Welcome to this meditation recording.

I'm Victoria Gallagher.

Breathing is vital for life.

Breathing is one of the most effective ways to take advantage of your physiological functions for manifestation.

Your brainwaves have more power when they are in harmony with a breathing pattern.

While breathing to the pattern of 4-8-8-4,

Imagine the way you want your life to be and what you want to be doing.

If there are particular things or experiences that you want,

Create an image of yourself having that happen.

Using all your senses,

Your smell,

Your taste,

Touch,

Hearing,

And sight,

Become fully immersed in the visualization when you start this breathing pattern.

Then magnetism becomes unavoidable.

Use this breathing meditation a few minutes each day,

Enough to engage your central nervous system while visualizing your desire to help you amplify the results of your manifestations.

The 4-8-8-4 breathing technique is a type of breathing meditation which consists of inhaling for 4 seconds,

Holding for 8 seconds,

Exhaling for 8 seconds,

And pausing for 4 seconds before taking the next breath.

Counting each breath serves as a way to focus on your breathing and calm your mind.

The reason this works so well to help you with manifesting is because it helps you release brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine which balances your mood and enhances creativity.

So,

Allow yourself to settle into a comfortable position,

Sitting tall and straight,

Or laying down in an open body position with your hands and arms out at your sides.

Relax your back and shoulders.

Relax your chin.

Relax your chest.

Rest each of the fingers of your hands one by one as you take in a nice deep breath and gently close your eyes.
