You have the ability to have difficult conversations.
You have the ability to transform difficult conversations.
Let's begin.
Find a quiet,
Cozy,
Serene place.
You can either lay down or sit upright.
I want you to start paying attention to your breath.
Just notice your chest inflating,
Deflating,
Expanding,
Contracting.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Notice how your breathing slows down.
Notice how your mind slows down.
Notice how soft and grounded and rooted your body feels.
Take a deep inhale and exhale any sound that comes out of you.
You are safe.
You are so safe.
If you find yourself thinking about a conversation you had or a conversation you're going to have,
I want you to gently say to yourself,
Out loud even,
To hear the sound of your voice,
I want you to say to yourself,
Let's just be here right now.
We are safe right here.
You don't need to come up with the perfect script for your conversation or conversations that you had.
Trust that how you feel right now,
Calm,
Grounded,
Rooted,
Will guide you to say exactly what needs to be said.
Trust the energy moving through you.
Allow your calm,
Grounded,
Rooted energy to spread to every corner of your body.
Every crevice,
Every nook,
Every cell of your body is calm,
Grounded,
Rooted.
Sometimes,
When we know that we're about to have a difficult conversation,
We tell ourselves,
That we won't be able to handle it.
When you start to feel that way,
Remember this moment.
Calm,
Grounded,
Rooted.
Because you are so safe right now.
I want you to visualize this conversation now that you're going to be having.
I want you to embody this energy that you're feeling right now,
Calm,
Grounded,
Rooted.
You're standing in front of the person or persons that you're going to have a difficult conversation with.
You know,
We can drop the word difficult.
It's not difficult.
It's just a conversation.
I want you to imagine and feel calm,
Grounded,
Rooted.
And you're looking at this person while feeling safe in your body.
And you're looking at them.
And what feels really amazing right now is that any fear that you were feeling before,
Any trepidation,
Any anxiety,
It's just melted away.
Because you are the embodiment of calm,
Groundedness,
And rooted.
You find yourself in a beautiful dialogue with this person,
Because you are choosing to stay calm,
Grounded,
Rooted.
Something beautiful happens when you stay in that space.
You create a space for dialogue,
Connection,
Oneness.
Because you are the embodiment of calm,
Grounded,
Rooted.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.

Exhale.
When you feel ready,
Start to awaken your toes,
Your ankles,
Your knees.
Your thighs.
Your glutes.
Your hips.
Your chest.
Your shoulders.
Your neck.
Your jaw.
Your nose.
Your eyebrows.
Your head.
Take this feeling with you wherever you go.
It is with you at all times.
Remember no matter what situation you are in,
That you are calm,
Grounded,
Rooted.
