As we have many ideas of meditation,

We are using thoughts as a tool of meditation in this series.

Because if any thought can disturb us and another thought can make us joyful and realize the truth.

Make yourself comfortable.

Sit or lie down.

Take your time to settle.

As you know,

This is not a practice of concentration.

So in between,

If you feel to move or adjust something,

This is completely okay.

This is more like Jnana Yoga meditation,

Intellectual meditation.

Now mentally scan your body,

Head to toes.

Be aware of your breath.

Allow the breath to go,

Flow its own way.

You as an awareness,

Simply witnessing it.

The way you are fishing or the way you are waiting someone.

Now pay attention to the sounds around you.

Maybe if you are in the room,

Any instrument of your house,

From the house,

Or some sounds from outside.

Shift your attention from one sound to another.

Now go through this thought.

That sound is an object of my awareness,

But I am not that sound.

That sound is an object of my awareness,

But I am not that sound.

Now pay attention to the nose.

Try to sense some smell of incense,

Anything that you can feel,

Perfume.

The smell is an object of my awareness,

But I am not the smell.

This way,

The sensation of touch is an object of my awareness,

But I am not that touch,

Sense of touch.

Sense of taste is an object of my awareness,

But I am not the sense of taste.

Because I am able to see all these things,

I am able to feel all these things as an object.

So I am not that object.

Now I can see my entire body,

I can feel my entire body.

So I am start deleting the identification of the body from the me,

The real me,

From the awareness.

Starting from the toes,

I am not my toes.

I am not my feet.

I am not my ankles.

I am not my calf muscles.

I am not my knees.

I am not my thighs.

I am not my hip joints and buttocks.

I am not my pelvic area.

I am not my lower back,

Middle back and upper back.

I am not my abdomen.

I am not my chest.

I am not my shoulders.

I am not my arms.

I am not my knees.

I am not my neck.

I am not my face.

I am not my head.

Totally,

I am not only my body.

I have a body,

But I am not my body.

I can also see the breath.

I am not this breath,

Or I am not only this breath.

I can see the thoughts,

And emotions which are flowing,

Appearing and disappearing in my mind.

So,

I am not only this mind.

I am not only these thoughts.

This body has lots of identification as a father,

Mother,

Brother,

Sister,

Husband,

Wife,

Both.

This colleagues,

Good person,

Bad person.

I am none of this self-image.

I am not my self-image,

Because it has been constructed,

Or uploaded to my awareness,

Over a period of time.

I am not my self-image.

I am not my good habit or bad habit.

I am not my good action or bad action.

I am not my nationality.

I am not my knowledge or language.

I am not my position.

Erase all the identification of the body.

These all are the identification of the body and mind.

I am not my pride.

I am not my car or social status.

Then where is me?

Where is me?

This question is not for an answer.

This question will create a space within you.

Or this question will show a space within you.

Where is me?

Or who am I?

Where is me?

Where is me?

Where is me?

And this question is creating a space,

Showing a space.

It's not creating.

You can see the space within you.

There is nothing as you there.

The way we peel off the onion,

At the end there is nothing.

Where is me?

That nothingness is around you.

That space you have seen around you.

Or you can feel around you.

That space.

An empty space with awareness.

A space with awareness.

Our mind and body.

Your mind and body is inside of that grace.

Your mind and body is inside of that space.

Each and every cell of the body has the same space.

Whatever we see around us as a nature,

It's nothing but the curved,

A modified version of the space.

Where is me?

Or who am I?

Am I inside or outside?

Am I inside or outside?

If I am the space,

I am neither inside nor outside.

I am everywhere.

If I am identifying myself as the space with awareness,

I am everywhere.

Each and every corner of this universe is filled with this space.

Now,

Let's play with the mind.

Imagine your body is melted into the light.

Whatever is born,

Has to be die.

But we are taking it gently.

You are melting your whole body and mind into the light.

Imagine your body and mind is melting into the moonlight.

Or sunlight.

But still,

That I-ness,

That awareness of I is remaining.

So,

Just imagine you are traveling out from the body through the top of your head.

You are staying outside of the body.

What do you see there?

There is nothing.

You are not any visuals.

You are not the feeling.

You are an awareness.

When you be aware of the space above your head,

What you feel is a space.

This space doesn't have gender.

This space will always accept you,

Any of your action,

Any sign,

Sin.

This space cannot destroy or create.

It can transform one to another.

Stay in that space.

Untouched.

Free.

Now,

Feel.

You are sending this space or sending the peace to the body.

Now your body is becoming a channel of healing vibration.

A channel of healing vibration.

And that peace is channelizing to the head.

And it's spreading slowly to the entire brain and to the face.

Peace.

If you come back to the body,

Go up again to that space.

From there,

Feel that you are sending or that space,

Peaceful,

Calmness,

Flowing through each and every cell of the body.

Let that space and peace flow through your heart.

Spread to the whole body.

Let your body be a channel of peace.

A channel of healing energy.

Continue this until you feel the whole body with a peaceful vibration.

For that,

You don't have to do anything.

You just remain in that space.

Your breathing pattern will change.

You can enjoy your breathing also.

When you stay outside,

Breath is the only bridge you have between the body and your awareness.

Thankfully and gratefully,

Enjoy your breathing.

I am the space with awareness.

In this space,

We can connect with everyone and everything in this universe.

This space is not pleasure.

This space doesn't have any emotional content.

It's pure awareness.

Nargunatham.

There is no quality.

This emptiness we have experienced many times in our life,

Especially when we are in a sad state.

This is what Bible says,

Those who are heartbroken,

God is near you.

This space with awareness is your home.

You are forgiven here.

You are accepted here.

You are healed here.

Now,

Slowly coming back to the body.

Some of you might feel to stay longer there,

But for the time being,

Come back.

Because during the day with action,

In any moment,

You can have this space within you,

Because it's always with you.

This space is always with you.

This grace is always with you,

Whether you consider yourself as a good person or bad person,

Poor or rich,

Brilliant or average person,

Doesn't matter.

This space is same with everyone and everywhere.

Slowly,

The way you travel out,

Slowly come back through the head.

Feel the top of the head.

You might feel some sensation on the crown area.

It's not.

If you don't feel,

It's also not.

No problem.

Come to the head.

You might feel some heaviness.

Start feeling some heaviness.

When you come back to the body,

You might feel some heaviness.

Come back to the head.

Feel that space.

To the face.

Aware of the face.

Neck.

Shoulders.

Arms.

Chest.

Your whole back muscles.

Abs.

Hipjoint.

Pelvic area.

Thighs.

Knees.

Calf muscle.

Ankle.

And feet.

Come back to the body completely.

Your mind may not like this feeling now.

Not through the head.

Through your heart.

Scan your aura.

Through your heart,

You're going out.

Scan your aura,

Which means move your awareness a few inches away from the physical body.

Move your awareness.

Scan your body,

Not the physical body.

Move your awareness through a few inches away from the physical body.

And remember,

My body is inside of this space.

Connect your mind with breath.

The way you are diving or flying.

Just keep one thread with you,

So you can come back.

That thread is nothing but your breath.

By paying attention,

By holding the breath,

You once again just feel that you're staying outside of the body.

Now,

You can see your breath is longer now.

Longer.

Take your time.

As a first practice,

It is better to stay back to the body,

Come back to the previous experience.

If you practice more and more,

You will be able to stay outside whenever you want,

Safely.

So feel grateful in your heart.

Feel grateful to the Guru Parambara,

The tradition,

The source of knowledge,

The knowledge which is passed through the lineages and masters.

Feel grateful the very breath that you take.

Feel grateful to the Sun and Moon.

Feel grateful to the Earth.

Feel grateful and thankful to everything that you have around you.

May the whole universe attain peaceful and harmonious.

Peace and Harmony.

As an awareness,

We are one.

This is what we call real love.

That we can feel to anything or anybody or everybody without any conflict.

This is the real meaning of love.
