Welcome to this mindfulness session.
My name is Vera and today we will focus on connecting to success through mindfulness techniques.
And the beautiful thing is you don't have to listen hard or focus or do anything.
There's really nothing to do for you.
Just enjoy this moment of relaxation.
Just let those words sink in and try to really get the feeling of the words.
It's more important to create a good feeling in the body because our feelings,
Our thoughts become our reality.
Take a moment to feel your body resting in a chair.
Bring the awareness to your feet.
Connect with the floor.
You can scan your whole body.
Feel your knees.
Notice any sensation in your legs,
In your hips.
What's going on there?
First step is always acceptance.
Not suppressing any feelings.
And from there,
Slowly with each inhale,
You can lengthen the spine maybe a little bit more.
With each exhale,
Relax the shoulders,
The jaw,
The hands.
But don't completely collapse in your chair.
Keep this confident posture.
Keep the chest open,
Open to receive.
And if any of those following sentences resonates with you,
You're welcome to repeat it in your mind and you can always come back during the day to this feeling,
To this affirmation.
No matter what I'm doing today,
I can relax.
I can be myself because I know everything is always working out for me.
There's so many amazing things around me that do work out all the time.
I already created so much in my life.
Even just sitting here is evidence that I'm powerful.
All the things around me are evidence that success is my normal state of being.
Even if things go wrong sometimes,
I can stay calm and confident because in the long run,
I know I will be successful.
I can already feel it in my whole body.
Good things are coming my way.
So my body and mind can fully relax because I believe,
I know that I can reach any goal I focus on.
I trust so much in myself and my abilities that every task feels easy and effortless.
I go through my day with this light feeling because I know there's really nothing to worry about.
And I notice when I'm peaceful,
I automatically get on a positive track and it stays with me all day.
My optimism stays with me no matter how difficult it gets.
I love this feeling of ease,
Of joy,
Of peace.
It makes my day go better,
Makes my interactions go better and I get to see the good results that much faster.
I can already see,
Smell,
Almost taste my perfect creations.
I can already see myself reaching my goals.
You can feel that happiness,
That excitement,
The pride.
So I'm breathing in expansion,
Breathing out doubts,
Letting it go.
Breathing in greatness,
How does greatness feel in the body?
Breathing out any worries.
Breathing in confidence.
Breathing out insecurities.
Consciously taking a deep breath,
Feeling the chest growing and I feel how much power it brings into the body.
And whenever I breathe out,
I relax into whatever is.
Circumstances don't really matter,
Only my reactions matter.
I'm releasing tension every exhale.
I'm now creating a habit,
It takes some practice but I know I can do it.
During my day I'm gonna always come back to the feeling I just created.
I'm gonna remember how it feels to be relaxed,
Confident,
Full of trust.
I'm always safe.
Life is working for me.
And in any challenging moment I just breathe in before reacting.
I'm gonna pause for a moment to come back to the body,
To my natural state of peace and confidence.
I'm gonna take a couple of deep inhales and only then I go on with my tasks.
So I'm not coming from a place of fear but of trust.
Totally centered and rooted.
