Chakra Balancing Healing Practice

This Chakra Alignment & Balancing Transmission works through each of the 7 major Chakras, connected with the Energetic, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual elements of your Body. Chakras relate to 'wheels' or vortices of energy. Each possessing its own color and vibrational frequency, these wheels are the catalysts of consciousness and human function. They govern various emotional issues, from our survival instincts and self-esteem to our ability to communicate and experience love.

Finding somewhere comfortable where you can sit or lie down and receive this chakra alignment.

Beginning to connect with your body through some deep breaths,

Deep inhalation and deep exhalation.

Becoming more and more conscious of your breath as that prana energy enters your body and fills you up.

Breathing in and out and taking a moment to notice how you feel without judgment.

How does your body feel?

Your mind?

Your emotions?

Where are you?

Are you present?

For this time,

Giving yourself this moment for you.

Allowing all thoughts to dissolve like clouds into the sky.

Breathing into the present moment and calling in your beautiful angels,

Your benevolent guides,

Your higher selves.

Inviting four of these angelic beings to stand around you.

Emanating their love and light and holding space for you as you safely open up your energy field,

Expanding your aura outwards and beginning to connect,

Open and align your energy centers,

Your chakras.

And taking a deep breath in and breathing out slowly.

As you take awareness to your root chakra,

With your awareness beginning to feel this beautiful chakra beginning to expand and grow and glow.

As you invite in this divine light from source,

Unconditional love,

This vibration of healing to spiral down into the root chakra.

And as this healing energy merges with the chakra,

Allowing this energy vortex,

The chakra and your entire being to release all unwanted energies down into the air.

Feeling mother earth holding you and assisting you with your transformational healing.

Breathing into the chakra,

Feeling it growing further and allowing it to glow with the brighter and brighter red.

Taking awareness to this vibrancy of red and connecting with this color,

The wisdom of this color.

Feeling your connection to mother earth as the root chakra connects directly to Gaia.

And breathing in Gaia's energy to meet your root chakra,

Helping to hold you,

Allowing you to feel safe on planet earth.

Allowing you to feel secure,

Supported by the earth,

Nourished by the bounty of the earth,

Of the infinite abundance that is available to you.

And taking awareness higher up to consciousness and connecting to the source vibrational field,

This purity of energy and feeling the shower of golden light beginning to shower down from higher consciousness through the dimensions,

Through the atmosphere and work throughout this session to purify,

Heal,

Align,

Transform.

Taking awareness back to the chakra and recognizing the chakra as a unique being as you begin to communicate with it,

Begin to allow it to communicate with you.

Being open to receive its teachings,

Its wisdom,

Its message as a healing light is received through the spiral from the universe.

Allowing the chakra to be nurtured and held.

Whatever areas are in imbalance,

Allowing them to be accepted and offered a space for transformation,

Offered a space to release when it's no longer necessary.

And allowing this vortex to spin,

To spin out any densities related to the root chakra in this aspect of your consciousness,

To feel safe in this world,

Safe to create,

Safe to walk upon planet earth as you allow your consciousness to be here,

To be present.

As we invite in an angel representing the root chakra to step forward and offer their healing throughout the rest of this session.

And as you breathe this energy up from the root chakra,

This grounded earthy energy,

Breathing it up in and up to your sacral chakra just beneath your navel.

This bright orange sphere as it becomes bigger glows brighter and spins faster.

Breathing into this chakra,

Allowing the energy to rise up and keep rising from the earth through the root and into the sacral.

Feeling the expansion,

Letting go and allowing anything that doesn't serve you related to this energy center to fall away and dissolve.

Giving it away and surrendering.

Any insecurities,

Any shame,

Any feelings of guilt,

Any blocks in creativity,

Any blocks in sexuality,

Any blocks around relationships with others or your relationship with money.

Letting that go now,

Surrender this to the universe.

Imagining this energy dissipating as you open to your true essence,

Your natural energy and vibration of this magnificent orange sphere.

Opening to joy,

To pleasure,

To your creative nature as a creator of your reality of life.

Opening to intimacy,

To your natural sexual nature and desires.

Opening further to abundance and to your powers of manifestation,

To prosperity and to play and live this life to the fullest.

Allowing your purpose to unfold your true essence of who you are as a human being.

Breathing into this center as you open further.

Allowing the center to vibrate higher and higher and the wisdom of this chakra to come forth to you,

To help you to keep aligning and healing and balancing.

Calling forth an angel representing the sacral chakra to carry on with this healing process throughout the rest of the session.

And taking a deep breath in and breathing out and allowing these energies to begin to permeate through your being,

Feeling the vibrancy of the root and sacral.

This intentional healing,

This multidimensional space to offer this chakra alignment as we take awareness further up to your solar plexus.

Breathing into your solar plexus and allowing it to grow and glow and expand.

You're feeling this healing light moving into your solar plexus beginning to bring this healing vibration from source to help you relieve any limiting ideas around your sense of worth,

Your value,

Powerlessness.

Beginning to tune into your sense of power,

Your sense of worth,

Your sense of respect for yourself.

As this healing energy begins to help dissolve illusionary ideas that may hide you from your true power,

Your true value to yourself,

To the universe,

To all life.

And as you breathe into your power center,

Feeling it glowing with a beautiful,

Radiant yellow as we connect to the sun,

The great central sun.

You're feeling a river of light traveling down through the universe into your power center,

Assisting you in strengthening your solar plexus with higher teachings of power,

Personal power and assisting you in anchoring your new sense of identity which is emerging during these times.

Helping you to let go of an older identity,

Helping to trust your new identity.

Helping to neutralize any polarity you may have through your belief systems around your anger.

Feeling your power as an intrinsic part of your well-being.

This worthiness building within you,

Worthiness of your life,

Worthiness of everything within your life,

Worthiness of your dreams.

And the infinite sense of value the universe has for you as you feel your solar plexus radiating like a sun being nourished and fed and honored.

And feeling this light from this sun shining upon your other chakras and helping them to feel powerful.

As we invite an angel to step forward and offer their healing for your solar plexus throughout this session and allow yourself to receive as you feel the first three chakras,

The lower three chakras helping you to be here on planet earth,

The representation of the physical.

To feel the beauty of the universe,

The power of the universe,

The power of the universe,

The power of the universe,

To feel the beauty of being here as you take a deep breath in and breathe out.

And breathing the energy of the three lower chakras up higher into your heart center,

Into this magnificent exquisite chakra of love and forgiveness and compassion,

A radiant green as you invite more energy from source to pour down like a river of unconditional love into your heart center.

And imagining as it fills and fills and fills with this light and this love that any feelings of heartbreak or resentment or any matters of love for the heart begin to dissolve with love.

And as you watch this beautiful ball grow brighter and larger in your chest as this energy of healing and high frequencies pour in,

It expands and expands and grows brighter.

Feeling more love for yourself,

More nurturing for yourself,

Feeling a connection with all beings,

With mother earth,

Feeling a unity,

A oneness through your heart center,

Feeling loved and feeling loving,

Feeling the power of this center and the power of unconditional love and the bridge that your heart chakra is between your lower chakras and your higher chakras,

Connecting to one true,

True love.

Connecting to one true essence,

The purity of existence,

That which is love.

Feeling more of your loving guides come in to support you through this process.

Opening your heart to others,

Opening your heart in your relationships,

To those near and far and asking your heart to open up to those who are near and far.

To those near and far and asking your heart to guide you,

To show you the way for your heart knows the path of your destiny and your soul speaks to you through your heart.

Opening to the wisdom of your heart to find out what is true for you and what steps are aligned with your heart's purpose and your heart's calling.

Feeling the real you emerging.

As you become bound to forward,

Love and essence and divinity as the angels of love come and assist and hold you and help to keep expanding your heart.

Throughout this process of alignment and feeling this,

Your heart is being aligned with your heart.

The bridge that brings heaven on earth.

Your heart as the bridge,

The bridge that brings heaven on earth and bliss into your life.

And taking a deep breath in as you take your awareness higher up and focus on your throat chakra.

Allowing this beautiful chakra to glow,

Grow and emit this vibrant blue energy.

To begin to channel the higher energies of unconditional love into the chakra for healing,

For harmony.

Feeling the chakra connected down through your arms to your hands,

The chakra of expression,

Creativity,

Your sense of truth,

Your authenticity,

The chakra carrying your desire to express in this world,

Express who you are,

Express your gifts,

Express your message.

As you allow this healing light to nourish this chakra.

Feeling it being liberated as it ripples out in all directions.

Emitting your unique soul vibrational song into the universe.

For the entire universe to be blessed to receive your unique vibrational essence.

Knowing that every being and all that is is shifted profoundly from the energy that you bring,

The uniqueness of you.

And feel the presence of higher guides approaching.

As they assist you in releasing blocks related to your expression,

To expressing who you are.

Helping to gently dissolve these as you feel a lightness around your throat and a lightness within you as you feel the presence of higher guides.

Feeling the importance of your truth as it is brought together from your entire being,

All of your wisdom,

All of your experiences,

All of your gifts,

All of your lives.

As the throat chakra allows this to be channeled into this plane.

To be received by other reflections of the divine,

Other reflections of you.

For the benefit of all.

As you breathe into your throat chakra and feel it glowing brighter and brighter.

Feeling your arms,

Your hands glowing.

Those hands which carry out your expressive work in many ways.

Honoring these.

Honoring your gifts.

Honoring your authentic self,

Your truth,

Whatever that may be in any moment.

Including the past where your truth may have changed over time.

Honoring all moments of your changing truth.

And allowing this truth to know it is safe to be expressed in this world and it is needed.

As we call upon an angel.

To step forward and assist in holding this chakra to help expand and harmonize and strengthen.

And integrate this chakra with the rest of your chakras.

And offer space for your song to be heard in greater ways.

As you feel this etheric language emerging from your throat chakra,

Emerging from your being.

This light language emerging out and traveling out into the universe.

Out through your hands.

As you allow your gifts to be expressed,

Allowing yourself to express and releasing your energy outwards to allow this flow,

This exchange.

As you take a deep breath in and breathe out.

And with each breath bringing your awareness up into your Ajna Yor.

And opening this third eye chakra that resides in the middle of your head between your eyebrows.

Allowing the energy from your root to travel up connecting all your chakras up to your third eye.

And opening this radiant indigo color center.

This beautiful sphere of radiant light that connects you to the multidimensional realms,

Your sixth sense.

Opening this center and allowing it to spin brighter and glow and radiate.

As you connect deeper to your visions,

Your inner visions,

Your extra sensory perception,

Your clairvoyance.

As you allow the mind fog,

The confusion to dissolve.

As you allow your mind to settle.

And as your nervous system begins to be infused with more peace and tranquility.

Asking the great source to bring more energy into this chakra for expansion and rejuvenation.

Balancing and harmonizing this center.

Your third eye.

The physical acorn in your head that is made out of iridna.

And is able to perceive beyond the veil.

Trusting more in this perception.

Trusting your visions.

And focusing internally on this center with your two other eyes.

With your eyes closed looking up internally.

As you allow this eye to open wider so that you can see clearer,

You can see clearly beyond illusion.

And into the sublime reality of all that is,

Of who you really are.

Opening your third eye to wisdom.

Opening to new ways of perceiving reality,

This world.

Ways of a higher nature.

Opening your intuitive eye that guides you and shows you the way.

And trusting and feeling safe in what you see.

Allowing energy from source to pour into your eye.

As it expands outwards,

Healing and harmonizing the frequencies of the center.

As you call upon an angel to step forward.

To help to carry on with the expansion of your third eye.

Carry on healing.

Pouring energy,

Transformation,

Light and love into this energy center.

Allowing the energy to move through your body into other meridians.

And healing your energetic field,

Your aura,

Any aspect of your aura related to this center.

Taking a deep breath in and breathing out.

And feeling this flow of energy through your body,

Through each chakra from the roots,

From the earth.

As it reaches up through each chakra,

As we take our awareness to the crown,

The top of your head.

As you breathe into your crown chakra,

Feeling it expand and grow and glow.

And open up as a thousand petal lotus opening up to the universe.

As you feel the god goddess energy traveling down from the universe through your crown.

And assisting in healing,

Harmonizing this beautiful chakra.

And feeling your connection to source,

To higher consciousness,

To wisdom.

And as you open up to higher consciousness,

Feeling it additionally flowing through your entire body.

Focusing this column of light,

Gently pulsating,

Moving up and down.

Helping you ground and connect to earth and to open up to universal intelligence.

Focusing this healing light,

Unconditional love to assist in clearing any blocks,

Limitations you may have from receiving your own.

Wisdom from higher consciousness,

Your connection to your own higher consciousness.

As you feel the support of the universe,

Your connection to all that is,

To the infinite.

To the true reality.

To the source of your creative imagination.

To feeling the presence of the universe,

Your highest self,

All the higher beings.

To allow this chakra,

To be fulfilled,
