Mindfulness - The Breathing Space
This practice is designed with the intention of briefly checking in with your body and the present moment. As a short practice, it has the potential of intentionally fitting tight schedules and serve as a break to a routine. Practicing it three times a day will help you to be aware of any tention and resistance in your body, so you can respect it and give it what it needs, tailoring your day and workload accordingly.
