This is a recording of a LIVE session. In this session, I guide you through the four phases of conscious productivity, so you can find more ease in working on the projects that really matter to you. The session includes dedicated time to actually work on your project, so bring your tools too! :) Photo by Peter Conlan on Unsplash Please note: This track was recorded live and may contain background noises.

This is a recording of a live Conscious Productivity session.

So if you have your tools ready to work on your project and you're sitting comfortably,

Then let's start.

Find a nice comfortable place to sit.

And if you find it more comfortable,

You can also close your eyes.

I'll close my eyes.

And just let your body settle into the seat.

Just really let it find its place.

Get comfortable.

Take a nice deep breath in.

And then exhale completely.

Take another nice deep inhale.

And then exhale fully.

One more time,

Deep inhale.

And exhale.

And exhale completely.

Now bring your attention to your body.

Just see what's going on in your body at the moment.

The body is always in the present,

In the here and now.

So just try to observe.

Bring your awareness to your feet,

Your ankles.

Let it flow up the shin bones and your calves.

And then your knees.

On the top of the thighs,

The back of the thighs.

Just feel into the feeling of your buttocks sitting on a chair.

Bring your attention to your hips,

Lower belly.

Let it flow up your belly.

And then exhale.

And then let it flow up your belly,

Belly button,

Solar plexus,

The chest area.

And just try to observe whatever is present.

It's ok.

Now flow your attention to your lower back.

And then let it go up slowly.

Kidney area,

The mid back,

And then upper back,

And shoulders.

Now let your attention flow down the arms,

Upper arms,

Elbows,

Lower arms,

Wrists,

Back of the hand,

Your palms,

The fingers.

And then flow up again,

All the way to your shoulders,

And then the back of the neck.

Circle around to the throat.

Feel your jaws,

Your mouth,

And then your cheeks,

Your nose.

Feel what's going on with your eyes right now.

And then the eyebrows.

And then flow up with your attention from the eyebrows,

Slowly,

Slowly all the way to the top of the head.

And then include also the back of the head.

And now feel your body as a whole,

From your toes all the way to the top of the head.

If you find a place where you can release a tiny bit more tension,

Then try to relax that.

Now think about the project that you want to work on today.

Ask yourself the question,

How do I want to feel while I'm working on this project?

What are the qualities that I want to feel?

Maybe it's joy or power,

Or maybe it's energy,

Like energetic,

That you want to feel energetic.

Whatever the quality is,

Just let it spread first in your body.

Let this quality fill you up.

Then let it fill up your mind and your whole being.

See if you want to shift your posture,

So that you can embody this quality a little bit better even.

And now still feeling this quality,

Bring some movement into your body.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

If it feels good,

Stretch your arms up overhead.

Then take some time to open your eyes slowly.

Then get your project and start working on it,

Remembering the quality.

I'm going to keep the time,

And I'm going to give you some reminders to embody the quality that you want to embody,

And to let go of some tension in between.

I'll let you know when we are finished,

So you don't have to worry about time.

Just work on your projects.

If you get distracted by anything,

It's no problem.

Just gently guide your attention back to your project.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe out.

Breathe in and out.

If you feel stuck,

Just remember to take a deep breath.

Come back to your body and see if you can release some tension.

And then bring your focus back to your project.

You can always check in with the body and release a little bit more tension.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

And if you hit a wall or feel like you cannot go on at the moment,

You can always push the reset button by taking a nice deep breath in and then exhaling completely.

And then guide your focus back to your project again.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Again,

If you find yourself distracted,

It's really no problem.

Don't worry about it.

Just gently guide your focus back to your project.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Just remember that at any moment,

Whatever you face,

You can always come back to your body,

Come back to breathing deeply.

And then at any moment,

You can always guide yourself back to your project.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Now slowly,

Slowly finish up your work.

Take your time.

When you're finished,

Just put down your tools and then take a nice deep breath in and hold.

And then let it all out.

And just take a moment to look at your projects,

To look at what you've done and feel the appreciation of the time and the effort that you put into it.

And at this moment,

It really doesn't matter how much you've done or how well you've done it,

How many times you got distracted,

It doesn't matter.

What really matters is that you showed up and then you put in time and effort into something that really matters for you.

So feel that appreciation.

Look at your project and really feel that appreciation.

You can even thank yourself for this amazing gift that you gave yourself,

This time and this energy that you put into something that matters for you.

And now let's finish up with a little bit on a lighter note.

So if you feel like,

Just start shaking it out.

Shake your arms,

Shake your hands.

If you feel like,

Get up and shake your whole body.

Just get a little bit loose.

You can also just put your arms up and then let them go.

Shake it out.

I hope you enjoyed and benefited from this practice.

Thank you so much for joining me and have a great rest of the day.
