Hi and welcome to this meditation to connect with and to heal your womb.
If you don't have a womb because of a hysterectomy,
You can still do this meditation and connect to your energetic womb space.
Find a comfortable seat.
You can sit on the floor and in that case make sure you feel supported so you may want to elevate your hips with a pillow or if you prefer you can sit on a chair or lie down.
If you're lying down you can support your knees with two pillows or a bolster so that your belly can soften and relax.
Whatever option you have chosen,
Make sure you are starting to soften.
Relax your jaw,
Soften your eyelids and separate your teeth so that the lips also relax.
You can close your eyes or keep them open for the duration of this meditation.
If the eyes are open,
Find a soft gaze.
Place your right hand on the heart at the center of your chest and your left hand on your womb space just below the navel.
Breathe into your womb space and let the breath rise all the way up to the chest.
Feel the expansion of your lower belly and chest with each breath in and the release with each breath out.
Breathe in through the nose,
Expanding and breathe out through the mouth,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Hands connecting to the womb space and the heart space.
Breathing in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
If any sound happens naturally,
Don't hold back.
Let come out what needs to come out.
With each breath inhale,
Welcome warmth,
Light and healing into your womb.
And with each breath out release any tension or holding.
You might still feel in this area.
Breathing in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Any sound is welcome.
Maintain your awareness to the space of your womb and feel whatever comes up.
Is there any physical sensation?
Are there any thoughts or feelings coming up?
Are there any fears coming up?
And allow the thoughts associated to these feelings to dissolve.
There is no judgment.
Keep your awareness to the womb and lengthen the breath.
Bringing energy into the space of your womb through your breath.
Relax all the muscles of the pelvic floor and in the area of your womb or your lower belly.
Allow the breath to create space and relaxation.
Visualize pure white light entering the space of your womb.
Inhaling pure white light and exhaling dissolving any negative thoughts and emotions arising.
Creating space and healing into your womb.
Feel the warm light circulating into your womb space.
Taking away with it any tension that might still be in this area.
This warm white light circulating into your womb space.
Now allow that light to rise from the womb to the heart,
Warming the heart space.
And from the heart let it rise up all the way to the throat.
Feel the jaw relax,
The tongue heavy in the mouth and exhale through the mouth.
Let go,
Sighing out.
Inhale the light back into your womb.
You can imagine the light entering from your yoni into your womb,
Rising all the way up to the heart and all the way higher up to the throat as you exhale out through the mouth.
Inhaling the light back into the womb,
Up through the heart and out and all the way to the throat to exit from the mouth with a big sigh.
Keep breathing,
Visualizing the journey of the light and the journey of the breath from womb to throat,
Through the heart and back out through the mouth in this cycle.
This microcosmic orbit.
And any sound,
Moan that needs to come out,
Just allow it to happen.
Take a few rounds as you exhale out through the mouth.
Really start to come back to your natural breath and drop back into your physical body.
Feel the body touching the floor and the breath flowing naturally in and out without forcing the breath.
You can breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth or if it's more natural,
Going back to your inhales and exhales through the nose.
Gently remove your hands from the heart and the womb and place them on your thighs if you're seated or open your arms out by the sides if you're lying on your back.
Bringing the awareness back to the space you're in.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and just take a moment to land back in the space you're in.
Moving your gaze around the room.
Thank you for joining this warm meditation practice.
