,
Which is on tomorrow night,
Queensland time,
Is cacao and creativity.
We have a beautiful heart opening cacao meditation to in with ourselves,
Ground in with my cacao.
And then we have a creative activity that is generally a tool that you your own and your own healing journey going.
You follow along to and I update extra stuff.
I'm not,
I'd love to be one of those people where I can say I'm live at this exact same time.
And like,
Oh,
I'll do it now.
Oh,
I'm going to do this.
And I'm going to do this.
So you need to follow my profile so that you get notified of when my randomness decides to do different things and go online.
Thank you,
Guys.
Thank you,
Lava.
So I'm going to ask for everybody to just hold me in that high vibe that I get past whatever is saying,
Oh,
No,
You don't want to do the live.
You don't,
You know,
And I can come up with a million reasons.
And yeah,
I blame it on the IT.
I blame it on the climate.
I blame it on the boonies.
But at the end of the day,
I need to step forward.
I actually have four different courses in the hopper to record.
And so I'm not afraid to do that.
I'm not afraid to do it or load it up.
It's just a matter of time.
But I'm serious.
Please hold me in your highest confidence with your best highest vibe that I get past the hump and go ahead and go live.
Thank you.
And this was great.
And I will keep encouraging you.
Yes,
We'll hold you.
Renee.
Hey,
Lava,
I think you should go live.
I think that would be really good for you to go to.
I want to thank everyone.
And I will definitely sort of seek you guys out to see all the live sessions that you guys are doing,
Figure out time zones and stuff like that.
I just wanted to say a quick hi and thank you.
I know the group probably grown while we were doing this amazing and get together.
I guess that's what our energy does.
We pull in to come.
So my name is Sagittarius Way,
Renee.
And I'm probably one of those organized people,
But I'm live every Tuesday and Friday inside timer.
And once in the evening and one is in in the morning for everyone to be able to join in whatever forum.
And I would love it if you guys come.
It's so much fun.
And I love holding that space where we want to to share about our animal and about nature.
And yeah,
To to share that that passion that I have within.
But what is it when I was listening to everyone with this within all of us?
So,
Yeah,
Look for me on inside timer.
And I have two courses out.
And one I find very exciting is the five love languages for dogs.
It's a lot of fun and it's it's not a long course,
But it's you know,
It gives you a little bit of a tweak into dog's life.
And when I was looking at the chat,
I think I should come up with with the cat one and zoom into them and have them share their love languages,
Which is,
You know,
A little bit different than with dogs.
But yeah,
Thank you so much for having me.
Maisha.
Thank you.
So for those of you who are just joining,
My name is Maisha.
I'm an embodiment practitioner and educator.
And what I wanted to share just about my style of teaching and guiding is that I'm my style is more storytelling and experiential.
So you won't hear a lot of jargon or technical terms in my sessions.
But I do infuse all of the like integrative somatic trauma therapist,
Social work,
IFC stuff that I know and embody so well into my sessions in a way that I believe is really accessible.
So it's practical for the mind and expansive,
Practical for the body and expansive for the mind.
And so I have tracks from surface to soul on there.
One my favorite one is a journey with your tender part.
I'm very much into the tenderness phase of being tender with ourselves.
So I would invite you all to check that out.
I have one on IFS that's really I kind of incorporate IFS or internal family systems into a lot of what I do my journeys.
That one is more specifically IFS and shout out to inside out to and all of our anxiety parts that felt so seen in that beautifully illustrated movie if you've seen that.
And I have another session from for from surface to soul scheduled.
I believe it's on the second.
So I would love to see you all there.
Thank you so much for having me,
Violet.
And thank you,
Melanie.
And thank you to all you wonderful teachers.
I felt like I was in Friday service today.
And now beautiful.
Thank you,
Rev.
J.
Yes,
Thank you.
First off,
Lava,
Thank you for sharing your vulnerability about going live and so forth.
I break with their right with you,
Sister,
Being being new on lives,
And I'm in recovery for imposter syndrome.
So it's been it's been a journey going through.
I had shared earlier that I just finished going through 500 hours of advanced training and medical support,
Clinical hypnotherapy and transpersonal therapy.
And I personally went through a huge journey.
That's allowing me to to step out.
So with that,
With that,
In mind,
I will be going live again,
Wednesday,
I'm going to be putting it in for 7pm Eastern Standard Time for angel numerology.
And I will not be hiding behind the angel numerology as of September,
I'm going to be stepping out and bringing messages from the energy collective that I call Peshma,
They call Peshma.
They have some amazing information that they are guiding me to bring through.
And the reason why I've been kind of shy about it is that it's looking at systems that are out there right now that are traditional,
And just putting different language on them or looking at things differently.
And so I've been very,
Very shy about bringing that forward.
But I've been very,
Very encouraged by other teachers and other people who have experienced them.
So I'm coming in September,
I have recordings that I'll be making.
And if you do go to my profile page,
I'm not sure that it's understood.
There are two Peshma recordings,
That's actually them bringing through their processes.
So when I do when I do channel them,
What they do is they,
They give information that that is of the times and encouragement,
They answer questions,
But they also usually bring through processes.
So if you see Peshma message or Peshma Live,
That's actually them trans channel,
Me trans channeling them.
So there'll be more of those.
And I do believe I've got three courses in the hopper as soon as I learn how to do courses,
Because I'm technically challenged also.
So I'm looking forward to being able to bring that to community.
And Violet,
And Melanie,
Thank you for this space and for allowing us to share ourselves.
And thank you to the community for just being the most awesome,
Supportive community out there.
Absolutely,
Yeah.
Yes,
I go live weekly Mondays,
9.
15 Australian Eastern Standard Time.
So that does suit the USA,
Because it's their Sunday evening,
But obviously it doesn't suit UK's time zone.
I sometimes do other additional lives on top of that,
Which are more to do with the quantum healing work,
But I would like or am considering potentially doing some intuitive art based thing we'll see.
So when I do my lives,
I do a collective carpool at the beginning,
And then I do some mini reads using my own Aura and Chakra Oracle deck with my channeled symbols.
So it is a bit of a unique offering.
But yeah,
I come along to my lives.
I have got a course,
It didn't get approved.
So I have to re-record the whole thing.
Not looking forward to that,
But I've purchased a mic.
So yes,
It's in the makings.
But yeah,
Thank you,
Violet,
And Melanie,
And everyone here.
It's been wonderful to do this for the first time,
And lovely to meet some new faces here as well.
And thank you to the beautiful Insight Timer community.
I do love this platform,
And I love going live.
It's the only place I do go live.
So yes,
Come and say hello sometime.
And thank you for the opportunity to be here as well.
Maisha,
Do you want to add something about your lives?
I saw you put in the chat.
Tell everybody in case they're not reading the chat.
Yeah,
Sorry.
I forgot to mention that I go live about every week.
So one week,
I'll be doing a tea meditation.
And the next week,
I'll be doing from surface to soul.
So I do each one every couple of weeks about.
I'm also not super,
Super consistent.
But I also sometimes wait to see what comes through,
Because a lot of my sessions are definitely channeled.
So join me.
Thank you so much for the extra time.
And I go live every Sunday at 9am for either mindful cooking or intuitive baking.
They are not channeled because I need to give everybody a list of ingredients.
But I am starting something that's new.
And it's on tomorrow at 1pm Eastern Time.
And it's healing,
Meditation and affirmations for people with cancer.
And I think many people here on Insight Timer know I have cancer.
And I felt like it was something that I really needed to bring forth to others.
And it has been very positively reinforced because I've received so many messages from people on Insight Timer saying thank you,
We really appreciate it.
So I hope many of you tomorrow.
Alejandro.
So for those of you that are joining or have joined later,
My name is Alejandro.
Been a teacher here for now almost three years.
I go live every Saturday at around 830 Mountain Standard Time.
So my time here in Texas.
And I have a new course out embracing vulnerability and path to authentic living.
It went live yesterday,
Last night.
So go ahead and check it out.
I'll be going live so tomorrow and I'll be going live on Sunday again,
As a little overview to the course and a little practicing and a little preview to what the course is all about.
It's a short course,
It's only three days.
But yeah,
We have some new lives coming every week.
And we have some courses around seven different courses that we have recorded and waiting on the timing and waiting on the right time to release that work and release that offering.
But yeah,
We're here to serve and whatever we can do to help and aid your healing journey and your growth journey,
We're always here.
So thank you,
Melanie.
Thank you,
Violet.
I am so honored to be here.
Super excited.
And yeah,
Just thank you.
Remember,
I always say this,
Remember,
You're loved,
You're supported,
And you're always,
Always,
Always enough.
So thank you all so much for being here.
And thank you for having me.
Carly,
Did you want to add something?
Yeah,
I really loved that last little bit that Alejandro,
I loved everything,
But that last little bit that you said reminded me of something that my life coach said to me.
And I want everybody on here to know that here,
We're all real.
We've all had our own,
All got our own stuff going on in life.
But we see you,
We are you,
We love you.
And I want to add to that,
Because this is a question we got last time.
And I just want everyone to know,
If your students asked last time a lot about questions in the live,
I always answer all the questions.
And I think if it's a teacher who does answer questions,
And they don't pop it in again,
We just didn't see it.
No one's like ignoring you.
It's literally chats flying by,
And we just didn't catch it.
So always pop it in.
And I'm not going to speak for everybody here.
But if people want to receive emails on Insight Timer,
They usually have it toggled so that they can.
And if they don't,
They don't.
But you can reach out to most of us via Insight Timer.
Thank you guys for coming.
It has been beautiful.
I'm going to pass it over to Violet.
And I appreciate each and every one of you,
Teachers and students.
I am just blown away today because so many amazing things that have been shared here.
I don't even know where to start.
Please follow these teachers.
You can find their links through my link,
Because you know,
We have no way when we collaborate of having everyone's profile visible.
But go to my profile.
It's in my profile,
Which is how you can follow them.
You will find the replays there later.
And just about everything that you need.
So and if there's someone you can't find,
Send me a message.
I always reply.
I do sleep occasionally.
But I always reply.
You know,
Thank you all of you for being here.
So many amazing people like I,
I've just been blown away this whole time.
More speechless than normal.
It's been amazing.
Let's see,
We have another one coming up next.
No,
I'm sorry,
Scripting is next Thursday with a bunch of teachers.
Carly's going to be there.
Who else is Greg is there.
Obviously,
Melanie is there.
Oh,
I know I'm forgetting everybody.
Jackie Mancuso,
Which a lot of you know,
Who else is going to be with us?
Who did I forget?
If I forgot somebody,
I'm sorry.
But anyway,
It'll come up.
When the live is over.
You'll see that pop up.
But please follow these teachers.
They're so amazing.
It's so exciting for me to keep meeting new people.
I spend a lot of time messaging teachers,
You know,
And like I said,
Some of them think I'm crazy.
And some of them actually reply.
And I love it because this has come out of all that.
And this is just amazing.
I had one other thing I was gonna say,
And I totally forgot what it was.
But anyway,
I will be uploading the recording tonight.
And I and Jessica,
Thank you for pointing out that I should sleep and I promise that I will.
Oh,
The other thing I wanted to say was please,
If you know teachers that that are either known to you or not known to you,
Send them a message,
Send them my way,
Give them the link in my profile.
It's the easiest way for them to sign up for these.
And Melanie and I are going to keep scheduling these,
You know,
Forever.
So we have one a week until October.
And then in October,
We're going to do one every other week,
Because,
You know,
We've got other things that we need to do too.
We'll be doing other other lives,
Obviously in between there.
But these are amazing for me.
And I could sit here all night long talking.
And I know that these people have lives and things to do.
So I'm going to keep it brief.
Thank you all of you for joining us.
Thank you all of you for being so amazing.
And thank you everybody that's here watching us.
This has been incredible.
So very appreciative.
We're going to end the live if anybody has anything else to add,
Please.
Oh,
Go on lava.
Oh,
You were saying goodbye.
Okay.
Oh,
I wanted to thank you and Melanie for doing this inviting me with this incredible group of I mean,
The energy is just so high on the zoom event.
I'm spice coming up.
I also want to thank the attendees in the live in the inside timer live for those incredible questions.
I mean,
Powerful questions that led to incredible discussion.
So that was just really incredible.
God bless everybody.
Yes,
Yes,
They were some incredible questions.
And I did say,
You know,
Join the group on inside timer,
Ask your lives,
Because you can also connect with the teachers through that group.
And if no one else has anything to add,
I am going to as much as it pains me and live.
Because that's always the hard part for me.
And I agree with what lava said,
The energy has been amazing.
Like I feel like I'm going to float out of my chair.
I've been sitting here this whole time.
Like,
This is great.
So thank you all so much.
Lots of love to all of you.
And I will see you.
Yes,
We will see you again soon.
Bye bye.
