My name is Vasavi Kumar and I will be guiding you throughout this meditation to help you build confidence.
To respond to any situation from a place of calm,
Ease,
And focus.
Turn off all distractions.
Lay down.
Close your eyes.
And rest.
Allow your body to regulate.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.

Scan your entire body.
Starting with your crown.
Begin this loving scan at the top of your crown.
Move through your mouth.
Scan your neck and shoulders.
Scan your arms.
Scan your fingers.
Scan your torso.
Scan your hips.
Scan your glutes.
Scan your thighs.
Scan your calves.
Scan the top of your feet.
Scan the bottom of your feet.
Scan your toes.
Observe any tension melting,
Being released,
Shedding.
Feel the tension melting away.
Bring your awareness back to the sound of your breath.
Pay attention to how you feel.
Calm.
Relaxed.
Present.
Allow yourself to breathe life into every cell of your being.
Calm.
Relaxed.
Present.
No matter what is going on inside of you,
You are an unshakable force.
You,
Your mind,
Your spirit,
Your body has brought you to this point.
That is power.
That is grace.
That same power and grace will carry you through any stressful situation.
There is nothing you cannot handle.
Give yourself more credit.
Say this out loud.
Repeat after me.
I am powerful beyond measure.
I am built for this.
I am capable of handling anything.
I am powered by divinity.
I am fueled by courage.
I am a gift to this world.
I am a pure manifestation of spirit.
I welcome difficult,
Stressful situations.
I welcome them because I know I have the ability and power to handle it with calm,
Ease,
Presence.
There is nothing that scares me because I know I am the embodiment of calm,
Ease,
Presence.
Take a deep inhale.
Hold for four seconds.
Exhale.

Deeply exhale.
Bring your attention back to the calm up and down of your chest,
Breathing.
Breathing with confidence.
Breathing with clarity.
Breathing with courage.
Breathing with consciousness.

Bring some gentle movements back to your toes,
