Find a comfortable space where you can rest without interruption and when you're ready close your eyes and take a slow steady breath in through your nose and release it gently through your mouth with a gentle sigh and take another deep breath in breathing in calm ground and energy and exhale in any tension worry or judgment with each breath allow your body to soften your shoulders drop your chest loosens your belly expands with ease you don't need to hold anything right now you are safe to let go bring your awareness to the crown of your head and imagine a warm golden light resting there this light begins to move slowly down like a gentle glow softens your forehead releases tension from your jaw moves down your neck and shoulders going all the way through your chest through your belly into your hips down through the legs and all the way to your feet.

This golden light is your power it is always lived within you and in this moment you're allowing it to rise again.

Perimenopause can feel unpredictable and at times overwhelming.

Your body and mind may feel like strangers to you.

The waves of emotion,

Fatigue and change are real and it's okay to feel them for you.

You are not weak if you are struggling.

You are moving through a powerful transformation.

You are in the messy middle and the words that follow will guide you through it.

Now resting in this calm space receive these words let them move through you like a remembering as if you are coming home to yourself.

I don't quite feel myself today my thoughts are wild my joy won't stay.

I ride the waves then crash again a stranger in my soul and skin but still I breathe and still I stand.

The tides of change move through my hands they wash away what isn't me making room for who I'm meant to be.

My tears are teachers fierce and wise my rage a storm that clears the skies.

This isn't weakness this is flame a sacred shift I will not shame.

I honor every shade and swell this isn't chaos it's a spell.

A rising roar and holy call not breaking down but becoming all.

So when I feel I've lost my way I trust that I'm not meant to stay the woman that I used to be for I am becoming more of me and so it is.

Now place your hand on your chest take a slow deep breath in and feel the truth of these words anchoring into your heart.

Feel the fire of transformation as both face and healing.

This is not loss this is becoming who you are truly meant to be.

Notice once more the golden light surrounding you fill in every cell of your body.

This is your strength your wisdom and even when the waves feel strong the light is always here guiding you.

Begin to deepen your breath gently wiggle your fingers and toes and when you are ready open your eyes carry this knowing with you.

You are not losing yourself you are stepping fully into your power and becoming more of who you truly are.
