So as you're listening,

Letting your breath deepen.

Letting your eyes close if they're open.

Bringing one hand to your belly.

And one hand to your heart.

And just noticing where you feel your breath.

Noticing the rise of your belly.

Noticing the fall of your belly.

Letting your breath deepen and slow by breathing through your nose.

And out of your mouth.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Slow breath out through the mouth.

Letting your body rest.

Letting your mind reset.

Nothing to do.

Nowhere to go.

Just experiencing sound.

Experiencing stillness.

Experiencing what's always here.

The breath.

We'll begin to breathe rhythmically as a way of unifying our heads and our hearts both individually and collectively.

So if there's a hand resting on your belly,

You can begin to pay more attention to it.

And if your hand isn't on your belly,

You can bring it there now.

And I'll count in and out for six.

And all you have to do is just focus on the breath.

Noticing the rise.

So we'll take a clearing breath together,

This place inside of you beyond worry.

And feeling yourself with such tenderness and compassion in this moment.

And feeling into your goodness and calling for the sense of gratitude.

Gratitude for yourself for showing up in this moment.

For giving yourself this gift,

This opportunity.

Or maybe gratitude for someone else in your life.

Gratitude for your life situation.

Gratitude for nature.

Your pets.

Feeling yourself fill up with gratitude as you breathe in.

And letting that gratitude wash over you and pour out into the world as you breathe out.

We'll do this together.

Synchronizing our heads and our hearts individually and as a whole.

Fill up with goodness and gratitude.

What a gift that we can experience.

The essence.

Of the goodness that we are.

This love,

This gratitude back into the real world.

By just sensing into our bodies and feeling the weight.

The pressure,

The contact.

The cushion,

The floor,

The bed,

The chair.

And then very slowly wiggling the toes.

Wiggling the fingers.

When you're ready.

You can blink your eyes open.

Or if you feel like falling asleep,

You can just drift sweetly to sleep.
