Find a comfortable seat where you can sit with your back relatively straight.

Gently close the eyes.

Bring your attention to your body.

Pay attention to how your body feels.

If there are any tight spots,

Pain or open spots,

Are there any sensations present,

Cold or warm?

Just become aware.

Become aware of your body as a whole.

On your next inhale,

Engage your belly muscles and let your cold breath fill your belly up like a balloon.

On your exhale,

Let your belly sink back.

Again,

On your inhale,

Inflate your belly like a balloon.

And on your exhale,

Pull your belly in actively.

Engage your belly muscles.

With every inhale,

Your belly is like a balloon filling up.

And on every exhale,

Pull your belly in actively,

Emptying it.

While engaging your belly,

Try to bring your attention back to the body again.

See if your shoulders are nice and relaxed.

If your legs are relaxed.

If you need to take a break,

Just stop engaging your belly muscles and breathe normally,

Feeling your body.

And when you're ready,

You can pick it back up again.

Engage the belly muscles and inflate the belly like a balloon.

And on the exhale,

Pull your belly in.

Try to do this while you're relaxing everything else that you don't need.

Find the balance between actively engaging the belly and actively relaxing the rest of your body.

On the inhale,

Inflate your belly like a balloon.

On the exhale,

Pull your belly in.

The rest of your body relaxes.

And on the exhale,

Lift your belly up.

Remember to pay attention to your body.

If you need to take a break,

Just breathe normally.

When you're ready for it again,

You can pick it up again.

Breathe in and engage the belly muscles.

And breathe out,

Engage them again.

Pull your belly in.

Breathe out.

Breathe out.

Use only what you need.

Let everything else rest.

Your belly is active.

Your shoulders are relaxed.

Your legs and your buttocks are relaxed.

Your face muscles are resting.

After your next exhale,

Take a deep,

Big breath in and hold.

And let it all out.

Now breathe normally and feel the effects on your body.

Feel the energy buzzing through your body.

Now gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And your spine if you need to.

And whenever you are ready,

Just take your time.

You can gently and slowly open the eyes.

Take your time.

I hope you enjoyed this refreshing meditation and that you are getting back to your day with more ease and energy.

Thank you for meditating with me.

Simple and effective session. I love how you helped me engage my body in the meditation by breathing through the stomach and diaphragm. Thank you, Veronica! 🙏🏼
