How to heal a broken heart.
We usually associate heartbreaks to romantic relationships,
But I'm not here to talk about that.
So what does a heartbreak usually feel like?
A sense of loss,
Which eventually brings about pain.
And each time we act against our true nature,
When we act out of ego,
Or anger,
Or lust,
Or any other form of unkindness,
If you really observe within,
You will feel you have lost something.
There is a sense of restlessness,
A lack of contentment,
Or a sense of lack in general.
Defectively,
We don't feel whole.
Each time the soul acts against its true nature,
We inflict a wound upon ourselves.
We traumatize the soul.
And we have been doing this day after day,
Year after year,
And birth after birth.
Hence most of us are born broken-hearted,
Which continues to be broken down further in adulthood,
Looking for scraps of pleasure,
Security,
And validation outside.
And this is also where this is linked to what we discussed in the previous episode on kindness.
So when we are unkind,
The soul is traumatized.
When we are kind,
We are moving towards healing.
So when we are kind to others,
We are actually being kind to ourselves,
Since we are in alignment with our true nature.
And if being in misalignment with our true nature wounded us,
Coming in alignment with our true nature will heal us and bring wholeness back into our lives.
Healing is bringing the pieces of our hearts together and becoming whole again.
So how do we heal the broken heart?
How do we gather the pieces of our hearts together?
It is only when we dwell in that space before thought,
In silence,
Completely present and unaware,
Not getting entangled in the ebb and flow of the world outside,
And being a witness of what is.
In this space,
We become more receptive to the frequency of truth,
Of God,
And we experience being enveloped with love.
It is only this love which can heal the heart.
May we all remain silent,
Present,
And be receptive to the love of God,
And free ourselves from all suffering and agony by healing our broken heart.
Thank you so much for sharing this space with me.
Until next time,
Take care,
And wish you a very loving day.
