Welcome everybody.

So nice to see you all with us today.

Excellent.

Wonderful.

Nice to hear that it's nice and clear.

That takes a lot of pressure off of me.

So thank you for joining us.

I see a lot of familiar faces down there.

Alejandro,

It's lovely to have you.

I have to stop and say that I was at his live earlier today and it was beautiful and resonated with me on so many levels.

And I am definitely inviting him to join us in one of these sessions.

So today we are here with a bunch of your beloved,

That many of you know,

Teachers.

And I am so excited for this session.

So excited to have everybody with us.

And I am going to go around and have everybody introduce themselves.

So Ipek,

I am going to start with you.

Okay.

Thank you.

Thank you very much,

Violet and Melanie for,

First of all,

Organizing this.

And I am so happy to be together with so many beautiful teachers of this today.

I am a transformation coach and what I do in life is what I believe.

And I believe that every human being shares with the world only a fraction of their potential.

I am here to show them that and have helped them realize that they have so much more to share with the world.

First of all,

Bring it to their attention and then the world benefit from it.

And I'm also obviously an Inside Timer teacher.

It's been three years and I so love this.

I love all the amazing teachers.

I love the team.

I love the followers,

Subscribers of Gorgeous Tea.

So thank you so much for having me today.

Thank you for joining us.

And Diana,

I'm going to move on to you.

Hi everyone.

My name is Diana Mirsaeva.

I am a Mind Body Connection coach,

A psychosomatic specialist and a meditation teacher here on Inside Timer for already three years.

I've been using the app myself for more than eight years and I'm a big fan of it.

So I'm very grateful for the community,

For the teachers,

For all the groups and activities that are happening.

It really supports me every single day.

And thank you so much for being here and for inviting me.

Wonderful.

Thank you for being here as well.

Anisha,

We're going to move on to you.

Thank you so much for having me here.

I'm Anisha Maheshwari and I have been on Inside Timer for two years.

Next month it would be two years.

I am an introvert and I love nature.

And what I do is that I am a psychologist and a mindfulness meditation teacher.

So my content on IT mostly revolves around like these two domains,

Psychotherapies and psychology and mindfulness.

Till now I have published content related to overcoming limiting dealing with,

You know,

Negative thoughts and various,

You know,

Emotion regulation.

And yeah,

I just want to introduce mindfulness to people's lives because mindfulness has literally saved my life.

I have like been battling with anxiety and depression and mindfulness gave me that hope.

So I just want people to,

I just want to introduce people mindfulness and how they can be more mindful in their daily lives without changing their look.

Yeah.

Beautiful.

Helen,

Moving on to you.

Thank you so much.

Yeah.

Hello from South Africa.

I have started on Indy as a user.

I was in a bath today in preparation for this and how it is so valuable now as a teacher to have gone through about two years of just a focused students.

So many other lives and traps.

So now what I'm is coming in and I'm a kinesiologist.

So I work with helping individual in balance to the mind,

The body,

The spirit,

And from the individual's awareness and empower one.

What is happening in my system?

What can I do?

So that's very much what it forces.

Okay.

So we've got this toolbox tools and we can use them,

But are there,

Which one is so also assisting to listen to their own on all layers,

Really quiet,

Going still,

No dice.

Then the rest of that could be.

Thank you so much.

That was lovely.

Thank you.

And drift.

We are moving on to you,

Joshua,

Well-known as drift.

Hi everybody.

It's great to be here.

Thank you for having me.

And it's nice to be streaming live on insight timer as always.

I am a sound meditation enthusiast and some of the things I like to focus on are biofeedback expression using biofeedback devices to help create soundscapes and visual art that can help to the nervous system.

So creativity is a really big part of my practice and what I like to share with people as something to incorporate in their meditation practice.

And I've been on insight timer for several years now,

And it's been a really great place to meet like-minded people and to experience a really warm and giving and supportive environment that I have honestly just not been able to find on any other app out there.

So I'm always honored to share this time with all of you.

So thank you for having me.

Thank you so much for being here.

You know,

It's such an honor for me to have all of you with us and,

You know,

Drift,

Like Melanie said,

I have followed you for a long time and I try not to miss any of your lives when they pop up.

So when you accepted,

I was thrilled,

You know,

I'm thrilled when everybody accepts,

But without a doubt,

You know,

I've followed you for a long time.

So I'm so happy to have everyone here with us and we are so excited to get going.

And I'm going to turn it over to Melanie,

Who is the amazing moderator.

Oh,

And I think most of you know me,

I guess I should say,

Hi,

I'm Violet.

You know,

I love doing these collaborations and I'm not an expert in anything,

But I love technology and I feel my gift is connecting people through technology and that's all I'm going to say.

And I'm going to turn it over to Melanie.

Hello,

Everyone.

Thank you so much for joining us today.

I'm really excited to have you here.

And I think most of you know that I do mindful cooking and intuitive baking and I'm so happy.

So if you guys have questions,

Please drop them in the chat.

I do have a few questions that have already come in.

And so this is a question that we get asked quite a bit whenever we do ask your guides.

What is one lesson you have learned from being a teacher in SightTimer?

I know that's one that takes a little thought.

Helen?

For me,

It's been very much about listening to those that are sharing directly,

But also indirectly.

So really be in touch with all of the individuals and the collectives very much in the room.

We're in a room and being able to work that appropriately.

I love that.

It's one of the amazing parts because we have the video.

So we've got so in tune.

And that helps me actually personally as well.

But that's very throughout.

Ipak?

Well,

For me,

I would say it showed me like proven to me that we are really of one big parts of oneness.

We are so connected through meditation and environment where connect through meditation.

We literally can heal each other,

Touch each other's lives,

Being a community,

Feeling the community concept here in SightTimer is so powerful.

I think every time I have a live session,

Especially,

I feel like we give each other love,

Literally,

And it is palpable.

So it's so empowering,

So beautiful.

So actually,

We hope for future because we are growing,

We are at 29 subscribers.

It is impacting the energy and vibration,

The frequent planet.

So we need it in every one of our subscribers,

Be with us at our live session,

Meditate,

Connect to other.

It is so powerful impact for us,

For all,

That's what I think.

And that's what I experience every time.

Diana?

Yeah,

I think I would like to mention a few moments here.

I think the most important thing that I've learned being a teacher here on IT is that everyone's experience is different.

And everyone has a background,

The past that influences the present moment,

And all of the experiences are valuable.

And that is just shows the beauty of how different we are.

But at the same time,

Everyone here,

Especially on the platform is looking for growth,

For love and connection that was mentioned previously.

And that's just amazing.

And I would say the third point would be that one person,

One little action,

Something probably that you don't really think about can influence another person in immense ways.

You can help somebody just with a kind word,

Or sharing some piece of advice or just connecting to them in the messages or live events.

So for some people,

It can mean really a lot.

And that's also great to be able to give and to receive here in the platform.

Thank you for that.

Anisha?

Yeah,

So what I learned was we all have something to offer.

So it's not just teachers here,

It's,

You know,

The listeners,

Because they have been on this journey,

And they have had those struggles,

And they have learned very valuable lessons from those struggles.

And,

You know,

Not only struggles,

Their own personality.

So everyone has a gift,

Everyone has something to share.

And we might underestimate,

You know,

What we have to offer,

But it can make a lot of difference into someone else's life that cannot even comprehend.

And other thing is,

Sorry,

That community.

So inside time,

A community is the best,

Like it is filled with like minded people with such compassionate understanding,

And,

You know,

Amazing people.

So it,

It just give us that energy.

And we just give it back in terms of our content.

So it's just,

You know,

Back and forth,

Back and forth.

And yeah,

It's just a whole natural cycle.

So yeah,

That's it.

I just wanted to add to that,

That what I've learned is that you can do hard things,

Because,

You know,

I'm very much an introvert.

I'm a very normally a very shy person.

And this was hard for me.

And I was just telling them beforehand that I still get anxious.

Before we go live,

I was outside trying to ground myself taking a lot of deep breaths.

So,

You know,

I know,

There's a lot of people out there,

Because I've spoken to some of them,

I've invited people,

And they're like,

I'm so shy,

I don't think I could do that.

And I want people to know,

As far as shyness goes,

I think I kind of had the reward for that one.

And the fact that I'm here,

And I can do this,

I just want people to know,

You can do it too.

You know,

There's nothing spectacular about me.

And I don't mean that in a negative way.

I mean,

I like to think I'm spectacular.

But there's nothing that makes me better than you.

So if I can do it,

You can do it too.

So that that's what I want to share with everybody.

Thank you.

And that is so beautiful,

Violet,

Because I don't know if many of you know,

Violet and I met because she stepped out of her comfort zone.

I every month invite strangers to my home to have dinner.

And Violet heard me say that here on one of my lives and insight timer.

And we didn't know each other.

And she didn't know anybody that came.

And,

And I was terrified.

I was terrified,

Because that's not something I normally would do.

But I pushed myself to do it.

I think before I don't want to interrupt you,

But don't forget drift had his arm up.

So go ahead.

Go ahead,

Drift.

I can relate to the,

The anxiety that comes with streaming live.

You know,

That's something that I deal with quite a bit.

And what I found from streaming on this platform is that there's a lot of solidarity and support for the teachers.

And whenever I was having a particularly difficult time,

Everyone just showed up with such strength and support for me.

And so I just really opened my eyes to the power of what this community can do.

And I always just appreciate everyone's kind words.

And I'm so glad that we're sharing this experience together on here.

And I just,

I want to point out that something that Steph wrote in the chat,

Because she said,

Anxiety and fear are different sides of the same coin.

And there's a lot of truth to that as someone who has anxiety and fear.

So thank you for saying that stuff.

I think it really resonates with so many people.

Sorry,

I know I already spoken,

But I have one,

After listening to all of you,

This came to me.

I have been doing live sessions twice a week now for three years almost.

And every time still when the countdown is going on on my screen for a live session start,

I always close my eyes and take a few deep breaths and then,

And then click the button.

And it's so unnerving.

It's still,

Still makes me nervous.

On the other hand,

One other thing that I want to share,

I have been like,

I cried at my live sessions,

I laughed,

I danced.

It's a place where I can be myself without feeling judged by anyone.

And I so relate with what you said,

Violet,

And I say it all the time.

If one person can do something,

Anyone can do too.

So please don't think that something that someone else is doing is not doable,

Not possible for you to create in your lives.

So don't compare yourself with anyone and just go ahead and do what you want to create.

And InsideTimer platform is a beautiful example of it because so many of the teachers started by being the followers and spectators of teachers and now they are.

So you can do anything.

And there's some,

I don't know if you guys are checking out the chat,

Grace,

Who is a teacher,

Does somatic movements right before her lives to help calm down.

Alejandro said he cries in his lives all the time.

I definitely do.

So,

And this question is very much tied in to what we were all talking about.

How do you connect with students when it is just a chat?

And I'm happy to give this a go because I really connect with people in my lives quite a bit.

And I do have a group and I think the group is also very helpful.

But as someone who,

You know,

I'm cooking,

I'm monitoring the chat,

I'm talking,

For me,

It's very conversational,

Even though it's just a chat.

And it does feel more than just a chat from my side.

I do wish I could see people because that would be really spectacular.

But it doesn't feel like just a chat.

It feels like people that I know and love and care about and they're invested as much as I am.

And those people are showing up week after week.

So it's not to me,

It's not just a chat,

It's friends connecting over something that's shared.

So I also want to say thank you to all of the people that come to my lives that are here today because they are so special,

Just as all of ours are.

And I really appreciate each and every one of you.

So if anybody else wants to throw in what they think,

Please,

Aneesha.

So in my,

Like in my own life also with friends and all,

I love connecting,

You know,

With them on chat.

So text is like my,

You know,

Super comfort zone.

And,

And it's not,

It's just a medium.

According to me,

It's just a medium because even when I am like recording meditations or recording a course lesson,

Then,

You know,

I imagine like everyone who is going to be impacted by it who is going to listen.

And yeah,

It just don't feel like I'm just recording in a room alone,

But it feels like,

Okay,

I am directly conveying that to,

You know,

All of these people.

So yeah,

That energy,

That sense of connectedness is there,

Whether it is through,

You know,

Not in person,

Whether it is through technology,

Whether it's through chat or.

.

.

Anyone else want to share?

Drift,

Joshua?

Um,

Yeah,

My experience with the chat when I'm streaming live is,

Yeah,

Maybe a little more used because I'm often creating music and stuff in a way that allows me to chat while I'm streaming.

So I can be very present with everyone.

And I just often find myself laughing out loud at some of the things people say.

There's some really humorous people on this platform that have a community.

And I would say like there,

I noticed like there are a number of people who would come to my lives that would primarily be there for the chatting experience.

And at first I was,

When I first started streaming,

I was a little confused by that,

But then later I just started to recognize like this experience keeps bringing them back into space and they enjoy themselves and they're finding something of value here and they're being respectful and they're sharing intimate things about themselves.

So I started to really see the value in the chat and started to embrace that very quickly after streaming here.

So,

Um,

Chat is very delicate because for me,

Because,

Um,

I tried to keep up with all the comments,

Messages,

And sometimes I miss some of them.

I actually,

Most of the times my husband is also in the live session he watches.

And sometimes he tells me afterwards,

Sometimes he points out,

Hey,

Go back up.

There was a question or afterward,

He tells me you missed two things.

And,

Uh,

And he's,

He's saying this.

Um,

But,

Um,

I,

I have to tell you this,

Uh,

It is really hard while,

Uh,

Going through a session.

It is really hard to also keep an eye on the chat and it sometimes we miss and it's all the time,

Always an intention.

And,

Um,

And sometimes some,

Uh,

Friends,

Uh,

Come back and say,

Hey,

Uh,

I,

I wrote something and you,

You never responded.

I'm so,

So sorry.

I,

I,

So,

Uh,

Please know that,

Um,

If a teacher misses your message,

It's nothing.

It is just,

We are also nervous.

We are doing a live session.

We are trying to give a content to you,

Some information,

Knowledge to you.

On the other hand,

We are keeping an eye on the chat and sometimes we miss some,

We love you all.

Uh,

It's not intentional,

Uh,

But it happens.

And I would say on that note,

I know I tell people in my lives,

If I miss something,

Please write it again,

Because sometimes you guys know the chats are just flying through and you're trying to keep up and do your thing at the same time.

So as EPEX said,

Nothing is intentional.

Just write it again.

So Diana.

Yeah,

Well,

That is interesting with the comments during the live sessions,

Because I don't know really what it depends on.

Uh,

But on some sessions,

I have many questions and a lot of communication between also the listeners in the chat box.

Sometimes there would be just only a few messages and me sharing and speaking,

I would say probably depends just on the overall mood and the space,

Uh,

And the energy that is at this moment.

And you have to speak about connecting to listeners through text messages.

I am not a texter at all,

But of course it's the only way we can connect during the live event.

And I really appreciate,

Uh,

Listeners participating and sharing their experiences.

I always try my best and sincerely to accept everything that is happening,

What person is feeling and sharing and validate that because it is just priceless,

Right?

And on the other hand,

I always share openly my experiences on a topic,

Or if somebody asks,

I truly believe that when we share,

When we open up a lot of people can really relate to some of the points you're mentioning and it provides immense support as well.

I experienced it myself being a participant in life events and also hosting them.

Yeah.

And that's a great way to connect.

And someone was mentioning that they were crying during lives.

Uh,

Yeah,

In the beginning here,

I was overwhelmed in a positive way and I almost teared up.

Oh my God.

I'm really grateful for everything.

Thanks.

Also,

Laurie said,

It's really hard to be a student.

The chat can be overwhelming when trying to focus on the teacher and read the chat at the same time.

I agree,

Laurie,

Sometimes when I'm watching a live,

I actually turn my chat off.

And so I know someone said to me recently,

Hey,

I said,

Hi,

Do you want to live of so-and-so's and you didn't respond.

And that's because I'm turning my chat off because I want to focus on what's going on.

So that's always something that you can do as well.

You,

You're,

You know,

It's your,

Your moment,

You can do as you need and what serves you.

Helen.

Thank you.

Yes.

When I first started,

It was very overwhelming,

The chat.

Um,

But I got into the swing of it and have enjoyed the chat.

I do hear what you say though,

Mel,

Um,

With your last comment and we,

You know,

These certain lives,

They need a little bit more structure than others.

And then at times I will say,

Okay,

We're going to have it now and then I'll come back later.

And then I might carry on and I'll just remind them.

Cause I don't know if they just come into the room,

They might just comment,

But to say,

I see you,

But I'm getting back later.

But that said,

I agree.

I love the chats.

I'm getting,

Um,

Understand text more than I ever have,

Which also a very interesting value experience.

And a lot of times,

Yeah,

I might misunderstand or not quite understand.

And then I'll say,

Just explain,

Or am I getting this right?

Um,

But everybody's been supportive.

Okay.

To explain again,

Or to say to me,

You know,

You missed that,

Or that isn't quite what So-and-so.

So yeah,

I really appreciate the good support and efforts because I really feel that it is that.

It's not a student.

It is a group.

So these two questions are related.

Grace,

Who is a teacher here on Insight Timer wrote,

Do you watch your replays?

And Victoria wrote,

If the teachers have missed a couple of questions after watching the replay and reading the chat afterwards,

Do you respond back to that specific person on a DM or even inside of your group circle?

So I'm going to just say,

I don't watch replays,

Um,

Because I'm a person.

It's the same reason why I don't always love posting videos.

I'm not an editor and I don't want to edit things.

And what you see is what you get.

And that's what it is in the moment.

And if you've watched one of my lives,

You know,

That's going to be a hundred percent true.

So,

Um,

I don't watch lives and my replays,

But,

And so therefore I can't see what people have written and I've missed,

But also people do write to me sometimes in my group and will ask a question if I've missed it.

And of course I know I speak for myself here,

But anybody could always reach out and ask.

My hand is not working.

I'm sorry.

Go Violet.

Oh,

Okay.

I was going to say,

No,

No,

You're fine.

I just,

I was,

You know,

The,

The zoom is supposed to automatically raise your hand and mine's not working.

And I've lost track of what we were talking about,

But no,

I was going to say that,

That sometimes when I go to other lives,

I don't want to watch the chat because I want to focus on what the person is doing.

However,

When people recognize us as teachers and they say,

Hello,

I don't want to miss that either.

So I struggle with both with,

You know,

I want to acknowledge people,

But it's somebody else's live too.

So I don't want to take up too much of their time.

And I do watch my replays occasionally,

Not often only because I want to make sure,

You know,

Again,

I'm a tech person that my tech is working,

That my sound is good.

And obviously with ask your guides,

I am now recording these sessions and I edit them and I upload the tracks to insight timer.

So I have been spending a lot of time watching the replays.

And as anybody who's ever done any video editing knows it's over and over and over because you're constantly taking something out,

Fixing something.

And for me,

It's nice because I miss a lot of things,

You know,

While we're here right now,

I'm looking to make sure everything's working.

So I might miss some of what the teachers are saying.

And when I watch it the second time,

I get a lot out of it.

So I love that,

But that's,

You know,

That's a different perspective.

That's from a more technical point of view during my own lives.

I think I pretty much stay on top of the chat.

I've not missed people's questions yet that I know of,

But I do tell people that if I miss anything,

They could always message me directly.

And I do tell people all the time,

Message me directly.

And a lot of you don't take me up on it.

I don't think that you believe us teachers.

When we say that I respond to every message,

Nobody has ever messaged me and not gotten a reply.

And usually within a day,

Sometimes quicker.

Again,

That's me and my tech side.

You know,

I've always got some kind of device on me.

So if I see a message,

I reply fairly quickly.

And thank you.

Thank you for putting up with me while my little hand wasn't working there,

Ipek.

Ipek,

I said it wrong again.

It's okay.

No problem.

So for me,

I want to go back to what Helen said.

And she said,

Like,

It's good to set some ground rules.

Mentioned that I will not,

Maybe I will not be able to check the chat,

The session meditation,

And I will come back.

My problem with that is that throughout the session,

So many have been late.

So I say it at the beginning and more than half of the attendees miss it.

So then they continue writing on the chat,

They continue asking.

So it is a little bit tough to set boundaries or set ground rules throughout the sessions.

But of course,

If I to do that or say it time and time again,

Time and time throughout many sessions,

I believe it's a good practice to say that if I cannot notice your posts or chat or your question,

Do it again.

On the other hand,

There was one more thing we were talking about now I forgot.

What was it?

What was it that Violet?

Was it about replying to messages or the replays?

No,

No,

No.

Watching,

Watching replays.

Unfortunately,

I don't watch them again.

And I agree with Violet.

If you have a question,

You ask the question teacher and please try to send a direct message,

Reach out to them some other way.

For example,

I encourage my friends to go to my circle of bliss.

I have a group and ask it there.

Because most of the time,

The quotes or the prayers are the main things that I share during my session.

I also go and post them bliss group.

So that is another way of getting through your teachers and have them answer any other comments,

Thoughts.

I think also it was really interesting.

I don't know if you all saw the chat about some of the comments people said,

Because one of the things that a couple people said was,

If people are coming in late,

They shouldn't ask what you're doing.

And I mean,

I get that 100%.

Because as someone who's cooking,

Everyone's like,

What are we doing,

Even though I do write it in the beginning.

And so I think that's a very valid point for many teachers,

Because it is a lot of interruption,

And it can be hard to keep track of everything.

But I think at the end,

We all know this,

Every single one of us,

Teacher,

Student,

Whatever you want to call us,

We're doing the best that we can.

And there's not any ill will or harm coming from anyone.

Hey,

I missed it.

Sorry.

I'm doing the best I can.

So I know that I appreciate everyone's patience with me when I'm on my lives.

Okay,

This is a great,

Great question.

Do you listen to tracks and lives on it?

And if so,

What is your favorite thing to listen to outside of your genre?

Violet,

I love all the ambient tracks.

They help me sleep,

They help me relax.

And in the morning,

And that's,

You know,

A lot of them that I love were by Drift.

In the morning,

I have morning meditations that I listen to.

And a lot of them are by,

Oh,

Gosh,

I'm trying to think there's so many people.

I have a huge playlist of morning meditations.

You can find that in my teacher's profile,

Because I couldn't even begin to name all the teachers who are in there.

But some of them are prayers.

Some of them are just motivational,

You know,

There's,

There's something that appeals to everybody on Inside Timer,

Which is what I love.

I grew up Catholic,

So I still have that upbringing in me.

And I do love those morning prayers.

I admit I don't pray anymore or go to church,

But I do love to listen to the prayers.

So they,

They just helped me start my day out really nice.

That was a great question.

I know for me,

I listen to all things music,

Because I love music so much.

And I really resonate with sound baths.

So and that's Drift,

Why I love you,

Because I would always listen to you and fall asleep.

And I know that you don't live too far from me.

So it was always perfect timing.

Anisha.

Okay,

So on the context of falling asleep.

Yeah,

I have been listening to IPEX meditations,

Which have been like magical for me.

It's like she just,

You know,

Did this magic wand and I'm like,

My body just melt away.

So there is that.

And I also listen,

Thank you.

I also listen to you know,

Stories.

So no matter whether it is for children for adults,

I just like to get you know,

Immerse myself into a different world and yeah,

Enjoy it.

Apart from that ambient music,

Especially like when I am jotting down ideas or scripting something so like that.

And yeah,

I especially like to attend lives related to like,

You know,

Tarot card and all that.

So I find it like very interesting.

And I love it like,

You know,

Experiencing it live.

So Helen,

Thank you.

Yes,

The Yoga Nidra does wonders for me.

Sleep time in the middle of the day as well.

So there's a gentleman,

David Akuna,

And then also the ambient music,

Melanie,

Your water chimes,

That was for me that I listened to.

And I went last night again and just that type of sound works really well in my body,

The chimes.

So I go,

There's another lady as well at a flautist timer that I really enjoyed listening.

Yes,

There we are.

Been listening to her.

So yeah,

There are some songs for me.

Sorry,

I haven't figured out the hand thing on the phone.

There's not like a button.

So I'll just keep organically throwing the head up.

So yeah,

I would say that I don't really get out of my genre so much on Insight Timer.

I mostly listen to music.

But occasionally,

I'll go into the live sessions for whoever happens to sing in that moment,

Just to expose myself to more things.

And I really like coming across people who incorporate like dance into their live streams.

I think Jude is one of the people I've seen do that in the past.

I wish she could have been here.

I really like Jude a lot.

So yeah,

I would but otherwise,

I'm and I'm glad to hear so many people mentioned that you'd like to listen to the ambient music.

I'm much the same.

And I feel like there's a wealth of really amazing artists.

Well,

I would say the main focus on most of my meditations is mind body connection from various aspects of it.

And for the big part,

I would say it is embodying.

And if to speak about what I love to listen to outside of my main focus is,

Well,

For maybe two and a half years,

Every single night,

I was discovering various yoga nidra or body scan meditations,

Which really helped me and improved the quality of my sleep and my mind body connection personally.

And lately,

To my surprise,

It's been on and off on and off.

I'm listening to affirmation meditations.

And my favorite,

I can say teacher from here is Kenneth Suarez,

If any of you guys have heard of him.

Yeah,

I really enjoy the experience during the meditation and how it helps me to,

To grow and expand as well.

So,

Um,

There are so many of these teachers on inside timer that I adore,

But I find myself most going back some music,

For example,

Pierre from a Keri Grossman love also,

Uh,

Andy hops,

Another teacher that listening to session music.

Uh,

And I love,

Uh,

These days I spend something that I go back.

So for me,

I do meditate inside time.

Did you want to add something or that's okay.

I'm just checking.

I think those are all amazing.

And I love that people are writing in the chat,

Their favorites.

And I think if you guys have favorites,

Teachers or not,

Please put them in the chat because it's a great way for all of us to be exposed to people that we might not see.

You know,

I just wrote,

You know,

The wakes are now overseas.

So for someone like me,

They,

They are on at 11 PM and I'm never asleep,

But I'm always trying.

So it's a great way now for me to hear them at other times.

So if you have favorites,

Please pop them into the chat.

So a question came in specifically for drift,

But I really would love it.

If all of us would answer this question,

The question is,

And it might look differently for you drift than the rest of us,

But how do you,

What's your process of how you create your soundtracks?

So I think the question is for all of us,

What's the process,

Whether it's your live or your track and how are you going into it and what are your thoughts?

Do you want to go ahead?

Yeah,

Great question.

I have a kind of an unorthodox,

Excuse me,

Way of,

Of making music where I use biofeedback devices,

Like I have a muse EEG headband,

And I also have a device called plant wave,

Which you can attach to plants or humans,

But essentially you're just getting bio data from whatever you're connecting these things to,

And you're able to process that data through musical software.

I use Ableton live to do that.

And so essentially you have this wave,

If I'm monitoring my brainwave,

Like my alpha brainwave,

This data coming into the software,

And then I can shape instruments,

Virtual instruments inside the software for that wave to play.

So if I'm meditating,

My alpha brainwave will naturally rise.

And as I relax,

And then you can hear the notes get higher that are being played.

If I get a little stressed out,

They'll start to drop in tone and be lower notes.

And so I can kind of shape this information,

Pick a scale that's pleasant to my ear and compose music this way.

And so basically what I'll do is dial in the sounds that I want and have them react in the way that I want.

And then once I get it all dialed in,

I'll push record.

And often I will just meditate throughout the entire session and just record what that sound was,

Or other times I'll try to get more performative and I'll do funny things like think about work,

Just to stress myself out for a few seconds and get a different sound,

Because maybe I've been producing too many high notes and I want to mix it up a little bit.

So I have to change my mindset and compose in a way and perform in a way when I'm recording to get more dynamics in the sound or something like that.

And then I'll go back in.

Once I've recorded it,

I may add a few little nuances and master it and then upload it to Insight Timer.

Always so interesting to hear about other people.

Anyone else want to share?

Diana?

Right,

So here are two moments.

If we speak about live events,

When I decide to host them first,

It is something that deeply resonates with me at this moment,

Something that is relevant to me and I'm connected to right now.

It's not only about sharing the knowledge or a sort of expertise that I have,

But something that I want to talk about and share with the community.

And if I talk about creating tracks and meditations,

I would say what works best for me is if I learn something myself or discover maybe through the IT meditations or from my personal experience and I get a deep experience inside of me of it,

Maybe something that helped me resolve my,

Let's say,

Problem or reach a goal.

And it fills me and helps me change my state so much that I just cannot keep silent and I have and I want to share it with the rest of the community.

That is when I get the inspiration and I create something new.

This is how most of my tracks,

I would say all of them,

Come out live.

Thank you.

Ipak.

So,

To me,

Music is very important.

Anyone coming to my live sessions knows that I always have good frequency for 400 hertz music because I believe that the right frequency music amplifies the power of the meditation,

Especially when you are doing a group meditation with 100 people all over the world.

It is so much more impactful.

And that's what I do during my live sessions.

I just use my phone.

I play those frequent musics on the phone and put it right next to my microphone so that listeners hear it.

But for my tracks,

There are platforms that I subscribed by music to add meditation talks,

Courses.

So,

That's how I,

In terms of technicality,

I use Audacity tool,

Put together voice.

Thank you.

Helen.

I love the process and especially being here and in time,

I'm so collaborative.

First,

Getting the in from at lives and it's gotten to the point now where some are actually asking me,

Won't you make some that,

Won't you make a track on that,

Which I rejoy.

And it's not just about the request,

But it's about,

Again,

Going back to what we were talking about earlier,

The chat.

And that's why I find it so valuable because that in now in creation of an appropriate track to be birthed,

Then I go back and I walk out in with that and I contemplate and I be with that.

Then when the time is right,

It's not about diarizing,

But being present,

Because sometimes I have diarized and I get to that time and you realize,

Nah,

I can't do it.

Being in that flow,

Very.

And then on the other side of collaborating,

Other musicians or artists here on IT as well,

Which I'm loving.

Past few tracks of mine have had me again,

Sitting with their creative expression and then what's come my side and blending the two.

It's a beautiful experience to go through and it's really a privilege to be in both.

So thank you,

Helen.

Anisha.

So what Helen said,

I have only done two lives until now.

I just started doing them,

Which I'm loving.

So what I do is that in my previous life,

In my first life,

I got certain suggestions.

I asked people like,

What do you want?

What do you need right now?

And they mentioned certain topics and whatever topic comes in my expertise,

Whatever topic I think resonates with me,

I make the next live on that topic.

So that is in terms of life,

In terms of guided meditation and how I started on inside timers.

So I basically,

When I like guide a meditation,

I just kind of guide myself through that meditation.

So like I have a track on cold.

So we're dealing with cold and flu and all.

So I recorded that while I was having cold so that the experience could be as authentic.

And I know that I have that sense that,

Okay,

What might be coming up for the other person right now and helping them go through that.

So yeah,

My guided meditations are more like that.

Whereas my courses are,

So I get like ideas for my courses.

So like I decide that I will make a course and then I get ideas in the most like,

You know,

Weird places or something like that.

So I get my most of the ideas in shower because I'm like so relaxed at that time.

So like ideas keep on bombarding me.

So I have to like,

After I get out of the shower,

I have to write them down so I don't forget.

And another time that ideas come to me is when I'm going to sleep.

So there are so many ideas at certain times that I'm not able to sleep.

That I have to like use the people's meditation at times to like,

Okay,

Mind,

You know,

You can shut down.

I want to like unwind now.

And the third place that ideas comes to me is that when I do like,

You know,

Household chores,

Like simple household chores,

Like,

You know,

Washing utensils or,

You know,

Drying clothes and all that stuff.

So ideas come to me at that time.

So yeah,

Whenever an idea come,

I just write it down.

And it's not just if I have an idea,

I just start,

You know,

Writing down my course.

It's just I write the idea,

Then I let it hang in my,

You know,

Head that my lesson is going to be like this.

And then I go around with my day.

And then something else comes,

Okay,

I can add this and I can add this.

So yeah,

This way I like create my courses.

Thank you.

Yeah,

And I would love to address it.

I mean,

I because I do mostly mindful cooking.

For me,

I really,

I'm someone who thinks a lot.

And I really try to tap into everyone's energy.

But because we have to plan it in advance,

It can for me make it a little bit like I'm not tapping in so much in the moment.

But I really do give a lot of thought to all that I hear because a lot of people give me feedback.

And I always use things for inspiration.

And I think many people know that I was actually in a live recently,

Where the teacher talked about people who have cancer usually hold on to bitterness and anger.

And I have cancer.

And so I was like,

I respectfully disagree,

Because I'm actually someone who does not.

And that inspired me to schedule lives for people with chronic illness and cancer.

Because I was like,

Hey,

This person has 200 people in their life hearing this,

How are they feeling?

If they have a chronic illness or cancer,

I want to be the counterbalance to that.

So for me,

Also,

That was a huge sense of inspiration and Violet was worried that I was angry about that experience.

And I wasn't,

Because I really do use those moments for learning for myself.

And obviously,

I want to always help other people learn.

Okay,

So we're going to wrap it up,

Because it's almost one.

So I'm going to ask one question that came in from Craig.

And if you can answer it,

And then also,

After you've answered this question,

If you want to,

Please just tell everyone what you want them to know about you,

You know,

Any lives you have coming up,

Tracks,

Courses you'd like them to listen to,

Whatever it is that you want to share,

Because you all have so many brilliant gifts.

So Craig's question was,

What things from your lives give you the most satisfaction?

And if you want to answer that,

Go for it.

And please feel free to share whatever you would like,

Helen.

Thank you.

Out of that,

Either sharing something Meridian based and reworking,

Often very much body isn't,

But it then diverts to benefit emotion.

And somebody said,

You know,

I entered with pain,

And now it's moved,

Or whatever it might be,

I have been able to sleep properly for so many years.

And now after attending this theme live,

And of course,

As well,

I'm that type of feedback.

And I just had that this afternoon with the slow stretch.

And Stella said so much that goal for me to know that this is working,

It's helping,

You know,

That is why I'm here and why I'm here.

And that just makes my heart sing.

So thank you to everybody that does do that.

Because that is,

Yeah,

That's,

That's why I'm here.

And on that note,

I have a lot of material,

A lot of it is all of it,

Also do archetypal psychology,

Holistic health courses.

So just,

You know,

If you go on to type,

The list of something that's relevant to you,

But they're all very hands on that you can start applying and using it or body,

Mind,

I'd love you join to act.

Thank you so much,

Helen.

Ipek.

Well,

How interesting that you chose the last question from my husband.

But actually,

He knows the answer of it.

Because he knows how I,

How I react after every live session,

How joyful and how filled with energy I am.

Because I think or no,

I don't think I know that everyone showing up in a session,

He just has energy and it's contagious.

Like the more people come together,

The higher the energy gets.

I feel so elated,

So,

So happy,

So fulfilled,

So,

So beautiful.

It's every,

Every moment of a live session,

I think is,

Is an opportunity to give love and compassion.

And my sessions are getting longer and longer,

Because it's hard to let it go,

Really.

So it's,

It's,

It's giving and receiving.

I'm receiving the energy that everyone's showing up to.

And sometimes after sessions,

I get overwhelmed by the emotion.

And I cry sometimes,

But those are not tears of sorrow.

They are tears of joy and happiness,

Feeling like I think I,

I made a difference those lives through this one and a half hour or one hour time frame that spent.

So it's so,

It's so like,

I don't have words to describe.

On the other hand,

What is coming up,

What I have to offer our audience is that I have another,

I have a live session tomorrow at 1pm Eastern Time,

Inside Time.

And the topic is August Sturgeon Full Moon Celebration,

Because Monday is,

So I like to celebrate the day before the day after the following session,

Whatever full moon or new event.

So we will celebrate that tomorrow.

And on the other hand,

On Wednesday,

My second day,

Where it's on Wednesdays at 6.

30am.

And this Wednesday's topic is Kaizen,

Kaizen magic,

10 simple steps to transform your life.

That,

That concept.

Also,

I have just submitted three meditations,

Actually two meditations,

One talk,

Two of them are for the premium tracks,

And the talk is track.

So they are coming up to keep an eye if you follow me,

We'll get in.

It was lovely here with all of you so much.

Thank you,

Diana.

All right,

Thanks.

Well,

What brings me most satisfaction if to speak about life in general,

And the inside time or community,

It is deep and meaningful connection,

Of course,

With the people and communication in whatever form it may be.

So sharing from my side and also getting positive feedback from the listeners listening to their experiences is very fulfilling.

On the other hand,

I am kind of balanced between introvert and extrovert.

And I need quite a lot of time in solitude just by myself,

Perfect,

If it would be in nature to just recharge my batteries and come back to meeting amazing people.

And what I want all of you guys to know probably about myself is just,

I'm always happy to connect and I'm open for communication.

So you guys may come with your questions or sharing experiences,

I will be very happy to respond to you.

And maybe we can even work on private sessions as I am a coach as well.

And here on the platform,

If you want guys to know more about me,

I welcome you and invite you to check the MindBodyConnection course,

My profile,

I really love it myself and I practice it maybe every six months because it gives me a lot more insights and it strengthens my connection to myself.

So it is something probably that some of you would like to start with as well.

Thanks.

Thank you.

Aneesha?

So what gives me satisfaction in life is like being in nature.

So being with my plants and just observing them and yeah,

Observing nature and,

You know,

Watching vlogs of people who are living in nature,

Like,

You know,

In the countryside and all that,

Because I love that life and someday I would want to live that.

And on that note,

I'm hoping that,

You know,

Doing this because recently I have like quit my main job and I have shifted to like full time being on IT,

Inside timers.

So yeah,

It gives me flexibility,

It gives me that balance,

You know,

Where I can work and work is also not work because like I love doing it,

I'm able to express myself and all those things.

And yeah,

And do life,

Like just be and enjoy and do stuff that is not productive.

So yeah,

So it enables me to do that.

And on IT,

When people like leave reviews as to how the tools I'm sharing is helping them or how it has made difference or how they felt,

Just they felt good,

You know,

After meditating.

So yeah,

All that training,

All that is just heartwarming.

And yeah,

And on lives also like I have recently started doing it and it is outside of my comfort zone.

So yeah,

Once I'm done with a live,

I feel like so proud of myself and also so happy because it's not that scary.

Like initially,

You know,

Five minutes I'm anxious,

But then I go with the flow and the interaction is just,

You know,

A different energy.

So yeah,

All these things bring me satisfaction about what is coming up.

So I have a lot of things planned in the upcoming months.

First is I'm going to do a live challenge.

So 21 day challenge of,

You know,

Mindfulness meditation so that everyone can develop this habit of mindfulness because I know that it will benefit them.

So whoever resonates can join in.

And it would start in September,

1st of September.

And apart from that,

I'm going to release a lot of tracks related to emotion regulation techniques,

Because over the years I've explored many,

I just want to share them with you all.

And towards the end of this year,

I would like share many tracks on affirmations related to like targeting specific limiting beliefs.

And I have six courses.

So you guys can check them out.

Three are on like limiting beliefs and negative,

You know,

Thought patterns and all that.

And three are related to mindfulness,

Because I'm doing a like a series of 11 courses.

So 11 mindfulness attitudes,

So each course on that.

So how like people can learn how they can incorporate each attitude into their life.

So yeah,

If you like resonated with whatever I said,

Or the content,

Then I would love to have you all join.

And thank you so much,

Violet and Melanie.

Thank you for having me.

Drift,

Do you want to add anything?

Yeah,

I would say the thing that brings me the most joy or satisfaction is definitely my connection with my daughter right now.

She's about to turn three years old.

And so whenever she's feeling her best,

And I'm feeling my best,

And we have a really fantastic moment together,

With my wife included,

That that's just like a level of joy I've never had.

So inside of the Insight Timer experience,

I would connect it to just the things people share with me,

Especially in the reviews for my tracks.

There's always just such kind words there that I just feel uplifted by and help to inspire me.

And yeah,

I hope to be doing more lives again soon.

You know,

I'm sure those of you who had a toddler before understand the limitations of your time and in that respect.

So I think as we find more balance as she ages,

I should be able to dedicate more time to this platform again,

Which is something I'm looking forward to.

But I do have a new soundscape and audiovisual biofeedback experience that I want to share live soon.

And I want to upload some new tracks as well.

So yeah,

You may be hearing from me very soon with some new updated material here on Insight Timer.

And I want to thank you both,

Melanie and Violet,

For this invitation.

For those of you that joined us and added the questions,

And for the other teachers on this panel,

This has been a great experience.

And I feel very,

Very honored to be here.

Thank you so much.

And I'm going to have a live tomorrow on the exact same topic as EPEC,

Celebrating the full sturgeon moon,

But I'm going to be cooking.

And I'm going to be making a watermelon gazpacho and a shaved fennel and orange salad to celebrate the lightness of the moon is an aquarius.

So I hope that you guys can join.

It's 9am Eastern time.

And what I obviously get the most out of lives is connecting.

And so again,

Thank you to all of you that are here.

Teachers,

I appreciate you.

I love you.

Violet,

Passing it on to you.

So for me,

What brings me joy is these comments I keep getting from people that they're now following teachers they never heard of before.

That makes me so happy because I've been a user of Insight Timer for six years now.

And I met so many amazing teachers on the platform and being able to sit up here and be part of this with them brings me a lot of joy.

And meeting new teachers brings me a lot of joy.

You know,

Anisha is new to me.

Diana is new to me.

I've gotten to know Helen.

I knew EPEC,

I knew Drift,

But you know,

All these other people that I'm meeting,

You know,

I'm following people that I never had heard of before.

I'm,

You know,

Learning modalities I'd never heard of.

I had an amazing conversation yesterday with a teacher who's going to be on a future live.

I know a lot of you know him.

He goes by Meditation Space Online.

His name is Kevin.

I knew nothing about Kevin.

We were having a brief chat that turned into two hours.

It was mind blowing to me.

Because again,

I'm not a chatty person.

So if you have me engaged for two hours,

Something incredible is happening.

And that's how I feel about these teachers that I have met here.

You know,

They come on here.

Sometimes I know them,

Sometimes I don't.

And even the ones I know,

I get to know a side of you that I didn't know before.

And that brings me a lot of joy.

And now I'm getting teary.

So thank you.

And you know,

We were talking about being emotional.

There's my moment.

I'm normally not a crier because I tend to keep that to myself.

But I was on Alejandro's live today.

And wow,

Did he bring out a lot of emotion.

He's amazing.

If he's still here,

I've already asked him to come on.

But what I do want to say,

And now,

You know,

Because once I start crying,

I can't stop.

So excuse me.

What I do want to say is keep sending those teachers my way.

My website is so easy to find.

Violet108.

Com.

I respond to everybody.

I keep scheduling these.

I'm adding as many as we can.

Melanie had to slow me down because I was like,

Let's do one every week.

And you know,

I have a full-time job.

This is something I do for the love of it.

So it's not,

You know,

It's not always easy to squeeze in the amount of time that it takes.

But I love it.

And I will keep doing it so long as you keep coming back.

And that's,

You know,

That's what I'm doing.

And thank you for being so supportive in your beautiful messages and your beautiful comments.

It makes those hours that I'm up till 2 a.

M.

Editing videos totally worth it for me.

So thank you all for being here.

Thank you,

Everyone.

And Alejandro,

There he is.

Thank you for bringing me to tears today because for me to do that publicly takes a lot.

So thank you.

And it's okay to feel those emotions.

I've learned that on Insight Timer.

Thank you,

Everybody.

We are going to say goodbye.

It's always hard for me to end these lives because they're so beautiful.

So I'm going to say goodbye and I'm going to end the live.

Bye-bye.
