Our heart governs our circulation, our blood, and our emotions. When it is unbalanced, we can experience stress, anxiety, insomnia. Through this meditation, we balance our heart with an inner smile exercise and we connect with unconditional love.

Hi,

It's Flavia from Vibrating with the Light.

Thank you for joining me today.

Our heart,

The Great Yang,

The Great Sun,

Is the emperor of our physical,

Emotional and spiritual body.

In Chinese medicine,

The Tai Yang of the Yang governs the blood vessels,

The arterial and venous circulation,

The blood and the Shen,

Our spirit,

Where our consciousness,

Understanding,

Cognition,

Emotions,

Vitality and our presence lives.

For Taoists,

You can attract the Shen by meditating,

By sitting quietly and following the natural order of things without interfering with the way things are.

Basically,

Awakening acceptance.

To stay alive,

Breathing,

Our heart works hard pumping about 5 litres of blood per minute.

The heart also governs our several fundamental emotions,

Joy,

Anger,

Reflection,

Sadness,

Fear,

Despair and panic.

When the energy and blood of the heart are healthy,

Balanced,

Our spirit is in harmony.

We think clearly,

We experience calm,

Serenity,

But when there is an imbalance,

We can suffer insomnia,

Anxiety,

Memory difficulties and our emotions can become violent.

Today we practice the inner smile to dissolve negative emotions in our hearts,

Release blood stagnation and connect with unconditional love for ourselves,

Allowing us to offer unconditional love to others.

For this meditation,

We sit in the lotus position,

Try using a cushion that allows your hips to be slightly higher than your legs and to prevent them from falling asleep during the practice.

You can also sit on a sofa,

Cross legged.

With your eyes closed,

Take a deep breath in and gently let it go.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it go.

Once again,

Take a deep breath in and gently let it go.

With each breath,

Notice how your mind quiets down and your body relaxes a little bit more.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it go.

Now imagine a soft gentle light in front of your forehead.

Observe it for a moment.

As you inhale,

You will receive that light in your head and when you exhale,

You will send it towards your heart,

Repeating the vibration MA.

As you inhale,

You will receive that light in your head and as you exhale,

You will send it towards your heart,

Repeating the vibration MA.

Breathe in the soft gentle light that rests in front of your forehead and as you let it go,

Send it towards your heart,

Repeating the vibration MA.

Breathe in light,

Release light and send it to your heart and repeat MA.

Breathe in light,

Release light and send it to your heart and repeat MA.

This time,

Accompany it with a smile.

You may gently express a smile with your mouth or imagine a smile while sending the light.

I breathe in light,

I release the light and send it to my heart with a smile and repeat MA.

I breathe in light,

I release light and send light to my heart with a smile,

Repeating MA.

You may feel the gentle healing of the light slightly warming your chest.

It is the healing energy that you are sending to your heart.

I breathe in light,

I send out light to my heart with a smile and I repeat MA.

Now take a moment of silence to allow the energy to settle within you.

Contemplate the sensations of your chest,

Of your heart.

You may repeat the mantra MA while doing so and I will give you a sign when we finish.

We have balanced our heart.

Keep your eyes closed for a moment while the sensations in your body slowly awaken.

You can wiggle your fingers,

Your toes a little bit.

Now take a deep breath in and slowly let it go.

Once again,

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it go.

During the day,

The week,

Practice sending love to someone who needs it by simply closing your eyes,

Breathing in unconditional love and as you breathe out,

Let that love flow towards that person and embrace their heart.
