Take some time to settle into a comfortable position.

Maybe get out any last minute stretches or yawns,

Twists and turns.

And just come to a position where you feel comfortable and settled in your body.

You can be lying down,

You can be sitting up with your back supported,

Legs straight out in front of you.

Or you can be seated with your legs crossed,

Propped up on pillows,

However you feel most comfortable and supported.

And as you begin to settle into this position,

Just take some time to gently sink into your bones.

Feel the support of the earth beneath you.

Let it hold you.

Become aware of your body in space and just gently notice any sounds in the room around you,

Any smells,

Any sensations in your body.

Just gently notice them without judgment.

Notice any thoughts.

Notice how you may be feeling in this very moment.

Just notice everything gently without judgment.

Draw your awareness.

Now to the breath.

Notice the breath and how it feels inside your body.

The natural rhythmic pace of your breathing as the air flows in through your nostrils,

Down into the belly and back up and out again,

Exhaling,

Releasing that which you do not need.

Feel the cool pull of the inhale up through the nostrils into the back of the throat,

Down through the spinal column and into the back of the throat and then back up again,

Releasing that which you do not need.

And to the back of the throat,

Down through the spinal column and into the belly again.

When you exhale,

Draw that breath back out the same way and feel the warmth as it leaves your body,

Knowing that with every inhale,

You are nourishing yourself and with every exhale,

You are releasing.

Just notice how that feels in your body and focus on that for a few moments.

Notice if you would like to move or fidget,

That's okay.

If you're feeling tired,

Anxious,

Whatever you're feeling in this moment is okay.

Just notice it without judgment as you focus on the breath.

And as you focus gently on the inhales and exhales,

Begin to bring your awareness to the top of your head and feel the relaxation sweep over you with every nourishing inhale and releasing exhale from the top of your head to your forehead,

To your eyebrows,

To your cheekbones,

To your chest,

To your forehead,

To your cheekbones,

To your jaw,

To your mouth,

Teeth and tongue,

Down the neck,

Relax the shoulders,

The collarbone,

Your arms,

Your torso,

Your hands,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

Feet and toes,

Letting the breath wash over you in complete relaxation.

And now from the toes to the ankles,

To the calves,

Knees,

Thighs,

Hips,

Torso,

Hands,

Arms,

Collarbone,

Shoulders,

Neck,

Mouth,

Teeth,

Tongue and jaw,

Cheekbones,

And feel your eyelids as they become heavy and relaxed.

Release the furrowing in your brow,

If any,

And back up to the crown top of your head,

Feel a deep relaxation,

Nourishing yourself on every inhale,

Relaxing yourself even further and releasing on the exhale.

This is your time to just be,

To just breathe,

To just connect with yourself more deeply,

Aligning every part of you and remembering that you are whole,

That you are supported,

And that you are loved,

And that you are protected,

And that you are a divine and sacred being,

Incarnate,

Here to be your unique,

Authentic self,

A magnetic,

Magnificent and miraculous force.

You are that you are.

As you continue to focus on the breath,

Begin to deepen the inhales and exhales,

Lengthening each inhale as the air sweeps in through the nostrils,

Down the back of the throat through the spinal column and back down to the belly,

And lengthening and deepening every single exhale as it comes back up through the belly in the same direction that it came in,

Going out that same way,

Releasing deeply,

Slowing the breath down.

Take a few moments to slow the breath down to a pace that feels good in your body,

Remembering to draw the breath all the way down into your belly and back up and out again easily.

There's no need to try.

There's no need to do.

Just be and breathe slowly and deeply.

And focus on the slow,

Deep breaths for a few moments on your own.

And as you continue to focus on the slow,

Deep breaths,

Imagine all of your body breathing.

Feel your body in space and feel as though your entire body is breathing.

Feel the connection between all parts of your body,

From your head all the way down to your toes.

In this meditation,

We're just going to focus on the breath and let it wash over the body to connect every part of our holistic being.

We let the breath remind us of our wholeness and recognize ourselves as such.

So continue to breathe in and out deeply,

Nourishing yourself and releasing and surrendering to this moment.

There's nothing for you to fix.

There's nothing for you to hide,

Nothing for you to worry about.

Just be here now and breathe.

Continue to let these deep and gentle,

Nourishing breaths wash over every part of your body,

Like waves coming in and out to shore.

Notice any thoughts that may be arising.

Let them roll in and out of the mind like clouds on a windy day.

Notice how you may be feeling or any emotions that may be coming up.

It's okay.

Just notice them gently without judgment as you focus on the breath.

If at any time your focus and awareness starts to feel like it's shifting,

Just bring it back gently to the sensation of the flow of air in through the nostrils as you exhale into the back of the throat,

Down the spinal column into the belly,

And exhale back up and out again.

Feel every part of your being connected and whole in this very moment as the breath unifies you and reminds you of your wholeness.

Feel yourself breathing,

Feel your body breathing in space.

Continue to breathe and focus on the breath gently for a few more moments quietly on your own,

Just listening and feeling,

Sensing the breath as it flows in and out of the body,

Giving you everything you need in these moments.

You should feel more deeply relaxed now and feel connected.

You may even feel a slight tingling sensation or a different feeling that you're feeling right now.

You may feel a slight tingling sensation or a different feeling in your body physically,

Energetically.

Whatever you're feeling is exactly what you should be feeling in this moment,

And that's okay,

Just let it come.

Let it come.

And when it's ready,

Let it go.

That could be now,

That could be later.

No judgment,

No rushing,

All flow,

No force,

Just like the breath,

Seamlessly,

Flawlessly,

Every inhale coming at exactly the right time to nourish you and every exhale leaving at exactly the right time to release and help you surrender into this moment.

Now gently draw your awareness back to your body and just gently feel as you focus on the breath,

As you focus on the breath and begin to bring the breath back to a normal rhythmic pace,

Almost similar to how it was when you first began,

Only this time it may feel a little bit differently,

A little bit more ease-filled within your body,

Knowing that you've just nourished each and every single cell of your divine and sacred being with every single cleansing breath.

And gently thank yourself for taking this time for yourself,

To nourish yourself,

To nurture yourself,

To restore yourself,

To be renewed.

And as you begin to bring the breath back to a normal rhythmic pace,

Gently thank the breath and thank yourself for being here in this sacred union of breath and body to remind you of your wholeness,

Your connectedness,

Your completeness,

And of the divine love and light that you are.

Gently begin to flutter the eyes open,

Keeping a soft,

Fixed gaze on one point,

Taking a few inhales and sighs to let out anything that may be lingering.

And when you're ready,

You may finish the meditation,

And I'll invite you to drink lots of water and journal anything that may have come up,

And make sure that you're gentle and kind to yourself today and remember your power and remember your wholeness and remember your grace and your beauty and your love.

Namaste.
