Transcript

So beginning with your breath,

Using your breath to expand your physical body as you take that in-breath.

Filling up your lungs with prana,

Air,

And breathing out,

Letting go,

Surrendering.

Breathing in light and releasing,

Expanding,

Liberating.

And here I'd like you to take your awareness to imagine,

To visualize a beautiful field with mountains and hills all around you.

Just ahead of you is a glistening lake,

Pool of water.

The lake is incredibly still,

Peaceful,

With birds chirping all around you,

Trees.

Everything around you is emitting the very concept of tranquility.

And taking your awareness to your thoughts,

To your mind,

Just knowing if your mind is busy,

Active,

Noisy,

Distracted,

This is okay.

Allowing everything to be what it is in this moment,

Even if you're finding it difficult to visualize,

Just allowing.

The lake offers the stillness of reflection,

And the reflection of stillness.

What is happening within me?

Allowing this question to travel inwards,

Taking your awareness to your thoughts,

And gently asking which parts are anxious,

Tense,

Worried,

Concerned.

And here just observing,

There is no judgement,

No analysis,

No right or wrong,

Just allowing.

Whatever emerges is part of this deep reflection.

There are two parts of you,

The experiencer and the observer,

Shifting your awareness between both of these perspectives of your reality.

One witnessing,

The other one experiencing.

We call upon the great,

Unconditional,

Accepting love of the universe to guide us into accepting ourselves in this moment.

You are allowed to have your thoughts,

And by bringing them to the surface,

You also allow them to gently move,

Flow,

Release,

If they are ready to do so.

As we ask the silence to enter,

We ask another question.

What am I feeling in this moment?

What am I feeling that I have not wanted to feel?

Allowing any feelings to emerge and be expressed in any way they wish.

What feelings,

Emotions,

Have been knocking on the door,

Wanting to be felt,

To be seen,

To be heard,

To be experienced by you?

Whatever these emotions are,

We do not judge,

We do not analyze,

We just allow.

We call upon the great,

Unconditional,

Accepting love of the universe to guide us into accepting ourselves in this moment.

You are allowed to have your wonderful array of emotions.

All are valid.

All are an expression of you.

And here,

By bringing them to the surface,

You also allow them to gently flow,

Unravel,

Release,

If they are ready to do so.

Tuning in again to the two parts of you,

The experiencer and the observer.

The one feeling and experiencing your story,

Your experiences,

Your challenges,

Your joys,

Your lessons,

Your creations.

And the one observing your story,

Beyond your story,

Guiding your story.

You are a reflection of creation.

And your creation is a reflection of you.

Feeling this sweeping,

Unconditional acceptance and allowing traveling inwards and outwards into your reality.

As the great,

Unconditional,

Accepting love of the universe supports you.

In surrendering to who you are in this moment.

In celebrating who you are in this moment.

In honoring who you are in this moment.

Giving gratitude to life as you honor your experiences and honor your life.

Honoring your emotions and honoring your thoughts.

And honoring the great,

Divine presence within and the great,

Divine presence around.
