Everything we know today has the nature of change. When we accept changes and allow them to flow naturally, we reduce stress in our lives. In this meditation we put aside our need to control the outcome and become friends with uncertainty.

Hello,

This is Flavia from Vibrating with the Light.

Thank you for accompanying me in this meditation.

One of the great truths that exists is that everything changes.

Nothing lasts,

Nothing stays the same.

We can think that our life has a certain degree of control,

Of predictability.

Our home,

The people with whom we share our time,

Our work,

Our hobbies,

Even our body.

But the truth is that life surprises us every day.

And the more open we are to these changes,

The more comfortable we will feel when they come.

Close your eyes and take a long deep breath in and very gently let it go.

Take another long deep breath in and very softly let it go.

Notice how your chest expands with every inhale and how with every exhale you let go a bit more of tension.

Your mind and your body relaxes a little bit more.

Take another deep breath in and gently let it go.

Now notice the changes you have experienced along the years.

The places you used to go,

The streets,

The parks,

Maybe a coffee shop you loved to stop by.

The grocery store,

Maybe a book shop you loved is no longer there.

The people you work with,

Some may have gone.

Notice how your body has also changed.

Your habits may be different,

Your choices,

Your preferences.

Now think of a specific change that has been challenging for you that you have experienced in the past few years.

How did you feel at that very first moment?

What did you do to cope with this change?

How did your emotions change also?

How can you use that experience in the future,

Looking back at it now from this new vision?

When we embrace change without judgment and trust,

Our inner power,

We find the flexibility to adapt to any situation.

Trust that everything you have experienced up to now has allowed you to come to the present moment and be who you are.

Embrace the unknown because there is the opportunity of your personal growth.

As Heraclitus once said,

No man enters the same river twice because it is not the same river and he is not the same man.

Today we will use the mantra Om Vam Kritam.

We will connect to Om,

The universal vibration,

To vam,

The energy of creativity associated with our second chakra,

Which is located a few inches below our navel,

And ritam,

The rhythm of the universe.

So the energy of creativity allows us to flow with the changing rhythms of the universe.

If you like,

You can place your right hand on your chest and your left just below your navel.

Silently repeat Om Vam Kritam.

If you get distracted at any point by a sound,

A thought,

Don't worry,

It is natural.

Just bring your attention back to the mantra.

I will give you a sign at the end.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Let's begin.

Om Vam Kritam.

You can stop repeating the mantra.

Keep your eyes closed for a moment so the stillness,

The quietness can settle in.

Take a long deep breath in and gently let it go.

Take another long deep breath in and softly let it go.

As you move through your day,

Pay attention to the small changes that arise.

Remember that the more comfortable you feel with them,

The easier you can embrace the uncertainty and navigate with the waves that life brings you.

Namaste.
